An Islamist group with secret compounds and questionable ties to
radical organizations is allegedly stockpiling weapons to use in
anticipation of raids they believe may be ordered by the Trump
administration.
These groups aren’t collecting weapons in the Middle East.
It’s happening right here in America.
According to reports, the group is fearful of the Trump
administration re-opening investigations into whether or not the group
is a “homegrown terrorist organization.”
Via Fox News:
Muslims of America, which is headquartered in Hancock,
N.Y., and run from Pakistan by leader Sheikh Gilani, operates 22
“Islamic villages” around the nation. The compounds are legal, but
Gilani has recently ordered all unarmed members to gather firearms,
licenses and hunting permits, according to Clarion Project. Gilani believes his group will be targeted by Trump.
“I foretold disastrous results should this man be elected as the
American President,” Gilani said in a statement shortly after Trump was
elected president on Nov. 8. “He has come as a test and trial for the
faithful adherents of the holy books.”
Judge Andrew Napolitano analyzed the report and explained that as
long as the groups are heeding New York State gun laws, they are within
their rights to gather up firearms.
He did admit however, that it’s “creepy” for the group to be
stockpiling weapons not for simple acts of self defense but rather,
because they expect a confrontation with the federal government under
President Trump.
Islamberg is listed on the Clarion Project website as a possible
“radicalized community in the U.S.,” linked to a Pakistani militant
group known as Jamaat ul-Fuqra.
It claims the group has 22 locations in the United States, with Islamberg in New York being one of the more prominent locations. Read More: http://menrec.com/
What do we call this? A glitch? An oversight? Gross
incompetence? Or, purposeful efforts to sidestep background checks by a
corrupt administration? You call it… The Washington Times reports – The
government suspended naturalization ceremonies and banned officers from
approving any new applications for citizenship earlier this week after
realizing its background check system was broken and ineligible people
may have been slipping through, a key congressman revealed Friday.
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte, whose office
was tipped off to the monumental error, said he was stunned by the
problem — and also by the fact that the administration never bothered to
inform him of it. In
the internal email Mr. Goodlatte obtained, the associate director at
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services ordered all officers “not to
approve or oath any naturalization cases in ELIS,” referring to the
Electronic Immigration System that’s the case management system for
processing applications. “At this point we are not confident that proper FBI Name Checks
have been run on certain ELIS cases. At this point we are uncertain of
the scope of the problem,” Daniel M. Renaud, the associate director,
said in the email. FBI name checks are a critical part of the application process,
giving immigration officers a look at potential criminal histories or
other national security red flags that would make someone ineligible for
citizenship. Read More: http://www.washingtontimes.com

A former Army Special Forces officer is blasting Donald Trump's
pick for secretary of Defense, accusing retired Marine Corps. Gen.
James Mattis of "leaving my men to die" more than a decade ago.
Jason
Amerine says that when a team of Special Forces was hit by friendly
fire in Afghanistan in December 2001, Mattis, who was in charge of a
nearby group of Marines, hesitated to approve a rescue operation.
"Every element in Afghanistan tried to help us except the closest
friendly unit, commanded by Mattis. Men were ready to drive to get us or
send horses from the other side of the country if that was what it
took," Amerine wrote in a Facebook post.
Sources involved in the operation told NBC News
that Mattis, who was a brigadier general at the time, turned down
repeated requests for assistance even though helicopters under his
command were reportedly just 45 minutes away.
Mattis retired in 2013 after leading U.S. Central Command, meaning he
would need a special waiver from Congress to serve atop the Pentagon,
which requires former military officers be out of uniform for seven
years before becoming Defense chief.
Mattis has not commented
publicly on the incident, which NBC News noted was detailed in the 2011
book "The Only Thing Worth Dying For" by Eric Blehm. Neither Trump's
transition team nor Mattis offered comment for the NBC report.
The
former Special Forces officer wrote Friday that the long delay may have
caused the deaths of several soldiers, but added that the incident was
never properly investigated by officials.
"None of that was
assessed properly because the [5th Special Forces Group] chose not to
call for a formal investigation. 5th Group wanted to end the bad press
associated with the friendly fire and the inaction by Mattis only made
it worse so they buried my angry complaints and sought to shut me up
about everything that happened that day," he wrote.
Amerine underscored his criticism of the former general by accusing him of being "indecisive" and "betray[ing] his duty." "Maybe
Mattis was a good general later in his career by whatever standard you
want but it has been bizarre to suddenly see these facts up for debate.
He was indecisive and betrayed his duty to us, leaving my men to die
during the golden hour when he could have reached us," Amerine wrote.
The current head of the Department of Homeland Security, Jeh
Johnson, has praise for Donald trump’s possible pick, Michael McCaul.
Some wonder why Johnson would praise him and also see it as a kiss of
death. That is sort of like: If Nancy Pelosi is for it, it cannot be
good for me. Jeh Johnson may see him as a non-threat to current
policies. This one bears watching. Read more here.
As Written By Katie McHugh for BREITBART:
‘Kiss of Death’: Obama’s DHS Chief Praises Possible Donald Trump Pick for DHS Secretary
President Barack Obama’s border and immigration secretary praised GOP
Rep. Michael McCaul, spiking alarm among pro-American immigration
reformers who fear that President-elect Donald Trump will pick McCaul to
run the critical Department of Homeland Security.
