Egyptian Government Arrests Muslim Who Worked For Obama Administration - Sentences Him To Life In Prison

The Egyptian government arrested a Muslim who worked in the Obama administration as Hillary Clinton's advisor, named Gehad El-Haddad, and sentenced him to life imprisonment. El-Haddad worked for Muhammad Mursi, the Muslim Brotherhood dictator who ruled Egypt with sharia tyranny before General al-Sisi took power. Prior to working for the Mursi regime, El-Haddad worked for the Clinton Foundation for five years, as Shoebat.com reported earlier. According to one report:   

Egyptian police arrested Muslim Brotherhood spokesman Gehad El-Haddad on Tuesday, three security officials said, the latest high-profile detention in the army-backed authorities' crackdown on the Islamist movement.
Haddad was detained with two other Brotherhood officials in an apartment in Cairo. He served as chief of staff to deputy Brotherhood leader Khairat El-Shater and is the son of Essam El-Haddad, an aide to deposed Islamist president Mohamed Mursi.
Haddad, the Brotherhood's main point of contact with international media before the crackdown, is charged with inciting the killing of protesters.

In regard to: the monitoring of the activities of the IDO of Sudan in Egypt the following: Authorities within Egypt's security apparatus in Aswan that the named Mahmoud Hamza, the Assistant to the Consul General of Sudan in Cairo and the name Barakat Allah, the representative of the Islamic Da'wa Organization (IDO) of Sudan have met the named Essam el-Haddad, a leader in the Muslim Brotherhood organization at the headquarters of the Consul General of Sudan in Aswan at 10:00 yesterday. The meeting lasted for two hours, after which Essam el-Haddad left the meeting carrying a diplomatic briefcase, most likely containing money. He left with the briefcase from the Aswan airport in a return trip to Cairo.

This document – dated February 12, 2013 – identifies Essam el-Haddad – a close adviser to former Egyptian President Mohammed Mursi – who is clearly a collaborator with his son Gehad el-Haddad. Essam el-Haddad's negotiations with the Islamic Da'wa Organization implicate the Clintons – through el-Haddad's son – in a serious conflict of interest matter as well.
Both Gehad El-Haddad and his father, Essam el-Haddad, were the closest advisors to Mohammad Mursi, the Muslim Brotherhood thug who temporally ruled Egypt and was about to bring Egypt into a full out sharia state.

One thing is clear: Essam and Gehad aren't just close family members; they were close collaborators. Essam had another partner in crime, as well. His name is Ayman Ali. Via El-Fagr (translated):

Essam Haddad and Ayman Ali worked as former advisers to the president, Mohamed Morsi, and are in a high-security prison (Al-Aqrab) in Egypt. Both are charged with major espionage with foreign countries.

As for its record in funding terrorism, the el-Haddad family has the equivalent of a terrorist rap sheet, via Estkal (translated):

"Al-Haddad family worked with the International Islamic Relief Organizations (IIRO)."
In August 2006, the Treasury Department also designated the Philippines and Indonesian branch offices of the IIRO as terrorist entities "for facilitating fundraising for al-Qaida and affiliated terrorist groups."
Further evidence that Gehad is not just an innocent victim of circumstance has to do with the family he married into. His wife is the daughter of Dr. Mahmoud Abu Zeid, who is a leader within the Muslim Brotherhood Guidance Bureau. Gehad is also the nephew of Mohammed Ibrahim, who is a member of the leadership within the Guidance Bureau. This all adds up to mean that the longtime Clinton employee is one of the primary players within the Muslim Brotherhood regime.

It would not surprise us at all that the Obama Administration, or Turkey, would try to get Gehad El-Haddad, and the rest of the Muslim Brotherhood agents who are being punished by Egypt, free from the retribution that they so deserve.

American Veteran Michelle Manhart Picks Up US Flag from Desecration at Georgia University – Gets Arrested

Therefore the officers who responded were derelict in duty by not arresting the protestors who violated the above law! Also the University banning a patriot who was well within her rights as a citizen to make a citizens arrest from entering the campus under a criminal trespass law is a abomination!

In a valiant display of patriotism, Michelle Manhart picked up an American flag that was being trampled on by a bunch of young university punks. Keep in mind that this had been going on for three days at Valdosta State University. When Michelle stood up and did what the campus and no one else was willing to do, she resisted turning the flag over to police and stood her ground, guarding the flag until she was overpowered by police and arrested. 

