A Washington, D.C.-based federal court heard arguments from a former
Federal Communications Commission commissioner and First Amendment
advocacy groups that the Obama FCC’s new “net neutrality” rules might
allow the government to censor conservative outlets like Fox News or the Drudge Report.
According to the Washington Examiner,
the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit began hearing oral
arguments on the case Dec. 4. A variety of advocacy groups claim the new
rules, which went into effect in June and treat broadband providers as
“conduits, not speakers” and “as a platform for expression,” could do
just the opposite.
“If rules such as these are not reviewed under the most rigorous
scrutiny possible, government favoritism and censorship masquerading as
‘neutrality’ will soon cascade to other forms of mass communication,”
the Center for Boundless Innovation said in a brief.
Former FCC Commissioner Harold Furchtgott-Roth wrote in another
brief that the different ways the new plan treats broadband providers
and content providers opens the door to government interference in what
people see.
“In addition to compelling speech, the order impermissibly singles
out broadband providers without imposing similar requirements on the
speech of other Internet entities who also act as gatekeepers,”
Furchtgott-Roth’s brief read.
Fred Campbell, president of the Center for Boundless Innovation in
Technology, told interviewers that since “the same theories the FCC
relied on to impose its new regulations
on Internet service providers are also applicable to companies like
Apple and Netflix, the FCC could extend its regulatory reach much
further in the future.
“This possibility raises the risk that Congress or the FCC could
impose restrictions on Internet video and other services that have
traditionally been imposed on over the air broadcasting and cable
television, including the fairness doctrine that once put the government
in charge of determining whether broadcasters were fairly representing
both sides of an issue,” he said.
FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai, one of the two commissioners who voted against the net neutrality plan, agreed. “Is it unthinkable that some government agency would say the
marketplace of ideas is too fraught with dissonance? That everything
from the Drudge Report to Fox News … is playing unfairly in the online
political speech sandbox?” Pai said. “I don’t think so”
President Barack Obama essentially declared the war in Afghanistan to
be over in December 2014, calling an end to all U.S. and NATO combat
operations.
He also declared the Islamic State group in Iraq and Syria to be “contained” just a little more than a month ago.
Both of those assertions are now provably false, based upon a warning
issued by the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan, according to Breitbart.
Gen. John Campbell,
commander of all U.S. and NATO forces in Afghanistan, said that the
Islamic State group affiliate in the country has been growing rapidly
and has expressed a desire to strike against U.S. interests in the near
future.
“They don’t have the capability right now to attack Europe, or attack
the homeland, the United States, but that’s what they want to do,
they’ve said that’s what they want to do,” Campbell said in an interview
with The Associated Press.
The Islamic State group affiliate, which has been active in Afghanistan for more than a year, goes by the name Islamic State-Khorasan Province,
with Khorasan referring to the historic name for the region that
encompasses Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, India and other neighboring
countries.
A new report
out of the Pentagon said that IS-KP “has progressed from its initial
exploratory phase to a point where they are openly fighting the Taliban
for the establishment of a safe haven, and are becoming more
operationally active.”
The warning was echoed by North Carolina Republican Rep. Robert
Pittenger, chairman of the Congressional Task Force on Terrorism and
Unconventional Warfare, who just returned from a trip to the embattled
region.
“It’s definitely growing,” Pittenger said, referring to IS-KP. “It
started out as a small colony, down in the southeastern border (with
Pakistan), but they’re definitely growing in the region.”
“Their presence poses a threat to the United States,” he added. “They’re
clearly focused on attacking U.S. interests. It’s a very conflicted and
very challenging situation.”
Campbell told the AP that the Islamic State group hopes to assimilate
the Khorasan Province into the broader caliphate and intends to set up a
regional base in the important city of Jalabad in eastern Afghanistan.
He also revealed that an unknown number of foreign fighters,
mostly from Iraq and Syria, have come to Afghanistan and linked up with
like-minded jihadists and disaffected members of the Taliban, likely in
an effort to recruit more fighters and consolidate ties with Islamic
State group leadership back in Syria.
All of this comes as violence has increased recently in the war-torn
country, with the resurgent Taliban and other groups feeling emboldened
after Obama withdrew most U.S. forces and transitioned those remaining
from engaging in combat to merely providing training and assistance to
Afghan national forces
However, despite the many years of training and untold millions that
have been spent to raise an Afghan army and police force, they
nevertheless lack the capabilities to effectively fight and defend their own country.
“I think if we left, it would all collapse — No different than what happened in Iraq,” Pittenger ominously proclaimed.
Obama told us that the war in Afghanistan was over and the Islamic
State group was contained within Iraq and Syria. Both of those
assertions have been proven false, and the growth of a new radical
jihadist threat in the region is just further evidence of the utter
failure of Obama’s foreign policy.