The praise for McCaul by DHS chief Jeh Johnson “should be the kiss of
death in the Trump administration,” said Jessica Vaughan, the policy
director at the non-partisan Center for Immigration Studies. The
endorsement “signals that in Johnson’s estimation, McCaul is not likely
to carry out the [pro-American] policies Trump won on,” she added.
On Wednesday, Johnson told the Washington Times that “I don’t know anybody who is stronger on border security in Congress that I have dealt with.”
But McCaul “is on the record opposing virtually everything Donald
Trump has proposed,” said Rosemary Jenks, the government relations head
at NumbersUSA. “It would be really difficult to push through the Trump
agenda with chairman McCaul as secretary of the DHS.”
Bestselling conservative author Ann Coulter also wrote a column Wednesday warningTrump not to betray the tens of millions of voters who sent him to the White House on immigration.
It will surprise consumers of American media to learn
this, but every promise Trump made on immigration is already the law.
Why? Because politicians know that’s what ….
Ok young lady..you may be great in real estate management, garden parties, jewelry and clothing lines and have a net worth north of 150m...however you haven't a clue about climate change! If by chance you’re not entirely familiar with all the buzz surrounding the #PizzaGate story, I suggest you take a look at the post titled, One-Stop Shop With Everything You Need Regarding the PizzaGate Pedophile Ring. That post will get you up to speed quickly.
As I highlight in the video below, as does the article following the
video, almost immediately after the death of Andrew Breitbart there were
suspicions that perhaps Andrew had been murdered. Several comments
Breitbart made in days leading up to his death, certainly would have
made various public officials very nervous, not the least of which was
President Barack Obama.
Looking back now, especially at the texts Breitbart posted just
before his death, it’s glaringly obvious that Breitbart was all too
aware of #PizzaGate. You don’t need an intimate understanding of the
scandal to realize that there is a 100% chance several of Andrew's
tweets leading up to his death specifically specifically about those
involved in #PizzaGate, however at the time they probably sounded crazy
even to those closest to him, unless he'd shared the secret.
In the video below, I review the basic timeline you can get in much more detail in the post titled, One-Stop Shop With Everything You Need Regarding the PizzaGate Pedophile Ring, and
put the events surrounding Breitbart’s death in the context of what we
already know about #PizzaGate. The results are jaw-dropping.
Humans are Free writes:
As evidence continues to mount, the now worldwide PizzaGate investigation – being actively ignored by mainstream media – reveals a very interesting and altogether damning connection.
Due to the ongoing citizen investigation, on both the conspiracy sub-reddit as well as the new Voat pizzagate subverse,
that has risen up to fill the void left by the absence of legal action
that some would consider an absolute dereliction of duty, an obvious link between the death of Andrew Breitbart and the Pizzagate investigation has been uncovered.
There were many who spoke out about the death of Andrew Breitbart, naming it foul play.
Not hours after his death was confirmed in early March,
skeptics were quick to question what role his passing may have had in
relation to a public address he delivered earlier in 2012.
Speaking to the audience at the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, D.C. only weeks earlier, Breitbart claimed he had videos that would end the political career of US President Barack Obama. Yet it wasn’t until his coroner, the one responsible for
declaring his cause of death(also at the center of much controversy),
turned up dead from arsenic poisoning within hours of the release of
Breitbart’s preliminary autopsy report that the theory truly began to
materialize.
Many of Breitbart’s tweets leading up to his death were very accusatory and seemingly irrational at the time.
However, following WikiLeaks’ release of the hacked emails from John Podesta, uncovering the horror that is pizzagate, his tweet’s context began to form.
What is being uncovered in this new line of investigation is
startling to say the least, as it was a story all were familiar with. Sadly, few rallied to his side during the time of these
obviously relevant tweets, but now that the public is increasingly aware
of this story his attempts to warn the people will not go unheeded.
The public was clearly lacking the deeper understanding of the story
which Americans have gained in recent weeks due almost entirely to the
tireless efforts of the alternative media. The Daily Sheeple website was recently brought down due to an article exposing #PizzaGate.
Breitbart had attempted to call out Media Matters for covering up
“underage sex slave operations” that connected back to Planned
Parenthood. Media Matters is a company founded by David Brock, who is the ex boyfriend of James Alefantis; yes, the same Alefantis who currently owns the very epicenter of this entire scandal: Comet Ping Pong.
One such “coincidence” could be explained away and ignored, as they
all too often are, yet this entire investigation is spilling over with
such coincidences. Yet all the people are asking for is a legitimate
response from law enforcement that honestly addresses the facts at hand,
if that is even a possibility in modern America. At what point can this no longer be ignored?
The Green Party’s Jill Stein made headlines last week when she began
raising funds for what will surely be a frivolous recount of several
states’ November 8th elections.
Jill Stein has been criticized by her own party for her recount efforts against Donald Trump.
Hillary Clinton’s team jumped on board as well, possibly before
realizing that Stein was simply padding her own pockets with the recount
fundraiser money, knowing full well that several of the states would
buck back against Stein’s initiative. Donald Trump rightfully called
the whole thing a “scam”, and now even Stein’s own Green Party is
seeming to side with the President-Elect.
“As the American Thinker reported: Dr. Margaret Flowers, Green Party candidate for Senate from Maryland, released a letter on
her campaign site complaining about the misuse of time and funds in the
Green Party’s name, suggesting their efforts be redirected to more
important party causes. The letter was signed by over 200 Green Party
members, candidates and party officials.