Michelle told what happened in her Facebook post, which as of the writing of this article had nearly 27,000 shares:

This first picture is what was going on at Valdosta "State" University for 3 days...The campus refused to do anything about it ... So we decided to get the flag and give it the respect it deserved...We just wanted to remove it and dispose of it properly...The American flag represents our Freedom why would you want to walk on that??? Please repost as much as possible make this go viral people need to see the truth...I wonder if "Donors" of VSU are ok with this blatant disrespect of the flag.

Manhart is an Air Force veteran, who said that she did not go with the intent to take the flag, but to confront what was taking place.

"I did not want anything like this, but I got a call from a student who told me that the flag was on the ground, and they were walking on it," said Manhart. "I was just going over there to pick up the flag off the ground. I don't know what their cause is, but I went to pick it up because it doesn't deserve to be on the ground."
Though she was arrested, neither the group nor the officers are pressing charges.
"If your cause is racism then find some white people and walk on them," she told The Valdosta Daily Times. "But to walk on the flag is walking on our symbol of freedom. You have the freedom to do what you are doing because of it. I'm not fighting against them. I'm fighting against the way they are going about it."

She hopes the group will issue her a letter of apology and that she will be able to receive the flag and dispose of it properly.
Though the group protesting could not be determined to be VSU students, Andy Clark, vice president for enrollment, marketing and communications, said they were allowed to protest on campus.
From the statements in the video by the demonstrators, they definitely have had some serious brainwashing when it comes to their freedom here in America. They have the mentality of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, a victim mentality.
The Valdosta Daily Times also provide a statement from the Board of Regents regarding the incident.

"We respect the rights of people to peacefully assemble and voice their opinions. Our primary concern is the safety of our students, faculty and staff and our ability to carry out our responsibilities to all our students on campus. We are monitoring the situation."

Interestingly enough, according to the US Code regarding desecration of the United States Flag, it reads:

(a)(1) Whoever knowingly mutilates, defaces, physically defiles, burns, maintains on the floor or ground, or tramples upon any flag of the United States shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.

(2) This subsection does not prohibit any conduct consisting of the disposal of a flag when it has become worn or soiled.

(b) As used in this section, the term "flag of the United States" means any flag of the United States, or any part thereof, made of any substance, of any size, in a form that is commonly displayed.

(c) Nothing in this section shall be construed as indicating an intent on the part of Congress to deprive any State, territory, possession, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico of jurisdiction over any offense over which it would have jurisdiction in the absence of this section.

(d)(1) An appeal may be taken directly to the Supreme Court of the United States from any interlocutory or final judgment, decree, or order issued by a United States district court ruling upon the constitutionality of subsection (a).

(2) The Supreme Court shall, if it has not previously ruled on the question, accept jurisdiction over the appeal and advance on the docket and expedite to the greatest extent possible.

Apparently, those that were violating the code here were neither fined nor imprisoned. Yet, the one who stood up and sought to protect it from desecration was arrested. Go figure!

Hillary Clinton has encountered several roadblocks in the days since announcing her presidential candidacy, many of which stemmed from accusations that she inappropriately used a personal email address to conduct official business during her stint as the head of the U.S. State Department. With reports of numerous emails permanently deleted from her server, speculation continues to swirl within the political realm regarding what she hoped to keep secret.
An exclusive report by the National Enquirer this week attempted to address that issue, citing an anonymous source close to Clinton who claims she is desperately trying to hide names and details about her many lesbian lovers.

While she has faced allegations of extramarital, same-sex affairs in the past, specifically with former staffer Huma Abedin, recent accusations contend Clinton was intimately involved with numerous other women. According to the unnamed authority cited by the Enquirer, though, Clinton is not worried about persistent rumors concerning her sexuality.
“That’s been out for years,” the individual acknowledged, adding that “her real fear is that the names of some of her lovers would be made public.”
The Enquirer obtained descriptions of several of the women to whom Clinton has been linked, including a movie star, a model, and the daughter of “a top government official.”