Following the shooting at Sandy Hook, President Obama issued a list of Executive Orders.
As he’s very anti-Second Amendment (and much of the rest of the
Constitution) , the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) was given $10
million to research gun violence.
In fact he went as far so to change the law to make this happen. As he said back in January 2015:
“Year after year, those who oppose even modest gun-safety measures (he meant the NRA)
have threatened to defund scientific or medical research into the
causes of gun violence, I will direct the Centers for Disease Control to
go ahead and study the best ways to reduce it,”
And he did. And even though the man who oversaw CDC gun research is not noted for his tolerance for firearms:
“We need to revolutionize the way we look at guns, like what we did with cigarettes,” said Dr. Mark Rosenberg, to The Washington Post in 1994. “Now [smoking] is dirty, deadly and banned.”
The
results are in. And they are a surprise. Even though the CDC claims
that the field of reference wasn’t long enough for a proper picture (who
knows what is long enough – don’t they have all the data?) they
concluded that armed citizens were less likely to be harmed by an
attacker. Well, duh! Did the Chief of Washington D.C.’s police say that –
and that place REALLY hates guns. The only officially sanctioned gun
shop is in the police department!
The report went on to say that defensive gun uses by victims are at least as common as offensive uses by criminals, with
estimates of annual uses ranging from about 500,000 to more than 3
million per year…in the context of about 300,000 violent crimes
involving firearms in 2008.
The report also claims that “The
number of public mass shootings of the type that occurred at Sandy Hook
Elementary School accounted for a very small fraction of all
firearm-related deaths. Since 1983 there have been 78 events in which 4
or more individuals were killed by a single perpetrator in 1 day in the
United States, resulting in 547 victims and 476 injured persons.” It
goes on, “Unintentional firearm-related deaths have steadily declined
during the past century. The number of unintentional deaths due to
firearm-related incidents accounted for less than 1 percent of all
unintentional fatalities in 2010.”
And that old chestnut about stolen guns? “According to a 1997 survey
of inmates, approximately 70 percent of the guns used or possess by
criminals at the time of their arrest came from family or friends, drug
dealers, street purchases, or the underground market.”
A 2012
Gallop poll indicated that 43% of Americans have one or more firearms in
their home. In 2010, there were twice as many nonfatal firearm-related
injuries (73,505) as deaths. Between the years 2000 and 2010,
firearm-related suicides significantly outnumbered homicides for all age
groups, annually accounting for 61 percent of the more than 335,600
people who died from firearm-related violence in the United States. The
number of public mass shootings of the type that occurred at Sandy Hook
Elementary School accounted for a very small fraction of all
firearm-related deaths. Specifically, since 1983 there have been 78
events in which 4 or more individuals were killed by a single
perpetrator in 1 day in the United States, resulting in 547 victims and
476 injured persons.
Although overall crime rates have declined in the past decade and
violent crimes, including homicides specifically, have declined in the
past 5 years, crime-related deaths involving firearms remain a serious
threat. According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI’s)
Uniform Crime Reporting Program, 68,720 people were murdered in
firearm-related violence between 2007 and 2011. During that same time
frame, firearms accounted for more than twice as many murders as all
other weapons combined. More than two-thirds of victims murdered by a
spouse or ex-spouse died as a result of a gunshot wound. More than
600,000 victims of robbery and other crimes reported that they faced an
assailant armed with a gun.

threatening to murder "non-believers" in a terrifying campaign of
violence. Sweden is now on lockdown after the chilling letters pledged
to behead innocent civilians and then "bomb your rotten corpses
afterwards". Intelligence officials confirmed they are investigating
the horrifying threats - which were signed by "ISIS" - as a state of
fear gripped the nation.The notes, written in Swedish, order people to
convert to Islam or pay a religious tax, known as the jizya, warning
that the police "will not save you from being murdered".

of sheep begets a government of wolves. And that is the goal of the
political elite in this nation.
The proper response to such threats of "convert or lose you head" is not
for the people to go on "lock down" and cower in fear in their homes.
the proper response is cold-rage, indignation, and then an eagerness to
close with and destroy the enemy. The proper response is to arm
yourselves, steel your nerves, and prepare for battle.
We need to get away from the flawed concept of a few "sheepdogs" who
unsuccessfully attempt to guard a nation of sheep. Frankly, we need to
take the "sheepdog" meme out back and put a bullet in its head and bury
it, because this was not meant to be a nation of sheep, guarded by a few
"sheepdogs." Instead, we need to revitalize the spirit the Founding
Generation, the spirit of the Minutemen, where it was recognized that in
a free Republic, it the people themselves, as the militia, who are the
only true "first responders," and each man lived by the creed that every
citizen was also a soldier, and each has a duty to answer the hue and
the cry, with rifle in hand, and go toward the sound of the guns. A

the murder of Jessica Chambers in Mississippi. She was a white 19 year

up her car with gas; her body was found burning just a few miles from

A young Yazidi woman has revealed the horrific torture and rape that she suffered at the hands of ISIS fighters, as she was held as a sex slave for three months.
Nadia Murad Basee Taha described her
nightmare imprisonment before the United Nations Security Council,
pleading with it to wipe out the terror group.
The 21-year-old described the persecution
the Yazidi people face under ISIS, which trades women and children from
the minority population as ‘war booty’.
‘Rape was used to destroy women and girls
and to guarantee that these women could never lead a normal life again,’
she said, visibly shaking with the effort of recounting her story.
Nadia described to the 15-member council how she was snatched from her village in Iraq by ISIS fighters in August last year.
She was then taken by bus to a building in the ISIS stronghold of Mosul.
‘Along the way, they humiliated us. They touched us and violated us,’ she continued.

