Planned Drone Strike on American Soil (Bundy Ranch): Tyranny or Disinformation?

Stewart Rhodes, Founder of Oath-Keepers, responds - They are treating it just like they would a bomb threat in a school, and attempting to confirm and also contact the Governor of Nevada. There is talk of evacuation. Leslie Bishop Paul: “Here is the complete interview with Stewart Rhodes. Yes, our sources …have been told that the DOD has approved a drone strike on the ranch. We do not know if this is to get people worked up enough to clear out, or if they actually intend to proceed. Please listen to the complete interview to understand what was said, how we are approaching this, how it was vetted, etc ~ Leslie, National FB Coordinator for Oath Keepers.” MAKE THIS VIRAL !!!
Please watch this video …

TLB: This strike reported to take place in the next 48 hours would be the straw that broke the Camels back to the liberty movement and Many of the American people … Can even our government be that stupid (I would like to believe not), or is this intended to facilitate violence from us to bring about a martial law scenario … We know their motto is “Never let a good crisis go to waste” … So is this disinformation to get the boots on the ground to evacuate the scene so that BLM people can move in Waco style, or is it absolute bull to have us put out false info and destroy our credibility.

SPECIAL REPORT: DOD Leak: AG Holder Approves Drone Strike on Bunkerville within 48 hours

TLB would rather say something and be wrong (with no one hurt) … than say nothing and be sorry …
Either way it is up to you to decide if you believe this or not because this is not TLB generated information, but comes from Stewart Rhodes and others with boots on the ground. The real crime here would be to say nothing merely to protect our reputations and see it come to fruition … just watch it happen, or spread the word and through vast New Media publicity force them to reevaluate and cancel this scenario.

This an excellent read and a great example of what a Sheriff should be.
A Letter From a Sheriff -
My Nevada trip to the Cliven Bundy ranch in Bunkerville, Nevada.
I arrived at the Cliven Bundy Ranch Friday, April 18, 2014 through Sunday, April 20, 2014, taking a personal vacation and not on the taxpayer dime. I was invited by Oathkeepers and the Bundy family to come out and visit. I wanted to see what was really going on in that neck of the woods. There are plenty of opinions all around. I saw first hand many of the dynamics and actually spoke with Mr. Bundy, a 67 year old rancher, on the situation. The Bundy’s have a modest, almost rustic residence and buildings, nothing like the Ewing Ranch of TV fame “Dallas”.

Cliven Bundy Press Release:

“All of us are in some measure slaves of the federal government”

by Lily Dane

Cliven Bundy has been battling the federal government for the last 20 years. The government claims his cattle have been illegally grazing on federal land – land that has been in the Bundy family since 1880s.
The Bureau of Land Management has been trying to make Bundy pay to use “their” land since 1993.  The agency claims this is about protecting a desert tortoise and feds raided the Bundy Ranch under that guise. That’s interesting, though, considering that they had no problem massacring Bundy’s cattle.
Those who are paying attention know what the government’s true agenda is.
The New York Times and other media outlets conveniently left out parts of video footage of Bundy talking about the government’s history of mistreatment of black and Mexican people and uses them as examples of how government oppresses people. His comments were spun to make him appear racist.
Here is the full, unedited version of Bundy’s commentary:

Today Bundy issued the following press release about the allegations of racism and what his comments meant:
What I am saying is that all we Americans are trading one form of slavery for another. All of us are in some measure slaves of the federal government. Through their oppressive tactics of telling the ranchers how many cows they can have on their land, and making that number too low to support a ranch, the BLM has driven every rancher in Clark County off the land, except me. The IRS keeps the people of America in fear, and makes us all work about a third or a half of the year before we have earned enough to pay their taxes. This is nothing but slavery from January through May. The NSA spies on us and collects our private phone calls and emails. And the government dole which many people in America are on, and have been for much of their lives, is dehumanizing and degrading. It takes away incentive to work and self respect. Eventually a person on the dole becomes a ward of the government, because his only source of income is a dole from the government. Once the government has you in that position, you are its slave.

I am trying to keep Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream alive. He was praying for the day when he and his people would be free, and he could say I’m free, free at last, thank God I’m free at last! But all of us here America, no matter our race, are having our freedom eroded and destroyed by the federal government because of its heavy handed tactics. The BLM, the IRS, the NSA–all of the federal agencies are destroying our freedom. I am standing up against their bad and unconstitutional laws, just like Rosa Parks did when she refused to sit in the back of the bus. She started a revolution in America, the civil rights movement, which freed the black people from much of the oppression they were suffering. I’m saying Martin Luther King’s dream was not that Rosa could take her rightful seat in the front of the bus, but his dream was that she could take any seat on the bus and I would be honored to sit beside her. I am doing the same thing Rosa Parks did–I am standing up against bad laws which dehumanize us and destroy our freedom. Just like the Minutemen at Lexington and Concord, we are saying no to an oppressive government which considers us to be slaves rather than free men.