“The relevant bits of the letter are below: “‘There are significant electoral reforms needed to make elections
more democratic and more representative of the people. While we support
electoral reforms, including how the vote is counted, we do not support
the current recount being undertaken by Jill Stein.’
“‘The decision to pursue a recount was not made in a
democratic or a strategic way, nor did it respect the established
decision making processes and structures of the Green Party of the
United States (GPUS). The recount has created confusion about the
relationship between the Green and Democratic parties because the states
chosen for the recount are only states in which Hillary Clinton lost.
There were close races in other states such as New Hampshire and
Minnesota where Clinton won, but which were not part of the recount. And
this recount does not address the disenfranchisement of voters; it
recounts votes that were already counted rather than restoring the
suffrage of voters who were prevented from voting.’ “‘As a candidate, Dr. Stein has the right to call for a recount.
However, we urge the GPUS to distance itself from any appearance of
support for either Democrats or Republicans. We are well aware of the
undemocratic actions taken during the primaries by the DNC and the
Clinton campaign. Greens cannot be perceived to be allied with such a
party.'”
With Stein being denied outright by Wisconsin, and now the
admonishment of her own political party raining down upon her, will she
finally return to her seclusion somewhere in the far left wing of
American junk politics?

Has anyone noticed how the liberals and Muslims are complaining about the widespread of Islam phobia throughout America?
They think the phobia is a mental condition unjustly brought on by
racism and fear mongers. I for one think it is a virus that is
contagious after reading about or viewing terrorist attacks televised
from the media. I have caught this disease after exposure to the events
listed below that have happened in the last two years not to mention all
the others from 9-11 to now.
I have found a medicine that will keep it from spreading.
I will not show it to you because I keep it concealed and carry extra capsules and do so lawfully thanks to the 2nd Amendment.

Why is blocking highways one of the preferred forms of protest by
the Black Lives Matter movement? It is incredible dangerous and
stupid. Has anyone on the planet, ever been inspired to support a cause
by the ignorant, disruptive, foul, vile tactics of the left? Interrupt
me in the course of my daily life and you are guaranteed to make a life
long enemy.
Activists associated with the Black Lives Matter movement will see
the inside of a jail cell after blocking a highway during a protest in
July.
The Richmond, Va. protest, which falls into a long line of recent
race-related protests and riots, occurred on July 18, and was likely set
off by the police shootings of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile that
month.
Thirteen protesters blocked Interstate 95 and chanted “Black Lives
Matter!” and “No justice, no peace, no racist police!” They shut down
traffic during rush hour, but not for long, as police showed up and made
arrests within an hour.
They all pleaded guilty to illegally blocking traffic Monday and were sentenced to five days in prison.
3 months in jail would be more appropriate. Plus add a $1,000 fine so they don’t make a profit from their Soros funded pay.
Obama regime locked in last-minute bid to preserve nuke deal…
Trump is only 50 days out from being inaugurated, and he’s already gotten more done than Obama did in 8 years.
I sense a new era begin on January 20, 2017 when
the Trump revolution takes hold and the sound of major butthurt among
democrats, progressives, liberals and of course RINO’s too.
Free Beacon:
Congress unanimously voted on Thursday to level new sanctions on
Iran, sending a clear message that lawmakers stand opposed to the Obama
administration’s continued concessions to Tehran in the final months
before it leaves office, according to comments provided to the
Washington Free Beacon.
The Obama administration, including Secretary of State John Kerry,
made a final push in recent weeks to convince lawmakers to abandon the
new sanctions, but lawmakers remained firm on Thursday, voting 99-0 to
approve the new sanctions. Even Democrats who have supported the White
House’s diplomacy voted in favor of the sanctions.
Senior Iranian officials have been adamant that new sanctions would violate last summer’s nuclear agreement and have threatened
multiple times in recent months to walk away from the deal if the
United States does not meet all of its demands under the deal.
A State Department official told the Free Beacon the
department is focused on ensuring that Iran continues to implement its
nuclear-related commitments under the JCPOA when asked about
its position on the sanctions bill.
While President Barack Obama has threatened to veto the new sanctions, sources told the Free Beacon
that mounting opposition to the deal may make this difficult for the
White House, which has been working in its final months to preserve the
diplomatic agreement before President-elect Donald Trump assumes
control. More

are destined for the trash heap.
Washington:
US Secretary of State John Kerry warned Tuesday that he “will not go
quietly into the night” as President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming
administration prepares to shake up US foreign policy.
Addressing an association of women diplomats, Kerry said he would
help ensure a smooth handover of power in his department but would
continue to argue for environmental protection, foreign aid and strong
alliances.
“We’re going to have one hell of a debate over the next few years, I
can assure you, and I can promise you this… I am not going to go quietly
into the night,” he said, to warm applause.
The 72-year-old Democrat did not mention Trump by name, but his
speech was a wide-ranging defense of policies the incoming Republican
and his conservative and nationalist supporters have threatened to
overturn.
He insisted the Iran deal had made the world safer by blocking
Tehran’s path to a nuclear weapon and the Paris climate accord would
help stave off “a dire threat to our security and the future prosperity
of our planet.”