That didn't take long. The once-promising Paul Ryan finally got a taste
of power and promptly jumped into the same slime pit his predecessor
John Boehner lived in.
The new speaker of the House has "curated" his first trillion-dollar
appropriations bill by betraying everything Republican voters keep
hoping their leaders will support and instead checking off President
Obama's Christmas wish list.
In addition to fully funding Obama's
refugee schemes that will bring thousands of Syrian refugees to the U.S.
and give them taxpayer-funded benefits, the spending bill also allows
grants to go to sanctuary cities and keeps funding Obama's 2012 amnesty
for "DREAMers."
It also continues immigration and resettlement
programs, along with quadrupling the number of foreign worker visas,
while killing funding for a border fence.
In addition to all the immigration giveaways, the bill gives
government funding to Planned Parenthood despite the recent Senate vote
to defund the nation's No. 1 baby-killing organization. So no help
there, either.
This is just the latest backstab from the GOP leadership, which continues to seem more intent on leading the Democrats.
It's
a given that corruption is the norm in Washington, D.C., but wouldn't
you just love to be a fly on the wall at some of these backroom deals?
You can guess at the parameters of some of these agreements, but the
actual details will never come out in the press, unless someone writes a
tell-all book years from now.
Obviously, the deal with the devil that Ryan made is similar to the
contract formerly held by Boehner, to wit, he will cut conservatives out
of any meaningful role in Congress, in exchange for Democrats' votes on
some key legislation. But the finer points, those aren't easily
discerned. It's all hush-hush.
Speaking of which, what's up with Ryan's beard?
The formerly
clean-shaven congressman appeared after Thanksgiving with a five o'clock
shadow that is now turning into full GI Joe chin armor.
I get
concerned whenever a public figure disappears for a few days then comes
back substantially different, kind of like when Miley Cyrus stripped and
twerked in public for the first time.
I'm worried the real Paul Ryan was
invited to the White House basement, clubbed over the head and replaced
with a reptilian alien-human hybrid clone programmed by veteran
operators of MK-Ultra.
Eh. Maybe not.
But he certainly downloaded the personality of a human lizard at some point. Whether
he's human or alien, Ryan has definitely become just another reason to
leave the GOP, which has done nothing but abuse the voters who have
supported it. Then the GOP leadership wonders why people are looking at Donald Trump as the potential next president.
Freedom Outpost’s constitutional scholar Publius Huldah recently
explained why federal gun laws are illegal. She provides a history of
gun control measures first introduced by Congress in 1927.
“The Constitution is so short,” she clarified– because every single power given to the Federal government is listed.
“Depending on how you count, we delegated only 21 powers to the Federal government,” she points out, adding that Article 1, Section 8, Clauses 1-16 identify these powers.
Huldah then courageously pointed out that all
laws implemented by Congress, any restrictions imposed by the Bureau of
Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, and restrictions made by Executive
Order, and all Supreme Court decisions, that restrict firearms are unconstitutional. These laws and regulations are illegal because the Constitution gives them NO AUTHORITY TO legislate.
Oped: The No Fly List was established for open cases on terrorist activity..it was not intended for a general catch all....it is being abused by the Obama administration to quite frankly screw with people who do not support the Obama administration policies. There are no oversights on who can be placed on the list so in reality anyone can be placed on the list for no reason at all...and FOI requests are denied...I do believe this is in violation of the US Constitution Bill of Rights under unlawful search and seizure without due process! On the bright side the idiot N.Y congressman Dem Steve Israel just helped with CCW permits since one does receive a background check in order to receive a CCW permit...so under his proposal anyone who has a valid CCW is automatically exempted from the Bill proposed... hey y'all get your permit now!
New York Democrat Rep. Steve Israel has claimed that his party
will “force and even shame” the GOP into passing gun control in the
aftermath of the San Bernardino terror attacks.
The ruse the Dems
are using will attempt to force the government to impose a background
check on all people listed on the “no-fly” list before they can purchase
a firearm. It’s typical liberal posturing. It’s designed to make people
feel like the government is doing something to make them safer.
Poppycock!
For a start, the no-fly list is massively inaccurate, so inaccurate
that Ted Kennedy (fraud and murderer maybe, but not a terrorist) was
himself listed on it and prevented from boarding a plane. It also
contains family members of the listed people, people with similar names,
and all the usual errors we associate with government bureaucracy
including the inclusion of people who have not been convicted of doing
anything wrong. And don’t take our word for it. The American Civil
Liberties Union (ACLU) that bastion of the Left, is suing the government
over the no-fly list’s inaccuracy.
Second, the list is secret
(For counter-terrorism reasons, apparently. You only find out you’re on
it when you’re stopped by the TSA.) Which means that if the government
is going to prevent you from purchasing a firearm by adding youth a
secret list – a breach of your second amendment rights – it will also
breach another constitutionally protected right, to due process, because
you won’t be able to defend your good name, as you won’t know you’ve
been targeted.
Third, do we trust the government not to add people it doesn’t like
to the no-fly list? I don’t. There must be a long list of people the
governments hates enough to ground in one place and deny them a firearm?
When
Obama said, “why would we want to give a terrorist a semi-automatic
weapon?” he made out the no-fly no-gun idea was a wonderful, sensible
thing. Except terrorists weapons are seldom legal. They will always work
around the law. And in the meantime regular Americans will lose
constitutional rights.
So don’t fall for the ruse from Steve Israel who said, “House
Republicans have absolutely no defense on the issue … and we intend to
use every single tool in our toolbox to force and even shame House
Republicans into making it harder for terrorists to kill Americans.”
That’s not what this is about. It’s another opportunity by the Left to
strip away our Constitutionally mandated and Supreme Court-backed rights
as American citizens.

rant on the “godless left,” taking aim elected officials and the New
York Daily News for “mocking prayers” and “attacking” the National Rifle

It seems as though every few weeks the monsters at ISIS seek (and find)
new ways to disgust the rest of the world. Whether it’s torture, rape
or murder – the ISIS thugs seem to take copious amounts of pleasure in
their nefarious dealings. They use the disgusting deeds as fodder for
their propaganda and each new act of depravity seems to earn them more
followers from the Muslim world.
The latest turn of events
has me as sickened as any of the previous ones. ISIS has long searched
for the weakest among their own to make examples of their utterly
depraved nature, but this newest wrinkle in their evil seems designed to
drive a dagger straight into the heart of the West. Sharia
judges have apparently ruled that ISIS followers are authorized to
'kill newborn babies with Down's Syndrome or congenital deformities and
disabled children' in their latest sickening act. More
than 38 children born with deformities and Down's syndrome, aged
between one week and three months, have already been killed by lethal

