I've heard rumors that PapaSan Billy Bob had taken Chelsea on a couple of adventures to Orgy Island to educate her on the ways of life...from the perspective of a F'd up dysfunctional family known as the Clinton Dynasty...dunno the Clinton's are excellent on destroying records such as flight manifests et al.
Don't get me wrong here my heart bleeds for this poor child (Chelsea) being born into such a dysfunctional/psychopathic family...I can only pray that one day after this is over she can get the professional help needed to put her on a better life path!