It was primarily her desire to cover up this information, the source alleged, that prompted her to take the decisive step of erasing a large number of emails. The insider did offer another potential issue Clinton might have hoped to keep under wraps by deleting the files, suggesting evidence exists that on at least one occasion, she accidentally sent a government-related email to one of her lovers instead of its intended recipient.
“That makes you wonder if any sensitive information was sent to her romantic partners,” the source concluded.
Of course, any report based on the testimony of an unnamed source is inherently subject to skepticism – especially when published by an outlet with a reputation for sensationalism. The Enquirer has, however, been responsible for breaking several major stories before more mainstream sources, often on the strength of anonymous informants. 

As a couple of prominent examples, reports of Tiger Woods’ affair and Jesse Jackson’s love child first appeared in the pages of the National Enquirer.

Apparently, the FBI is more concerned with someone who might have leaked the story about the ISIS terror camp across the Texas border than the threat of the ISIS camp.

Responding to Judicial Watch's report earlier this week of ISIS activity along the Mexican border, Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) supervisors called a "special" meeting at the U.S. Consulate in Ciudad Juárez.

A high-level intelligence source, who must remain anonymous for safety reasons, confirmed that the meeting was convened specifically to address a press strategy to deny Judicial Watch's accurate reporting and identify who is providing information to JW. FBI supervisory personnel met with Mexican Army officers and Mexican Federal Police officials, according to JW's intelligence source. The FBI liaison officers regularly assigned to Mexico were not present at the meeting and conspicuously absent were representatives from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). It's not clear why DHS did not participate.
Publicly, U.S. and Mexico have denied that Islamic terrorists are operating in the southern border region , but the rapid deployment of FBI brass in the aftermath of JW's report seems to indicate otherwise. A Mexican Army field grade officer and a Mexican Federal Police Inspector were among the sources that confirmed to JW that ISIS is operating a camp just a few miles from El Paso, Texas. The base is around eight miles from the U.S. border in an area known as "Anapra" situated just west of Ciudad Juárez in the Mexican state of Chihuahua.

Another ISIS cell to the west of Ciudad Juárez, in Puerto Palomas, targets the New Mexico towns of Columbus and Deming for easy access to the United States, the same knowledgeable sources confirm. During the course of a joint operation last week, Mexican Army and federal law enforcement officials discovered documents in Arabic and Urdu, as well as "plans" of Fort Bliss – the sprawling military installation that houses the US Army's 1^st Armored Division. Muslim prayer rugs were recovered with the documents during the operation.   

"Coyotes" engaged in human smuggling – and working for the Juárez Cartel – help move ISIS terrorists through the desert and across the border between Santa Teresa and Sunland Park, New Mexico. To the east of El Paso and Ciudad Juárez, cartel-backed "coyotes" are also smuggling ISIS terrorists through the porous border between Acala and Fort Hancock, Texas. These specific areas were targeted for exploitation by ISIS because of their understaffed municipal and county police forces, and the relative safe-havens the areas provide for the unchecked large-scale drug smuggling that was already ongoing.   

Last August, JW reported that ISIS, operating from Ciudad Juárez, was planning to attack the United States with car bombs or other vehicle borne improvised explosive devices (VBIED). High-level U.S. federal law enforcement, intelligence and other sources confirmed then that a warning bulletin for an imminent terrorist attack on the border had been issued. Agents across a number of Homeland Security, Justice and Defense agencies were placed on alert and instructed to aggressively work all possible leads and sources concerning the imminent terrorist threat.

Caught on Video: Planned Parenthood Aiding Sex Traffickers to Obtain Abortions for Child Sex Slaves

Anyone recall the many videos that have exposed the corruption of Planned Parenthood? In 2013, Live Action exposed just how rampant late term abortions are at Planned Parenthood. We've seen the organization exposed for gendercide in Hawaii and Texas, as well as many other cities. They've even been caught on video providing abortion advice to pimps and offering sadomasochism tips to minors. Now, Live Action exposes the latest criminal activities of Planned Parenthood, compliments of the American taxpayer: Aiding sex traffickers in obtaining abortions for child sex slaves.   

 

 

The video claims that Planned Parenthood clinics were caught "knowingly providing secret abortions for child sex-trafficking rings." These clinics are located in:

• Richmond, VA
• Bronx, NY
• Roanoke, VA
• Charlottesville, VA
• Falls Church, VA
• Perth Amboy, NJ

The "pimp" in the New Jersey portion of the video informs Planned Parenthood that he is involved in "sex work" and that some of those who need abortions are as young as fourteen and he is told without any hesitation, "Minors are always accepted without parental consent."