Western news outlets are just beginning to report on this horrific turn of events, but Mosul Eye says that ISIS has indeed begun to act out Nazi fantasies of cleansing their population. “Through
monitoring and following the death incidents of children with Down's
Syndrome and congenital deformities, we were able to learn that the
Shar'i Board of ISIL issued an 'Oral Fatwa' to its members authorising
them to 'kill newborn babies with Down's Syndrome and congenital
deformities and disabled children'. 'As if it is not enough for ISIL to kill men, women and the elderly, and now, they kill children.' If
true, it means ISIS has followed the same direction as the Nazis, who
killed disabled children because they deemed them to be a 'burden on the
state'.”
While many of us will no doubt find this shocking, I am forced to remind our readers that American liberals have long been engaged in a similar practice.
For years the medical industry has been perfecting method of detecting
deformities and “abnormalities” in children still in their mothers womb,
and those tests have helped to weed out things like Down’s Syndrome.
As still more sophisticated blood tests currently on the horizon
will allow for noninvasive screening during the first trimester of
pregnancy (as opposed to the current, invasive tests such as amniocentesis that
are administered well after a woman's pregnancy has become physically
obvious to others), Skotko notes that more and more women will likely
opt to terminate pregnancies upon learning their babies will have DS. As
it stands, he says, 92 percent of women who learn they are carrying
babies with DS opt to abort.
While liberals will likely see a
difference between what ISIS is doing and what the abortion industry is
doing, I certainly don’t.
How can we in the West maintain the
moral high ground when we are engaged in the same practices as these
monsters in ISIS? The answer is, we cannot. What ISIS is doing is
disgusting, deplorable and we should do our very best to put an end to
it. But what we are allowing abortion-defending liberals to do is
similarly heinous and we should fight to end their work as well.
This
is indeed the future of Europe. By their irresponsible, short-sighted,
suicidal immigration and refugee policies, Europe’s political and media
elites have ensured a future of violence, bloodshed and chaos for their
people.

This is a very interesting read, because
the whole of Europe is heading the same way as Sweden. Sweden is, so to
speak, the future of Europe. And in this future, those who can afford it
pay security companies – the rest gest license for firearms and forms
vigilante groups.

preparing: demand for firearms licenses is increasing; more and more
Swedes are joining shooting clubs and starting vigilante groups.
…According to police statistics, there are 1,901,325 licensed guns,
owned by 567,733 people, in Sweden. Add to this an unknown number of
illegal weapons. To get a gun permit in Sweden, you need to be at least
18 years old; law-abiding; well-behaved, and have a hunting license or
be a member of an approved shooting club. In 2014, 11,000 people got a
hunting license: 10% more than the year before. One out of five was a
woman.
It’s rare that Fox News mouthpiece Bill O’Reilly expresses
an opinion that even those on the American left embrace, but his summary
of Russian President Vladimir Putin seems to reflect the attitude of
just about all Americans. The cable host has used the following
expressions when speaking of Mr. Putin: “a KGB thug,” “a menace to the
world” and, simply, “a killer.”
According to the Pew Research Center,
in 2015 three-quarters of Americans have been “critical of Putin” with
only 21 percent having “confidence” in him. By the same poll, Russian
sentiments toward U.S. President Barack Obama are even lower, with only
11 percent of Russians having faith in Mr. Obama—down from 41 percent in
2011. This drop is due, in great part, to the economic sanctions
imposed by the West on Russia, and American policy on Ukraine and Syria.
But these are not the only reasons.
As in America, the Russian public is largely informed
by TV shows and other media, which never miss an opportunity to remind
viewers that the current occupant of the White House is the world’s
biggest villain—but not one to be taken too seriously.
Putin is strong. Obama is weak. Putin is a doer. Obama is a talker. Putin fixes. Obama ruins. Putin is a leader. Obama isn’t.
Russian television has its own Bill O’Reilly. His name is Dmitry Kiselyov, and he is the host of his own weekly program News of the Week.
This week’s heroes are Fox’s Ralph Peters and actress Stacey Dash, for
the simple reason they “cursed” Mr. Obama last week. That’s good enough
for Mr. Kiselyov.
“I am not going to clog your brains with the usual banalities by
Obama,” was all Mr. Kiselyov said to his viewers last Sunday, after the
U.S. President’s speech from the Oval office. Rather than reporting on
the substance of the U.S. President’s policies, Russian media prefers
stories on Mr. Obama making faces like ‘Grumpy Cat,’ or on his wife’s
adoration of rap music or other easy-to-digest memes:

“U.S. President Barack Obama started to laugh when asked by The Daily Show’s
Jon Stewart who the U.S. is bombing in the Middle East. It’s not his
first appearance on the comedy show,” reported major Russian news agency
RIA Novosti, Barack Obama is lazy.
“During his presidency, Obama spent more than 1,100 hours on the golf
course—or one-and-a-half months without breaks for sleep or food. He
played golf 247 times during his presidency, breaking the record of
Dwight Eisenhower who did it 210 times,” a major Russian tabloid
reported.
Barack Obama is an idiot.
“Obama linked the spread of terrorism to climate change. At the same
time, the American president expressed confidence that terrorism will be
defeated.” Not having given any specifics on how to deal with the
climate change, Mr. Obama cannot be trusted in the war against
terrorism, concludes RIA Novosti. Barack Obama is a liar.
“Together with [German Chancellor] Merkel and [Turkish President]
Erdogan, Germans called Obama the liar of the year—39 percent called
Merkel the biggest liar, 21 percent called Obama,” announced another
Russian tabloid.
In other words, Russian media wants viewers to believe Mr. Obama is
the anti-Putin. Mr. Putin is strong. Mr. Obama is weak. Mr. Putin is a
doer. Mr. Obama is a talker. Mr. Putin fixes things. Mr. Obama ruins.
Mr. Putin is a leader. Mr. Obama isn’t.
Mr. Putin is a macho alpha-male. Mr. Obama is a… what?
Mainstream media dodges this answer, leaving the task to pro-Kremlin
propaganda that quickly and willingly provides it through videos like
that of popular nationalist comedian Mikhail Zadornov, author of the
widely known slogan, “Americans? But they are STOOOOOOOOOOPID!”