On the campaign trail, Trump threatened to tear up or renegotiate
both these accords and called into question the future of US military
alliances, accusing European and Asian partners of not pulling their
weight.
“We cannot survive as a fact-free nation,” Kerry declared, urging
leaders to heed the warnings of climate science and to invest in green
technology rather than a return to coal that Trump advocated on the
stump. More
The Paris Climate Accord
is all about limiting (capping) greenhouse gas emissions (CO2) – a
believed ‘man-made’ contributor to climate change, in order to keep
warming below 1.5 degrees Celsius by the year 2100. The agreement also
aims to stop emitting greenhouse gases by 2060, at which time it will
focus on pulling carbon out of the atmosphere (negative emissions)…which, by the way, a bunch of scientists say is virtually impossible. Sounds expensive huh? Yep. Bloomberg estimates that the Paris
Climate deal will cost the United States 12.1 TRILLION dollars over the
next 25 years. And, here’s the rub – there is no conclusive proof that
CO2 has ANY effect on the climate.
Are we humans causing the warming by
our carbon emissions? Actually, most of the “greenhouse effect” is due
to water vapor, which makes one wonder why the EPA hasn’t designated H2O
a harmful pollutant that they must regulate. Meteorologist Brian
Sussman’s calculations in his book “Climategate” show humanity’s share of the greenhouse effect as .9 of 1 percent.
It’s even possible that CO2 may not
affect global warming at all. During many stretches of planetary
history, there has been no correlation between the concentration of CO2
in the atmosphere and global temperature. In other long stretches, the
variations of the two factors followed a significant sequence: increases
in CO2 followed increases in warmth by several centuries. You don’t
need to have a degree in climate science to know that, in a temporal
universe, cause does not follow its effect.
Even global warming alarmists have tacitly conceded that CO2 is not
the primary driver of climate change when they responded to the relative
cooling in recent years by changing their story and telling us that the
earth is likely to cool for a few decades in spite of still-increasing
atmospheric CO2. Translation: other factors outweigh CO2 in their impact
on global temperatures. Those other factors include variations in solar
activity (accounting for 3/4 of the variability in earth’s temperature
according to the Marshall Institute); changes in earth’s orbit and axis;
albedo (reflectivity, meaning changes in cloud cover which are
influenced by fluctuations in gamma ray activity); and volcanic and
tectonic activity in the earth’s crust. For humans to presume that they
are more than a gnat on an elephant’s rump in terms of impact on climate
change is vain and delusive.
So, in terms of actually changing the climate, the Paris Climate Accord is a total waste of time and money.
That didn’t stop the Pope from offering a climate change ‘warning’ in
what commentators are calling, “a message that looked to be squarely
aimed at” Donald Trump.
Pope Francis warned of the “crisis of
climate change.” “The ‘distraction’ or delay in implementing global
agreements on the environment shows that politics has become submissive
to a technology and economy which seek profit above all else,” Francis
said, in what Reuters described as “a message that looked to be squarely aimed at” Trump.
Trump pledged to pull the U.S. out of the UN Paris climate agreement and defund and withdraw from the UN climate process.
Speaking to a group of scientists,
including physicist Stephen Hawking, the pope said in his speech that
scientists should “work free of political, economic or ideological
interests, to develop a cultural model which can face the crisis of
climatic change and its social consequences”. The Pope has previously
urged Catholics to pray for a UN climate agreement.
Who knew the Pope was such an expert on all things “climate?”
Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s desperate attempt to
overturn the presidential election results in key states is coming apart
at the seams.
After decades of getting everything they want, the Clintons are
finally tasting the bitter rejection of the American people — and the
mounting recount failures, combined with the election results, have
reportedly left husband Bill Clinton dazed and dumbfounded.
Hillary’s last ditch attempt at a recount, spear-headed by over six
million in donations by heavily Democratic backers to Green Party
candidate Jill Stein, is facing increasing difficulties and missteps.
In Wisconsin, Dane County Circuit Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn has
refused to order local officials to conduct the state’s presidential
recount by hand, acknowledging that Stein’s wild conspiracy theory of
Russians hacking voting equipment had zero evidence.
And in Pennsylvania, Stein’s team missed a critical deadline to officially file for a voter-initiated recount. According to The Washington Examiner,
“That blown deadline is a huge blow for Democrats who have pinned their
hopes on recounts in the Keystone State, Michigan and Wisconsin.”
As a result of their stunning election loss, the Clinton empire has
begun to unravel — and it has left former President Bill Clinton
stunned.
In early November, it was widely reported that, as poll numbers began
to shift in President-elect Donald Trump’s favor during the last days
of the election, Hillary and Bill’s had an intense screaming match over
the phone, blaming each other for the failing campaign.
According to The Associated Press, since the election, Bill “has
been poring over the election results, second-guessing decisions by top
campaign aides and intensely trying to figure out how his wife lost the
white working-class voters who were the base of his electoral
coalition, say people familiar with the campaign.”
Meanwhile, donations to the controversial Clinton Foundation have
plunged this year, down a reported 37 percent. And Hillary has been left
to wander aimless around the woods on long, lonely hikes near her
Westchester home in New York, according to her remaining staffers.
Even longtime Clinton cronies and aides are expressing their discontent. “This [recount effort] is a big waste of time,”said former Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell, a longtime Clinton political ally who is urging Democrats to move past the loss. “I wouldn’t give a dollar to Jill Stein,” said Adam Parkhomenko, a longtime Clinton aide, told The Associated Press
regarding his fellow liberal’s effort to overturn the election.