Always? Isn't that illegal? I mean besides the murder of the unborn in the first place?
But it gets worse. If the child is under fourteen they have to report that. However, the Planned Parenthood employee then talks about fraud.
"Once they get to fifteen, then there's a little bit more play room…," she says. "So as long as they just lie and say, 'Oh, he's fifteen, sixteen.' You know, as long as they don't say 'fourteen' and as long as it's not too much of an age gap, then we just kind of like… then we just kinda play it."
When asked though if the children were fourteen, the worker says not to say that the pimp got the information she presented to him, which was for an abortion for those fourteen and under. She then gave him instructions on what to do to facilitate the crime, "to make it look as legit as possible."

The Planned Parenthood worker then informs the pimp and his "prostitute" that once an abortion takes place, there is a minimum of two weeks before the child can engage in sexual activity again. Playing along, they ask what they are to do with the girl.
"Waist up," is the recommendation of the worker. She also advises using the child as "extra action" by walking around.
The other Planned Parenthood workers in various cities aren't any better. In fact, at Falls Church, Virginia, the worker claims that they "don't necessarily look at legal status."

Planned Parenthood admitted they murdered 327,653 babies in 2014. With the pile of video evidence of this corrupt and murderous organization, the people should demand that the unconstitutional funding of these hit men and women for hire should be immediately stopped. Additionally, there should be judicial action against every member of the organization. On top of that, every congressman, senator and Barack Obama should be also dealt with judicially for unconstitutionally funding these organizations and the murder of the unborn.
What's it going to take America, and Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in particular, for us to stand with one loud voice and along with former Planned Parenthood Clinic Head Abby Johnson say, "Not one more"?

American Christian Mechanic Has Had It with Haters of Christianity: Sodomy and Immoral Behavior Won’t Be Allowed in My Shop!

People are getting fed up in America with the growing tyranny both at the local, state and federal levels. While many Christians in America have resigned themselves to basically waiting on some unbiblical rapture scenario to pull them from God's judgment upon a godless culture that they are unwilling to engage, some are not content to let the world go to Hell in a handbasket. Instead, they are ready and willing to stand for the Word of God in both words and deeds. Enter American Christian mechanic Brian Klawiter.   

"There's a set of behavior rules in my place of business," said Brian Klawiter, owner of Dieseltec in Michigan. "I operate my life on Christian values and for me not to take that into my business, I think, would be hypocritical."
Klawiter took to Facebook to express his stand:

Our rights as conservative Americans are being squashed more and more everyday. Apparently if you are white (or close to it), you have a job, go to church, and own a gun... That translates into racists, privileged, bigot, conspiracy theorist. Too many of us say nothing. Well, freedom of speech isn't just for Liberals, THEY are the ones that need to learn to "co-exist", THEY are the ones who need to WORK to be "equal"

Therefore, in the spirit of freedom (whats [sic] left of it) and MY right to operate MY business as I see fit:

Guns ARE allowed at DIESELTEC, so much so in fact that we will offer a discount if you bring in your gun. ("On duty" cops are excluded because thats not their gun, that's [sic] my gun bought with my money, off duty absolutely!)

I am a Christian. My company will be run in a way that reflects that. Dishonesty, thievery, immoral behavior, etc. will not be welcomed at MY place of business. (I would not hesitate to refuse service to an openly gay person or persons. Homosexuality is wrong, period. If you want to argue this fact with me then I will put your vehicle together with all bolts and no nuts and you can see how that works.) 

We, as a team, work hard for whats [sic] ours. We are not protected by unions or contracts. We absolutely MUST provide our customers with a service level that would make them come back or tell their friends about us. We don't have a "right", and we are not "entitled" to our pay. We must EARN it.

I am not racists, you are for assuming I am, however, I am really quick to judge... if it acts like a duck, and quacks like a duck...

It IS a free country and I support your right to your opinion, that being said, if you don't like what I have to say I reserve that same right to tell you to go cry to your momma (cause your daddy would probably smack ya', better yet, yes, go tell your dad.) 