In Russian, “schmoe” resembles the Yiddish “schmuck,” but with much stronger negative connotations.
“Obama schmoe” has recently become an all-pervading part of Russian
pop-culture. There are “Obama schmoe” bumper stickers (in addition to
others, like “Obama is bad” and “Obama is the devil”), and there are
tee-shirts with pictures of Mr. Putin whispering into the ear of the
embarrassed American President, “Obama, you are a schmoe.”
Last summer, during his trip to Russia, French Senator Yves Pozzo di
Borgo was tricked into holding the tee-shirt, with which he was
photographed, La Parisienreported.
There are satellite photographs of the slogan in white paint on the
runway of the Russian air base in Syrian Latakia. There, it serves as a
background for Russian warplanes.
The term is so popular that it made its way into Wikipedia (but was later deleted because of user complaints).
On the surface, the Kremlin avoids putting President Obama down,
though the Russian government approves the trend and, from time to time,
openly condones it.
Celebrating the 10th anniversary of spreading the
Kremlin’s views to the world, Russian government-funded TV network RT
kicked hard at President Obama in a recent promotional video. The film
depicts what Mr. Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry will be doing
20 years from now, at a time when Edward Snowden is president and the
whole world watches nothing but RT. Nobody is afraid of America any
longer, and Mr. Obama and Mr. Kerry have a drink. “Yes we can!” says a

Mainstream Russian media delivers ugly insults wrapped in “newsworthy” and “innocent” packaging, like Vesti’s “The Farmer’s He-Goat Obama is Looking For His Raging She-Goat Merkel.”
When RT speaks to a mostly international audience, the anti-Obama
message it spreads is only on the verge of being hostile and is never
personal. When presented for domestic consumption, however, the attacks
on the U.S. President—orchestrated by the Russian government—are
straightforward.
During last summer’s ‘Day of Youth’ celebration in the Siberian city
of Bratsk (population around 250,000), the local administration
organized a “Who Can Kick Obama Higher” contest. A life-sized poster of
Mr. Obama was placed in the central square of the city and, to the joy
and enthusiasm of the young participants, the rules were simple: the

In February, during the Maslenitsa folk holiday—celebrated in Russia
in the last week before Lent—effigies of the U.S. President were burned
in Kaliningrad, Sevastopol and other cities. In the Siberian city of
Barnaul, the organizer of the burning was “an Afro-American who looked
like Barack Obama,” who was a local representative of the LDPR party in
Russian Parliament.
The holiday also included a puppet show for children, during which
Russian puppet Petrushka killed and burned the American President. The
performance welcomed by the Governor of the Altai region, Alexander
Karlin. “This is a folklore tradition,” he said. “During Maslenitsa the
people always have burned the effigy of Winter, and she never was
offended by this. There is no political context here.” Organizers denied
that Barack Obama was a puppet in the show.
In July, in the city of Perm, the U.S. President’s effigy was found
hung under a railroad bridge not far from the local university with was a
nameplate that read, “One dead Obama = 7,650 live Ukrainians.”

The perpetrators of this barbaric “performance” were never found—in fact, according to v-kurse.ru,
police said that “the hooligans” had done nothing unlawful. Just last
week, in the Kuban region of Russia, a crowd of around 500 took part in
the burning of the effigies of both Barack Obama and Recep Erdogan for
“shooting down the Russian plane by Turkey at the command from America.”
Blatant racism has long accompanied attacks on the U.S. President’s
image, but until recently never became a cause for concern among Russian
authorities.
Last April, in the city of Samara, local company hung a poster in the
middle of the street that read, “Shame on you, unwashed chimney sweep!”
with a picture of Barack Obama’s face. The company received national
notoriety and a great deal of new business, but was fined 10,000 rubles
($150) for breaking advertisement laws.