“Volunteers, supporters and Democrats, they want to pick themselves up
and get back out there. The best vehicle to do that is the Louisiana
Senate race,” referencing a Dec. 10th runoff election that is
progressive’s last chance to pick up a Senate seat.

and Andrew Henry up the Missouri River as a beaver trapper. Along with
Bridger on the expedition went three other future giants of the frontier
-- Jedediah Smith, Thomas Fitzpatrick and Hugh Glass. Jedediah Smith,
who was known for reading his Bible around the campfire, gave Bridger a
nickname which would stick for life. He called him 'Old Gabe' because
Bridger, with his self assured manner, reminded him of the angel Gabriel
spreading the word of God. The party travelled in keelboats some 1,800
miles up the mouth of the Yellowstone River. Jim's education grew by
leaps and bounds as he found out how to survive on the land. He came to
know the uncharted lands like the back of his hand.
Jim Bridger
had undoubtedly found his niche. He would spend much of the next 60
years at the head of groups of trappers and fur hunters for the Rocky
Mountain Fur Company, of which he was a founder, and the American Fur
Company. In 1842, however Bridger and fellow trapper Pierre Luis Vasquez
set about building a settlement on Black's Fork of the Green River in
what is now Wyoming. The settlement, known as Fort Bridger, would become
a vital stopping off point for wary travellers on the overland trail
west. The travellers found in Jim Bridger an excellent host. One diary
reported the following about the man behind Fort Bridger: " He was
excessively kind and patient with me in laying down the route to Salt
Lake, taking the trouble of drawing a chart with charcoal on the door,
pointing out a new line that had never been attempted, which would be a
short cut of thirty miles."
That account underscores Bridger's vast knowledge of the west. According
to Captain John W. Gunnison in an 1834 report, " With a buffalo skin
and a piece of charcoal he will map out any portion of this vast region
with wonderful accuracy. His renown in the area of plotting and charting
maps grew. In 1851, he was assigned by the United States Government to
draw the official maps that established the tribal boundaries according
to the Fort Laramie Peace Treaty.
By his mid thirties Jim
Bridger had grown into a fine specimen of a man. He stood at just over
six feet, had a lean, muscular physique and sharp facial features.
According to an 1837 copy of the Cincinnati Atlas, "His cheekbones were
high, his nose hooked or acquiline, the expression of his eyes mild and
thoughtful, that of his face grave almost to solemnity."
The
highlight of the trapper's year was the annual rendezvous. Bridger
richly enjoyed such get togethers. He was a natural fireside
entertainer. He would amaze his listeners with stories about his
adventures and the sights he had seen. Bridger had the ability to
mesmerize Indians as well as white men with his tales. On one occasion a
Captain Howard Stansbury was amazed to see him keep a circle of Sioux
and Cheyenne intrigued for over an hour with a tall tale that was told
completely in sign language.
Bridger kept himself busy trapping
and scouting after Fort Bridger was established. He laid out a stage
route west from Denver for the Central Overland and Pike's Peak Express
Company. He also guided 300 prospectors to Montana goldfields. He also
spent some time as a guide for the U.S. Army in their quest for hostile
Indians.
One day while scouting ahead of an army column near
Tongue River in Wyoming Territory in 1865, Bridger pointed out some
smoke rising at a distant point. The Captain, however, saw nothing, even
with the aid of field glasses. As they advanced other scouts began
reporting an Indian village with campfires up ahead.
Just two
years later, however, failing eyesight caused Bridger to retire from his
position as an army scout. He purchased a farm in Kansas City, Missouri
and settled into the life of a farmer. He died there in 1881. He was 77
years of age.
I think not...further more the SCOTUS got it so wrong on this one. A physical act is by no means speech by any stretch of the imagination . If one wants to verbally state, draw or paint a picture of the American flag burning and or a caption stating ones disgust for it that is freedom of speech.
To physically burn or by any other physical means urinate, defecate, stomp on or hang in effigy becomes a act of violence and violations of the health and safety codes, rioting etc on the flag or person or any other property for that matter! When peacefully assembling and marching in protest turns to physical acts such as burning tires, flags, cars, buildings etc it becomes a violation of the law and is prosecuted as such.
Therefore Donald J Trump is correct when he stated burning of the flag should be prosecuted...it was a law before SCOTUS made the mistake in their opinion on it... being a freedom of speech issue.
People under the US Constitution / Bill of Rights are guaranteed freedom of speech and the right to assemble and protest peacefully. Not to violate laws of the land...rioting,disturbing the peace, destruction of property, physical harm to others etc.
There was a time when it was a violation of the law to desecrate the symbol of our freedom hard fought for... it was lead by the American flag. The SCOTUS overturned this law when they classified physical acts as being covered under freedom of speech...which is totally wrong and imo a oxymoron of the first degree!