Of course, the sodomites and their "useful idiot" supporters (some even attempting to refer to themselves as "Christians") went on the attack. Just look at the comments of this video report by USA Today.   

 

 

Though the real haters, those that pull your hair and slap your face and cry victim (ie. The sodomites and their supporters), issued comments full of hate, Klawiter pointed out that his comments about sodomy were one of many immoral behaviors he listed.
"I did choose homosexuality as an example when I spoke about immoral behavior, but that's definitely become the hot button issue," he said. "I did speak about guns. They are welcome in my shop, so much so, that I've offered discounts for those that want to carry their weapon into my shop."

"I spoke about racism," he added. "Furthermore, on the immoral behavior, I spoke about dishonesty and thievery. These are all things that I talked about that are acceptable and not acceptable in my place of business."
There was the minority voice of those who live immorally in America. However, he did receive over 3,000 likes and over 1,400 shares on Facebook.
"It's not popular to go against the grain of what you see across the national media," Klawiter said. "So, it's an uncomfortable position to be in. But when presented with an opportunity to share my beliefs, I need to stand firm on those."
He expressed that if people disagreed with his position, they shouldn't attack him personally, but rather offer him their point of view.

Klawiter has never asked people if they practice sodomy, nor does he plan to do so. However, he does believe his business is, in fact, his business and should be allowed to be run in the manner he sees fit.
Why people can't understand Brian's position is beyond me. They would want the same authority to do what they believe, according to their values, in their place of business. But then again, we are dealing with some people who God has turned over to a reprobate mind (Rom. 1:28). The only thing those people will actually hear will be the Gospel of Jesus Christ… and only if God quickens them by His Holy Spirit to do so (Eph. 2:1-10).
We reached out to Brian for further comment, but obviously he is quite busy with his business. However, we did encourage him in his stand and believe every Christian in America, whether they own a business or not need to take a similar stand based upon the teachings of the Bible. May God bless this man and His business!

Tim McGraw's Sandy Hook Concert Hits Anti-Gun Sour Note !

Tim McGraw's opening act for the July 17 Sandy Hook Promise benefit concert, Billy Currington, dropped the gig on Thursday while McGraw himself tried to clarify that he and the group to benefit from the show aren't anti-gun.

"Let me be clear regarding the concert for Sandy Hook given much of the erroneous reporting thus far," the singer wrote in a statement responding to his detractors, Fox News reported.

"As a gun owner, I support gun ownership. I also believe that with gun ownership comes the responsibility of education and safety — most certainly when it relates to what we value most, our children. I can’t imagine anyone who disagrees with that."

McGraw’s fiddle player, Dean Brown, was close with a father who's 7-year-old boy was killed in the Sandy Hook shootings. 

 

"Through a personal connection, I saw first-hand how the Sandy Hook tragedy affected families and I felt their pain," McGraw said in reference to Brown and his friend. "The concert is meant to do something good for a community that is recovering."

McGraw's explanation apparently didn't convince Billy Currington, who took to Facebook to announce that he'd be dropping out of the July 17 show in Connecticut.

"I’ve never been one to take on controversial issues — I’m a singer. I do feel strongly about honoring and supporting the Sandy Hook community and will be making a donation to a local organization," Currington wrote. 

"I appreciate people’s freedom and passion for whatever cause they want to support, however, I am choosing to step aside from this fundraiser and will focus instead on the rest of the tour dates as I look forward to being on the road with Tim and Chase and having a blast with all of the fans."

Former Gov. Rick Perry (R-Texas) on Thursday argued that the GOP’s crop of 2016 presidential candidates lacks the political seasoning needed for the Oval Office.
The Republican criticized his party’s three official presidential candidates during an address in Nashua, N.H., according to CNN, comparing their lack of experience to that of President Obama when the then-freshman Illinois senator took office.
He added that although he admires Sens. Marco Rubio (Fla.), Rand Paul (Ky.) and Ted Cruz (Texas), none of them possess the experience the presidency requires.
“Do you want to take a chance on someone who doesn’t have an executive track record of being an executive?” Perry asked reporters after a lunch at the Nashua Country Club.
“When you walk off the Senate floor, you walk off the Senate floor,” he said of the GOP’s current field.