In the center of the city of Lipetsk, a local printing firm put a huge commercial banner with Mr. Obama’s face and a tear printed under his right eye.
“We work for everybody – but Barack Obama,” it read. But this company
was not fined because the banner didn’t break any laws, and “Barack
Obama did not complain to the department personally.”
Last week’s disgustingly racist scandal finally broke the patience of
the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, which had been silent despite all of the
vulgar anti-Obama assaults in Russia. The high-end Bakhetle supermarket
chain displayed cutting boards styled as the 2016 calendar that,
according to Chinese horoscopes, will be “the year of monkey.”
“The product features a family of monkeys,” AFP reported, “with an
image of Obama’s face superimposed onto that of the smallest primate.”
The owner of the supermarket chain, according to the Maxpark social network, is Mrs. Muslima Latypova, the deputy of the regional Tatar Parliament.
“It is disgusting to see that such blatant racism has a place on
Russian store shelves,” Will Stevens, the spokesperson for the US
Embassy in Moscow wrote on his Twitter.
The response of the cutting boards’ producer was even more disgusting than the “product” itself.
“Nowhere on the cutting board is it written that this is Obama. These
are nothing but boards with monkeys on them,” said the commercial
director for the “Eurostyle” manufacturing company, Mr. Kirill Naumenko.
The boards were removed immediately following the angry reaction from
the U.S. Embassy and the official representative of the store chain
made the public apology. But, yet again, there was no public apology
from representatives of the state, and no signs that the ugly racist
“performances” and personal insults against the U.S. President will be
ended once and for all.
Three committees in the House of Representatives announced Friday
that they were launching concurrent investigations into allegations that
President Barack Obama deliberately manipulated intelligence reports from Syria and Iraq, allowing the Islamic State group to thrive.
According to the Washington Examiner,
Republican Reps. Ken Calvert of California, Mike Pompeo of Kansas and
Brad Wenstrup of Ohio will lead the investigations for the Armed
Services Committee, Intelligence Committee and the Defense
Appropriations Subcommittee, respectively.
“In addition to looking into the specific allegations, the Joint Task
Force will examine whether these allegations reflect systemic problems
across the intelligence enterprise in CENTCOM or any other pertinent
intelligence organizations,” read a joint statement from Armed Services
Committee Chairman Mac Thornberry,
R-Texas, Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., and
Defense Appropriations Subcommittee Chairman Rodney Freylinghuysen,
R-N.J.
The investigations by the House committees joined an investigation by
the Pentagon’s inspector general’s office in relation to the Obama
administration’s alleged manipulation of Islamic State group
intelligence at U.S. Central Command. A September report
said that 50 intelligence officials at CENTCOM had signed a letter
claiming intelligence on the Islamic State group had been doctored.
The report claimed that the Obama administration would deliberately
punish any intelligence official who gave accurate assessments of terror
group strength and didn’t doctor the information to make it look like
the United States was winning the battle against them.
Legal scholar William C. Bradford, who was forced to resign
from his position as an instructor of law at West Point in August, has
privately circulated a draft of an unpublished law review article
entitled “Alea Iacta Est: The U.S. Coup of 2017.” An abstract of that essay posted to Bradford’s LinkedIn page
adumbrates a scenario in which a U.S. president – presumably, Barack
Obama – becomes an undisguised “tyrant” who must be replaced by a
military junta.
“What if the American people were to elect a president who want[s] to
destroy the nation and works to create division among the people,
encourage a culture of ridicule for basic morality and the principles
that made and sustained the country, undermine the financial stability
of the nation, and weaken and destroy the military?” Bradford writes.
“What remedies, if any, did the Framers commend to us in the event a
tyrant should every assume the presidency? Do the people have the right
to resist a tyrant, and does that really hold any prospect of success
without the support of the military? Does the U.S. military have the
right or even the duty to intervene in the domestic politics of the
United States as constitutional and political savior when the times
require it, and who makes that determination?… Is such a duty incumbent
upon the U.S. Armed Forces at present?”(Emphasis added.)
The title of Bradford’s essay might be an allusion to a previous treatment of a similar theme: Brig.
Gen. Charles J. Dunlap’s essay “The Origins of the American Military
Coup of 2012,” which was published in the Winter 1992—93 issue of the
U.S. Army War College journal Parameters. Where Bradford appears to
believe that a coup might be a “duty” incumbent on the military, Gen.
Dunlap – writing from a constitutionalist, rather than praetorian,
perspective – was clearly alarmed by what he saw as an entirely
plausible scenario.
Dunlap used the literary device of a smuggled prison letter composed
by “Prisoner 222305759,” condemned to death for “treason” by military
ruler Gen. E.T. Brutus. Following a series of military disasters
overseas and domestic crises at home, Brutus, acting on concerns very
similar to those spelled out by Bradford (or, for that matter, described
in Robert Heinlein’s premonitory novel Starship Troopers), staged a coup in the name of protecting “public order” from the corruption of the political class.
In the decades leading up to the putsch, the unnamed Prisoner
recalled, “The one institution of government in which people retained
faith was the military.” Even as the public lamented the corruption and
profligacy of Big Government, they had nothing but bottomless respect
for the Regime’s chief instrument of death and property destruction. The
military retained its prestige in spite of the fact that its structural
defects — made painfully visible by a long, bloody, and futile war in
the Gulf — left it “unfit to engage an authentic military opponent.”
While the military was no longer well-suited to fight and win wars,
its subtle integration into every element of domestic life made it
perfectly suited to carry out a coup:
“Eventually, people became acclimated to seeing uniformed military
personnel patrolling their neighborhood. Now [meaning 2012 in the
essay’s timeline] troops are an adjunct to almost all police forces in
the country. In many of the areas where much of our burgeoning
population of elderly Americans live — [military dictator] Brutus calls
them ‘National Security Zones’ — the military is often the only law
enforcement agency. Consequently, the military was ideally positioned in
thousands of communities to support the coup.”
Although 2012 passed without an overt military takeover, Dunlap’s
projection of trends – especially the disastrous long-term military
entanglement in the Middle East, the expanding role of the Pentagon in
routine domestic law enforcement, and the pervasive cultural presence of
the military in everyday American life — has proven to be uncannily
prescient. The same is true of the apparently inexhaustible respect and
public deference enjoyed by the military, despite widespread and
deepening disillusionment with nearly every other branch of government. A recent YouGov survey of 1000 people
posed the question: “Is there any situation in which you could imagine
yourself supporting the U.S. military taking over the powers of [the]
federal government?” Nearly one-third of the respondents – thirty
percent – answered in the affirmative, with 43 percent of Republicans
(as opposed to twenty percent of Democrats) endorsing undisguised
military rule.
The poll also found that a substantially higher percentage of
respondents (70 percent) believed that military officers want what’s
best for the country than police officers (55 percent). This result is
broadly reminiscent of public opinion in Egypt during the 2011 uprising
that overthrew long-ruling U.S. puppet dictator Hosni Mubarak – and
eventually resulted in the installation of a brutal military-led junta ruled by General Abdel al-Sisi. The impenitent corruption and relentless brutality of the Egyptian police led many of that country’s citizens to believe, in the words of protester Mustafa Abdel Wahab, that “The army is all good men by the police, every policeman is bad.”
As the protests spread, observed Steve Coll of The New Yorker,
reports proliferated “that protesters are relieved to see the Army in
the streets; no doubt, as in many other like countries, the Army has
more credibility than the corrupt and often torture-prone police.”
What Egyptians tragically failed to understand – and what many
Americans, who have less excuse, are forgetting – is that the police and
army are what Alexander Hamilton called “correspondent appendages of
military establishments.” In the Federalist, essay number eight,
Hamilton, who was no light touch when it came to the exercise of
executive power, warned that military bodies (which include police
agencies) “have a tendency to destroy … civil and political rights.”
Decades of “emergency” rule in Egypt destroyed whatever trivial
substantive differences may once have separated the police from the
military, and when the former were discredited a desperate public was
manipulated into embracing the latter as “saviors in uniform.”
Although the privations and abuses experienced by Americans
have not generally been as severe as those inflicted on the
long-suffering subjects of Egypt’s police state, the country has endured
a variant of emergency rule since creation of the national security
state in 1946 – which was radically deepened and expanded after the
incident that should be memorialized as Government Failure Day,
September 11, 2001. A crisis of similar magnitude could very easily lead
to the consummation of the military coup Gen. Dunlap dreaded, and