Addendum: Update:To make this perfectly clear our founders wrote the US Constitution/Bill of Rights in 18th Century old English...the term Freedom of Speech/Expression referred to written and verbal expression it did not cover physical acts...the reason SCOTUS got it wrong was because they did not use logic/reason to form their opinion on what our founders meant.:under the SCOTUS opinion this would mean a person could claim their First Amendment right (expression) to scream fire in a theater...or use as a defense in a sexual harassment case, pedophilia, beastality,or on the street a dude gets all hot and bothered by a pretty/sexy lady~so he whips it out and whacks away claiming freedom of expression of his desire for said lady
Are you starting to see where I am going with this...the looney left cherry picks what they claim is covered under the First Amendment not what it actually says...Freedom of Speech~expression verbal/written,drawn or painted...not physical acts...therefor when we have a new POTUS installed #Trump and we have a fair balanced logic based SCOTUS this issue must be revisited and fixed!
If you agree please RT my opinion...just because one does not have a LLB does not mean one does not have the ability to form a opinion based on logic!
Every single person who handled the release should be terminated
immediately and never allowed to hold civil service positions ever
again! Of all the hot messes Obama is leaving President-Elect Trump,
mass illegal immigration is the biggest one of all. But Trump’s team
appears ready to tackle this enormous problem, and there will be much
satisfaction in watching the changes. Trump will unleash DHS to enforce
our laws.
An accused child rapist and Dominican national was released out of
custody by Philadelphia police, ignoring federal immigration officials’
request to hand over the man.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) released a news release
describing how 40-year-old Winston Enrique Perez Pilarte, also known as
Josue Duran-Cortes, was released by Philadelphia officials back in 2015
after failing to “honor” their detainer on Pilarte.
“After confirming his identity using biometric data, an ICE detainer was
lodged against Perez Pilarte while he was detained at the Philadelphia
Curran Fromhold Correctional Facility in July 2015,” ICE stated in the
release. “On Nov. 25, 2015, Perez Pilarte was released from local
custody without being turned over on the ICE detainer.”
Pilarte was arrested and charged by the Philadelphia law enforcement
with attempted rape, unlawful sexual contact with a minor, aggravated
indecent assault, unlawful restraint, endangering the welfare of a
child, corruption of minors, indecent assault, simple assault and
recklessly endangering another person.
Pilarte’s charges against him are currently pending in a local court.
After investigating and locating Pilarte, federal immigration
officials were able to perform an arrest and he now faces a hearing in
immigration court. More

In response to Donald Trump’s victory on Election Day, the state of
California has filed paperwork to add secession to the public ballot as early as 2019.
While
the secession dream is incredibly unlikely, Donald Trump’s election has
made many in the state question their state’s place in the United
States according to Sherry Jeffe, political scientist at the University
of Southern California. ““Right now California is the polar
opposite of what is going on politically, culturally and in some cases
economically in Donald Trump’s America,” she said.
The
“Calexit” movement has been treading water for the last 2-3 years for
reasons which have nothing to do with Trump but has been invigorated
over the last few weeks as more than 15,000 Californians have added
their names to the secession movement.
The group pushing the movement, “Yes California”, is using Trump’s
election as a catalyst for the movement which had been steadily gaining
steam. “We’re doing it now because of all of the overwhelming
attention,” Marcus Evans, Yes California’s co-founder and vice
president, told the Los Angeles Times. Continue Reading
Obama regime pushes a flurry of ‘midnight’ actions. Republicans are
warning them to stop and are preparing to repeal those regulations en
masse.
We should blame congress for allowing Obama to constitutionally
destroy the presidency. They have all the tools necessary to bring his
majesty into line, but have failed us, and that’s why we need Donald
Trump to drain the swamp.
Politico:
Federal agencies are rushing out a final volley of
executive actions in the last two months of Barack Obama’s presidency,
despite warnings from Republicans in Congress and the reality that
Donald Trump will have the power to erase much of their handiwork after
Jan. 20.
Regulations on commodities speculation, air pollution from the oil
industry, doctors’ Medicare drug payments and high-skilled immigrant
workers are among the rules moving through the pipeline as Obama’s
administration grasps at one last chance to cement his legacy. So are
regulations tightening states’ oversight of online colleges and
protecting funding for Planned Parenthood.
Also moving ahead are negotiations on an investment treaty with China
and decisions by the Education Department on whether to offer debt
relief to students at defunct for-profit colleges. The Department of
Transportation may also go ahead with a ban on cellphone calls on
commercial flights and a rule requiring most freight trains have at
least two crew members on duty.
Some agencies are pulling back, fearful that Trump and the GOP-led
Congress will use a seldom-invoked legislative tool to permanently wipe
out their 11th-hour regulations. For example, the Interior Department
has failed to release a long-awaited rule to protect streams from coal
mining pollution — and indications are it might never issue it.
But other agencies have signaled full steam ahead despite the threat
of Republicans consigning their work to oblivion, in a dynamic that will
be crucial to deciding how much of Obama’s legacy survives the
ascendant Trump era.
“As I’ve mentioned to you before, we’re running — not walking —
through the finish line of President Obama’s presidency,” Environmental
Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy wrote agency employees the
day after the Nov. 8 election. “Thank you for taking that run with me.
I’m looking forward to all the progress that still lies ahead.” More

The following excerpt is from an article that originally appeared on SHTF Plan
Evolve or die?
It won’t be an easy path, or one that the masses will have an
opportunity to follow before things fall apart, but it could still
influence the future of the way we live… a least what remains of
humanity in the aftermath.
A prepping company that caters to wealthy people concerned with the
rising tensions and the dark trends that are enveloping America –
economically, socially, politically and even environmentally – is not
only constructing bunkers to house survival communities, but attempting
to steer this conscious development into a better way of life.