Jeb Bush is no different than any Democrat running for the Presidency in 2016.
Potential GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush is calling on Congress to confirm attorney general nominee Loretta Lynch, whose confirmation hearings took place in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee in January. In February, Lynch wasvoted out of the committee and approved 12-8. Due to the legislative schedule and fighting over bills already in motion, a full Senate vote on her confirmation has not yet taken place. More from POLITICO:

“I think presidents have the right to pick their team,” Bush said, according to reports of his stop at the “Politics and Pie” forum in Concord, New Hampshire, on Thursday night.

Absent Lesser Charges Than Murder, Officer Michael Slager Will Go Free

The video of South Carolina police officer Michael Slager taking steady aim and repeatedly shooting the fleeing Walter Scott in the back is rather shocking and disturbing. It shows the horrible consequence of Slager completely following through on his decision to resort to deadly force when, after a foot chase and fierce physical fight, Scott looked to be turning the officer’s own taser against him.
Some who have analyzed the incident and video closely know that the details are somewhat different than the authorities and media would have people know.

The moment of decision looks to have happened so fast.  Lightning fast.  With taser wires visibly somehow attached to both men, at the moment of struggle over the taser when Slager is justified in going to his gun, the taser flies from between them, landing behind the officer as Scott suddenly whirls and runs away from the officer.  But Slager’s resolute drawing and repeatedly firing into Scott’s back after that point is uninterrupted.
A clear-cut case of murder, according to many.
However, even in failing to halt his deadly volley of shots when the situation immediately changed (arguably from one of justified deadly force to something else), Slager is not guilty of murder, and an honest jury will not convict him of it.
Why do I say this?  Arguments have raged in online forums non-stop, with speculation about all kinds of contingencies, about the technical capacities of tasers, and especially about Slager’s state of mind (the heart of the matter, really) at the moment he fired each individual shot.

The best assessment of what really happened, in my opinion, is this post at FreeRepublic.com.
“It has been discussed in scientific papers that the human mind under duress is generally unable to stop certain actions quickly once they have commenced.
This has been applied to the law enforcement setting where a police officer, after being in physical combat, is justified in using deadly force but then the circumstances change in front of him. An officer may neurologically be unable to stop firing until either the suspect is down or several seconds elapse.”
What is seen in the video is, at most, voluntary manslaughter.  I have argued this from the beginning, and many indignant, irrational readers act as if I’m declaring Slager entirely innocent of anything.  Such people act as if manslaughter isn’t even a crime, often deemed a very serious one carrying heavy punishment — sometimes equal to sentences for murder.
There was a prolonged foot chase and a physical fight over a distance of several hundred yards, with both men on the ground at one point, Scott on top of Slager (that image is glimpsed in an early frame of shaky video, just prior to the two men coming into view on their feet).

It can be legitimately argued that Slager had reason to fear for his own life at the moment Scott appeared to be gaining control of the taser.  That’s because of the threat — plausibly existing in Slager’s mind (whether seen after the fact as well-founded or not), given the lightning-fast chaos and intensity of the situation — that Scott could use it to incapacitate him, take his pistol, and do whatever to him.
The Supreme Court’s ruling in Graham v. Connor says that juries must try police-involved cases from the perspective of an “objectively reasonable officer” on the scene at the time, not merely that of a reasonable non-police person later on, and they must carefully consider the conditions that police operate under:
“The reasonableness of a particular use of force must be judged from the perspective of a reasonable officer on the scene, rather than with the 20/20 vision of hindsight. The calculus of reasonableness must embody allowance for the fact that police officers are often forced to make split-second judgments—in circumstances that are tense, uncertain and rapidly evolving—about the amount of force that is necessary in a particular situation. The test of reasonableness is not capable of precise definition or mechanical application.” 


It’s doubtful Slager ever claimed Scott actually succeeded in tasing him, or in lodging prongs into his outer clothing (despite some saying taser prongs appear to be attached to Slager’s chest and leg), but the necessary factors for justifying use of deadly force against Scott were arguably present at the moment the two standing men come into the video frame — except that Scott suddenly whirls and takes off.
Some argue that Slager may have believed Scott still had the taser.  Some argue that Tennessee v. Garner applies in Slager’s favor, while others say it applies against him. 
The state has their calculated and political reasons for “overcharging” by going for murder, but if they really want the accused to be sentenced to prison, they’d better give jurors the chance to go for manslaughter and/or even lesser charges — otherwise Slager walks, and all hell breaks loose.
Sure, hell will still break loose if the verdict is less than murder, but the riots and mayhem won’t be anywhere near as bad as if the state goes withonly the excessive charge of murder, and Slager beats the rap entirely.
In a public statement, Solicitor Scarlett Wilson said the indictment against Slager will be presented to the Charleston Grand Jury in May at the earliest.