Authorities have discovered images of
ISIS flags and severed heads on the cellphones of hundreds of asylum
seekers crossing into Norway, highlighting concerns about terrorists
exploiting the migrant crisis to infiltrate jihadists into Europe.

that an “explosion” of refugees crossing into the country in recent
months meant that the Police Immigration Service (PU) had to register
the migrants quickly.
According to the report, after
searching luggage and mobile phones belonging to migrants, police have
logged “hundreds” of examples of “photos and videos of executions and
brutal punishments, such as images of people holding up severed heads or
hands.”
This isn’t too surprising coming from the Obama administration. Are they
going to skate for this? Probably. And that should make you mad.
WASHINGTON — The Environmental Protection Agency engaged in “covert
propaganda” and violated federal law when it blitzed social media to
urge the public to back an Obama administration rule intended to better
protect the nation’s streams and surface waters, congressional auditors
have concluded.
The ruling by the Government Accountability Office, which opened its
investigation after a report on the agency’s practices in The New York
Times, drew a bright line for federal agencies experimenting with social
media about the perils of going too far to push a cause. Federal laws
prohibit agencies from engaging in lobbying and propaganda.
“I can guarantee you that general counsels across the federal
government are reading this report,” said Michael Eric Hertz, a
professor at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York who has
written on social media and the government.
An E.P.A. official on Tuesday disputed the finding. “We use social
media tools just like all organizations to stay connected and inform
people across the country about our activities,” Liz Purchia, an agency
spokeswoman, said in a statement. “At no point did the E.P.A. encourage
the public to contact Congress or any state legislature.”

After the Egyptian grandfather of a two-year-old pulled her from her
sleeping mother’s arms and raped her, the mother responded not by
killing the vile grandfather but by killing the innocent child.
The Dubai-based Emirates 24/7
news network reported that the mother, Merfat, 23, drowned her daughter
using a water bucket so as to avoid creating a scandal and bringing
dishonor to her family.
Thankfully, authorities somehow found out about the honor killing and
immediately arrested both the 59-year-old grandfather and his equally
despicable daughter on charges of rape and murder, respectively. Karama Press added that a local medical examiner found “traces of blood” in the child’s anus.
These sorts of stories, however heinous, represent a sad and horrifying trend born out of Shariah law, a medieval system of governance that teaches people that a family’s alleged honor matters more than anything else.
This means in effect that women and children alike often must suffer
sexual abuse in complete and utter silence, lest their family disowns or
even outright murders them.
In this case, sadly, the child did not even have that meager option,
because her mother decided to sacrifice her life on the altar of her
family’s purported honor.
What makes this story that much more frightening is the fact that
according to an admittedly unscientific opt-in poll conducted by the
Center for Security Policy three months ago, 51 percent of Muslims in
America agreed that they “should have the choice of being governed according to Shariah.”
It’s frightening to think that even 1 percent of American Muslims could support the actions of this mother.