The US company creating the $1.5million
“Earthship” eco-structures says humans “must evolve” and insists they
“will soon be a necessity” for our species “to survive on this planet.”
The bizarre U-shaped hideaways, which can reportedly survive in any
climate, can be deployed to any part of the world and are
self-sufficient enough to survive in isolation – during a killer virus outbreak or a radiation catastrophe.
The Earthships’ thick walls are built from car tyres packed full of mud and small stones which form a “earth brick”.
“The resulting bearing walls it forms is virtually indestructible,” Mr Reynolds explained. The homes are made almost entirely from recycled materials
including glass and wood and are “off-grid” – power comes from solar
panels and wind turbines nearby and they are earthquake-proof.
IT is perhaps not surprising that the best way to survive would be
sustainable, in an environmental sense, and self-sustaining in another…
many preppers and homesteaders doing it this way all along. The best way
to hedge against a collapsing system is to live outside of it, and
insulate against its shocks and pressures.
These Eco houses built to survive natural
disasters could keep you safe during Armageddon – if you can afford the
princely sum of $1.5million.
“Our houses would work during and post disaster,” said Agate, a spokesperson for the company. “Our buildings resist earthquakes, typhoons and even fire. We
want to emphasise how strong they are. Ponded tyres are so strong and
the house provide you with all necessary need for human to survive.
Earthship is an eco-system in itself.
“The purpose of the homes is to make people self-sufficient and the
house itself takes care of them. The house provides people with shelter,
energy, fresh water, food and waste disposal -sewage and garbage.
For those dedicated enough to build or buy into it, completely
resilient structures can buffer everything from roaming hordes and
rioting masses to nuclear, biological and chemical war and simply a
logical extension.
If taken seriously enough, these communities could emerge on the other side of… just about anything.
This style of housing has popped up in the deserts of New Mexico and
Arizona over the past several decades – in part out of the necessity of
coping with the harsh growing climate and low rain fall.
But these same custom-made adaptations to desert conditions are
equally vital to independent, off grid and out-in-the-middle of nowhere
patriots who’d seek not only to survive, but to thrive without the
interference of a society hell-bent on taxation, building codes,
permits, inspections, fines, fees and… control.
Is it the way of the future?
“There is a fight going on to provide people with
more freedom to take care of themselves in ways that respect and
understand the ways of the planet. This fight is with lawmakers and government institutions.
Millions of protesters are swarming the streets of South Korea
following the revelation of a secret, shadowy cult figure named Choi
Soon-sil secretly controlling the South Korean president for years,
manipulating public policy behind the scenes for her own personal gain,
reports say.
Now South Koreans are demanding the resignation of President Park
Geun-hye, marching in mass near Seoul’s presidential palace, where Park
is bracing for what’s likely to be a bitter and prolonged fight against
lawmakers who may attempt to impeach her as early as next week.
The country’s largest opposition party said it will seek to propose
an impeachment motion for vote as early as Friday and no later than Dec.
9. Some members of Park’s conservative party have vowed to support an
impeachment attempt, arguing it would serve the party’s interests to
distance itself from Park ahead of next year’s presidential election.
Members of her administration have already begun resigning, with Park
accepting the resignation of Justice Minister Kim Hyun-woong Monday. A
senior presidential adviser has also submitted his registration, which
Park withheld.
Park has already fired eight of her presidential aides and nominated a new prime minister to try to regain public trust.
But her efforts are failing.
Massive rallies have taken place in recent weeks, with tension Friday
night as police clashed with some of hundreds of anti-Park farmers who
had planned to roll into the capital on tractors and trucks, injuring
several farmers.
Lee and other members of the Korean Peasant League had departed from
two towns in the country’s southwest and southeast on Nov. 15 and 16,
creating a duo of crawling motorcades that inspired Mad Max comparisons
on the internet. Police blocked the vehicles after a court ruled that
the farmers shouldn’t be allowed to park or drive them in rally areas.
Police said 270,000 people took part in the fifth straight weekend of
massive protests against the unpopular president, making it the largest
rally yet. Organizers put the turnout at 1.5 million.
Critics say the police model understates the actual number of
demonstrators because it fails to track people moving in and out of the
area during the duration of the protest, and is ill-equipped to measure
protesters in non-open space, such as sidewalks and alleys between
buildings.
Organizers seek to track the entire flow of people from the protest’s
start to its finish. They collect estimates given by counters deployed
at different locations to size up the crowds in each area and update the
numbers throughout the duration of the protest.
South Korea and the United States have been long-term allies, but
with each nation about to undergo leadership transitions, change could
be on its way.
Press Secretary Josh Earnest remained calm amidst the scandal with
Obama ally Park, claiming, “the alliance between the United States and
South Korea is a close alliance, it’s a strong alliance, and it’s one
that is strong today as it’s been,” he continued, “one of the hallmarks
of a strong alliance is that it remains durable, even when different
people and different personalities are leading the countries.” While Obama’s administration seems to be committed to their support
of Park, President-elect Donald Trump has flirted with different ideas. Trump suggested throughout his campaign that he would withdraw the
28,500 troops from the Korean Peninsula unless South Korea paid a
greater portion of the cost it takes to defend them. Park said Trump later pledged his commitment to defending the nation
from nuclear-armed North Korea in a phone call with the President-elect. The Associated Press contributed to this article.