Is there a chance that the Grand Jury doesn’t even affirm probable cause, if murder is the only charge presented to them?  Imagine the insane racial violence and entire cities destroyed if that were to happen!  Given that grand jurors voting for a “true bill” don’t have to be unanimous (simple majority instead), and that a no-bill happens only about 1 out of every 10 times, I’d say that’s unlikely.

Why have the authorities and major media distorted and hidden certain things in this case?  Simple.  Upon public release of the bystander’s cell phone video, they knew full well that massive rioting was about to explode unless they immediately threw Slager to the wolves and charged him with to the hilt, with murder, while (whether honestly or not) publicly denouncing everything about his actions and statements.
Did Slager lie about any part of the incident after it happened?  I’m not sure.  The authorities have made claims about Slager’s personal account of what happened being allegedly inconsistent, but they have not released it – so how are we to know?
What I am sure of is that there is reasonable doubt as to the charge of murder.  I am utterly certain of it.
It’s going to be a dangerous summer.

Eric Holder’s Gun Ban List of ‘Mental Defectives’ is Mostly Veterans

The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee wants Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. to explain why a Department of Justice gun ban list has a “mental defective” category consisting almost entirely of names belonging to military veterans and their dependents.
“It’s disturbing to think that the men and women who dedicated themselves to defending our freedom and values face undue threats to their fundamental Second Amendment rights from the very agency established to serve them,” Sen. Chuck Grassley, Iowa Republican, said in a statement Wednesday. “A veteran or dependent shouldn’t lose their constitutional rights because they need help with bookkeeping.”

Mr. Grassley outlined his concerns about the list to Mr. Holder in a letter dated this week. It included various failures by the Department of Justice — including the inconsistent application of standards and weak due process protections — that have led to the Department of Veterans Affairs adding “a disproportionate number of names” to the federal gun ban list.

Find out how soon afterwards each potential witness was bumped off.
Explain why so many of these murders had similar MO's (bullets fired into the back of the head, exploding planes etc.).
Explain why so many of these murders were described as suicides by the coroner.
Find out who appointed the coroner.

Here's what to do if you still disagree:
Have a brain transplant or start eating more fish.
Then the only remaining question will be: "was it Bill or Hillary?"

“I saw severed heads,” he said. “They killed children in front of their parents. We were terrorized. We had heard of their cruelty from the television, but when we saw it ourselves … I can tell you, their reputation is well-deserved.
Fatah found temporary refugee with his wife and seven children at the Zeinab al-Haliyeh school in Tadamun, a southeastern district of the Syrian capital held by the army.

For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife.”

The president’s head is seen held by “Jihadi John” — the British citizen infamous for his role in videos showing the grisly executions of Western citizens captured by the terrorist group — who slaps the American president on the head, calling him a “mule” in Arabic.

“This knife has been craving Obama’s stinky blood and today Allah gave us the power to capture the mule of the Jews,” the executioner says, slapping the president once again and demanding he speak.

 Because I am entitled to become President...after all I am a Progressive Marxist just ask Billy Bob...it took a village to raise our only child...our wonderful daughter Chelsea who gave us a grandchild which I will use to appeal to all the Mom's & G/mas out there for the votes of course ha ...I was busy chasing skirts and doing scotch shots on the party circuit 1960's to present as was Billy Bob so we needed a village to raise one child it was too tough for us to do alone.  We as a team are also experts in covering up our corrupt business deals,and our perversions of which is a plus working the Washington DC  political circuit ...Think Benghazi/Private e-mail servers... my best coverup's eva..!!! after Whitewater that is... oh and Fast and Furious wasn't bad either. Not to forget where I got my start in the Nixon Impeachment ~Special Counsel investigations I told many a good lie...but damn I got caught and  got fired! (I learned how to cover better)