This Act is under Section 313. But he did not want you to know that. He wanted you to take what he says for face value (John 8:44).
These illegals are America’s sworn
enemies, who are calling for the “killing of the infidels,” as well as
calling America the “Great Satan.” In other words, they are nothing more
than plants to create a revolution within to attack (Deuteronomy 28:50;
32:25). With that said, it should
interest the people of this country that the media will go off of
information that is premised on mere speculation and hearsay, only to
exhaust the topic and speak of it as if it were the truth when there is
no truth (Jeremiah 11:9). On the other hand, they will
speak of a topic with information which is premised on truth and fact,
as if it is fictitious or conspiratorially premised. It is also interesting that
people will get on an airplane only to ascend up to a staggering 35,000
feet without asking to see the credentials of the pilot who is to take
them to their desired destination.
Yet, when The Lord warns His people, they act as if it is irrelevant, and their actions suggest that it does not apply to them. “God is not a man, that He should lie…” Numbers 23:19 It amazes me what America will do
outside of the grace of God, what it is they will tolerate and even
accept as truth, even when they say that they do not believe what is
being told to them. This is the blind leading the blind, and Americans
wonder why the country is in a ditch (Matthew 15:14). I am speaking of
those who have “eye’s and see not; which have ears, but hear not”
(Jeremiah 5:21). Look what Americans have put up with over the last 7 years in this country concerning this administration, with no verifiable records or substantive documentation of Barack Obama being an American citizen (Deuteronomy 28:36).
I thought it worthy to lay at the feet
of the reader concerning that which was recently posted online in the
face of this “transparent administration” for you to ponder (Matthew
10:26). It is left in original post. It will be interesting to see what they put in his “Presidential Library” about his early years when he is out of office. In a country where we take notice
of many, many facets of our public figures’ lives, doesn’t it seem odd
that there’s so little we know about our current president, Barack
Obama? For example, we know that Andrew
Jackson’s wife smoked a corn cob pipe; Abe Lincoln never went to school;
Jack Kennedy wore a back brace; and Harry Truman played the piano. As Americans, we enjoy knowing
details about our newsmakers, but none of us know one single humanizing
fact about the history of our own president.
We are all aware of the lack of incontestable birth records for Obama; that document managing has been spectacularly successful. There are, however, several additional oddities in Obama’s history that appear to be as well managed as the birthing issue. One other interesting thing… There are no birth certificates of his daughters that can be found? It’s interesting that no one who ever dated him has shown up.
The charisma that caused women to be drawn to him so strongly during
his campaign certainly would, in the normal course of events, lead some
lady to come forward, if only to garner some attention for herself. We all know about JFK’s
magnetism, that McCain was no monk, and quite a few details about
Palin’s courtship and even her athletic prowess. Joe Biden’s aneurysms
are no secret. Look at Cheney and Clinton; we all know about their heart
problems. Certainly, Wild Bill Clinton’s exploits before and during his
White House years were well known.
That’s why it’s so odd that not one lady has stepped up and said, “He was so shy…” or “What a great dancer…” It’s virtually impossible to know anything about this fellow. Who was the best man at his wedding? Start there. Then check groomsmen. Then get the footage of the
graduation ceremony. Has anyone talked to the professors? It is odd that
no one is bragging that they knew him or taught him or lived with him. When did he meet Michelle, and
how? Are there photos there? Every president gives the public all their
photos, etc. for their library, etc. What has he released? And who in h*ll voted for him to be the most popular man in 2010? Doesn’t this make you wonder?
Ever wonder why no one ever came forward
from President Obama’s past saying they knew him, attended school with
him, was his friend, etc.?? Not one person has ever come forward from his past. It certainly is very, very strange… This should be a cause for great
concern. To those who voted for him, you may have elected an
unqualified, inexperienced shadow man. (He has never successfully run a
candy store, yet Americans stand down and allow him to destroy their
country.) Have you seen a movie named “The Manchurian Candidate“? As insignificant as each of us
might be, someone with whom we went to school will remember our name or
face; someone will remember we were the clown or the dork or the brain
or the quiet one or the bully, or something about us.
George Stephanopoulos of ABC News said
the same thing during the 2008 campaign. He questions why no one has
acknowledged the president was in his or her classroom, or ate in the
same cafeteria, or made impromptu speeches on campus. Stephanopoulos
also was a classmate of Obama at Columbia — the class of 1984. He says
he never had a single class with him. He is such a great orator; why

Columbia to release his records? Nobody remembers Obama at Columbia University…. Looking for evidence of
Obama’s past, Fox News contacted 400 Columbia University students from
the period when Obama claims to have been there… but none remembered
him. Wayne Allyn Root was, like Obama, a political science major at Columbia who also graduated in 1983.
In 2008, Root said
of Obama, “I don’t know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and
they all know me. I don’t have a classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at
Columbia, ever.” Nobody recalls him. Root adds
that he was also, like Obama, Class of ’83 Political Science, and says,
“You don’t get more exact or closer than that. Never met him in my life,
don’t know anyone who ever met him. “At the class reunion, our 20th
reunion five years ago, who was asked to be the speaker of the class?
Me. No one ever heard of Barack! And five years ago, nobody even knew
who he was. “The guy who writes the class
notes, who’s kind of the, as we say in New York, ‘the macha’ who knows
everybody, has yet to find a person, a human who ever met him.”
Obama’s photograph does not appear in
the school’s yearbook, and Obama consistently declines requests to talk
about his years at Columbia, provide school records, or provide the name
of any former classmates or friends while at Columbia. Some other interesting questions: Why was Obama’s law license inactivated in 2002? It is said there is no record of him ever taking the Bar exam. Why was Michelle’s law license inactivated by court order? We understand that was forced to avoid fraud charges. It is circulating that, according
to the U.S. Census, there is only one Barack Obama–but 27 Social
Security numbers and over 80 aliases connected to him.
The Social Security number he uses now originated in Connecticut, where he is reported to have never lived. And it was originally registered
to another man (Thomas Louis Wood) from Connecticut, who died in Hawaii
while on vacation there. As we all know, Social Security Numbers are

Over and over again, I continuously
pound on this one nail (Isaiah 26:9): Justice is the Guardian of
Liberty; and yet, it seems America does not understand the concept of
what it takes to preserve her freedoms (Proverbs 28:5). But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream. Amos 5:24 …and that upon the heads of the wicked. For if Americans fail to bring
about lawful judgment upon the heads of the wicked, it will befall upon
the heads of the righteous. There is no lukewarm place to stand
(Revelation 3:16). Friends, it cannot be said that your ruin is designed by God when your remedy is revealed by Him.
He bids you take the way in which He
appoints; and if you reject it, you must die. Your death is suicide, be
it deliberate, accidental, or through error of judgment. You are loved, America. You have
been warned over and over again because you are loved. Now, respond for
your own sakes (Ezekiel 3:33). If you refuse, I wash my hands; your blood be on your own head.