Whenever and wherever you look at Liberal mischief: climate hoaxes,
union disruption, voting scandals, breaking countries through currency
manipulation, the installation of a One-World government and now the
recount in Wisconsin, there’s always one shadowy figure said to be
behind it: György Soros, George Soros, the Hungarian billionaire famous
for his bi-polar attitude to wealth. On the one hand, as he says in the
video, he makes money in an amoral manner…
…on the other, he uses
it to meddle in world affairs — or as the Left see it, act as a
philanthropist. As one of his philanthropic acts was to “help” Haiti
alongside the Clintons (his fortune exceeds that of the embattled
demo-island) we can view his actions with some suspicion. He’s famous
for saying he is giving his fortune away. Yet he remains massively rich.
In this 1998 interview with Steve Kroft, he is asked about his dark
past and his links to the Nazi-era, as well as his later career as an
investor/speculator. It includes the memorable and chilling quote:
“I don’t feel guilty because I’m engaged in an amoral activity which is not meant to have anything to do with guilt.”
We
must remember that these people, the ones who call regular Americans “a
basket of deplorables” have nothing but contempt for us. We must be
eternally vigilant. They can never be allowed to disarm us, to steal our
means of production, to force us into unions we do not seek nor want.
This is why we are self-reliant.
As reported by and seen first on Fox News: There has been a new twist
in the investigation into the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton
Foundation, Sandra Smith reported.
While President-elect Donald Trump has now promised not to personally
dig into the scandal-scarred organization, a new report from the New
York Post says that he will instead ask his new ambassadors to aid in
the probe.
Ambassadors to certain countries may be asked to pressure the
governments which they are the liaison to commence their own
investigations into their relationships with the foundation. The Post
reported that two countries targeted in particular are Haiti and
Colombia. Leaked emails have in the past shown that entities with ties
to Bill Clinton had … [More here]
In an interview this week, former Donald Trump advisor Roger Stone said that Trump must bring Hillary Clinton to justice if he is going to be the president the people voted into office.
The statement came while being interviewed by Alex Jones at InfoWars.com following statements by Trump’s campaign manager Kellyanne Conway.
“I think when the President-elect, who’s also the head of your party,
tells you before he’s even inaugurated that he doesn’t wish to pursue
these charges, it sends a very strong message, tone, and content to the
members,” Conway said. “And I think Hillary Clinton still has to face
the fact that the majority of Americans don’t find her to be honest and
trustworthy. But if Donald Trump can help her heal, then perhaps that is
a good thing.”
She then added, “Look, I think, he’s thinking of many different things
as he prepares to become the president of the United States, and things
that sound like the campaign aren’t among them.”
Those statements followed Trump’s claim on 60 Minutes
that the former “Crooked Hillary” was now “very strong and very smart.”
He went on to say that the Clintons were “a very talented family” and
when asked if he was actually going to appoint a special prosecutor as
he promised the people of America, he said that “they’re good people” and he doesn’t “want to hurt them.”
Now, to many listening to this, it sounds exactly like he’s backing
off his promise to do what he said and the statements sound eerily close
to those he made about the Clintons prior to running for president.
However, some have theorized that he is playing nice and not showing
all his cards till he gets in office. One of my friends actually
theorized that Trump was keeping Obama at bay for granting Hillary
Clinton a pardon, even though he said he could not point to a single
time a pardon had been given to someone who had not be convicted of a
crime.
Mr. Stone has been following all of this and responded by saying that he
was “somewhat stunned and hopeful” that Conway is just incorrect in
what she is saying.
“This is not a question immediately for the president,” he said. “It’s a
question for the grand jury and either we are a nation of laws or a
nation of men.”
“We were told over and over again during Watergate
that no person was above the law,” he added. “In all honesty, the
criminality of the Clintons is such that we don’t even have a full
catalog of the crimes for which they could be prosecuted.”
“It dwarfs Nixon,” interjected Jones.
“Correct,” Stone affirmed.
Stone then blasted the claim by FBI Director James Comey that the 650,000 emails the FBI retrieved doesn’t contain any damning evidence is false.
Stone believes, as I do, that a special independent prosecutor must look at the Clinton Foundation,
the email scandal (which we have already been told by Comey she is
guilty of violating law on), and the 650,000 Weiner/Huma emails found on
his computer
to determine whether charges should be brought. Again, Comey has
already declared she violated federal law, but decided not to recommend
prosecution. That’s probably because he has made millions in his ties to
Clinton Foundation donors.
On his website, Stone commented,
“Now that Trump has been elected there is much pressure on him to back
off his pledge in the second debate to ensure that Hillary and her
husband are prosecuted for the multiple crimes they have committed while
in government. Some in the Republican establishment are calling on
Trump to give the Clintons a pass in the interest in healing the country
after a divisive election. Failure to turn all evidence regarding the
Clinton’s corruption at the Clinton’s foundation, the Clinton global
initiative and in their personal financial dealings should be reviewed
by a special prosecutor appointed by Trump’s Attorney General.”
“The failure to prosecute the Clintons would be yet another example
of neat deviants; a phenomena under which some people are so connected,
so powerful or so wealthy that the law does not apply to them,” he
continued. “President-elect Trump will lose substantial credibility and
support amongst his based voters if he gives in the siren songs of
Washington telling him the Clintons should cop a walk.”