I invite all people in America to join in our peaceful revolution to regain our freedom. That is how America was started, and we need to keep that tradition alive.
Cliven D. Bundy

First Bundy had to defend his ranch – his family’s livelihood – from government tyrants, and now he has to defend himself from the distorted character assassination issued by the mainstream media.

Yes Jon you and yours are pure Chaos!

via: The Week
Fox News, especially star anchor Sean Hannity, can't say that Jon Stewart didn't warn them. On Thursday night's Daily Show, Stewart revisited the controversy around BLM-fighting Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy, who was in the news Thursday for a newly surfaced video of a news conference in which he offered to tell those gathered "one more thing I know about the Negro." Ah, Stewart said, so Bundy is not only a cattle welfare cheat and denier of the federal government but also a "professor of Negro Studies."
The things that Bundy knows about "the Negro" were so beyond the pale that even Hannity called them "beyond repugnant" and "beyond despicable." Stewart not-quite-graciously accepted Fox News' distancing of itself from Bundy, made a nice quip about the founding fathers, then moved on... to ridiculing CNN for its still-ongoing, increasingly ridiculous, utterly baffling wall-to-wall coverage of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. He brought in Samantha Bee, Jason Jones, Jordan Klepper, and Jessica Williams to help. --Peter Weber

Eric Holder Cancels Police Academy Speech After Protesters Demand New Officers Arrest Him

Attorney General Eric Holder faces the House Judiciary committee about journalists phone records and IRS improprieties, in Washington, DC.

In an shameful act of cowardice, the Attorney General, the top law enforcer in the nation’s Justice Department, has cancelled a speech he intended to give at a police academy graduation in Oklahoma City after protest organizers called for the new law enforcement officers to place the Attorney General in handcuffs for his wanton disregard for law and order in the U.S.

Holder was expected to address 42 new police officers in Oklahoma City on Thursday. Protesters have demanded that the Attorney General be arrested and while Holder will still be in Oklahoma City, he will not be giving a speech at the police academy graduation.
Hundreds of citizens were to be joined by law enforcement officials and other irate patriots who still labor under the idea that the Attorney General ought to be held accountable by the law.
Republican U.S. Rep. James Lankford, who is running for the U.S. Senate, highlighted Holder’s visit as inappropriate given Holder’s “tactics of obfuscation and redirection of blame.”

“Given his numerous questionable decisions, his unwillingness to cooperate with congressional investigations and his Justice Department’s opacity under this President, he would not be my first choice to stand as this Administration’s example of justice, leadership and integrity,” Lankford said.
“Holder’s action before Congress and his unwillingness to cooperate with our investigations of Operation Fast & Furious, the IRS targeting scandal and numerous other Justice Department boondoggles led the U. S. House to finally hold him in Contempt of Congress,” Lankford said. “For an executive agency with ‘justice’ in their title, they seem remarkably reticent to seek it when it involves their boss.”

Holder is an absolute disgrace. The man who has been tasked with ensuring that the laws of the land are being enforced has noticeably picked which laws will or will not be enforced on his watch.
Wilfully refusing to defend traditional marriage, codified in law by the Defense of Marriage Act, Holder sat on his hands as DOMA was scrapped. Since then, he’s advised state governments to not enforce laws on the books related to marriage and immigration issues.
Holder has also worked to block voter ID laws while claiming that voter fraud is not a problem.
This is from the same man who made it one of his first item of business after being appointed Attorney General to drop the case against Black Panthers who intimidated white voters with clubs outside voting stations in Philadelphia in 2008.

And, of course, the Attorney General has become infamous for his refusal to hold himself or his department accountable for the gun-running scheme, Fast and Furious, that left Border Patrol Agents Brian Terry dead and firearms in the hands of Mexican drug cartels.
This shouldn’t be a partisan issue; the simple fact is that we should not, we cannot have a disgraced “law enforcer” lecture new officers on the value of law and order when he, himself, remains in contempt of Congress.

cue the charge:

Black Marines: Cliven Bundy Is Not Racist

Image: Charlie Delta, Facebook
by: Adan Salazar

A black marine who sides with Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy in his dispute with the BLM has posted a diatribe on Facebook defending Bundy’s comments and slamming the corporate media’s coverage as a race baiting distortion designed to create social division.
Image: Charlie Delta, Facebook
In his missive, a marine going by the handle Charlie Delta blames the “liberal media” for attempting to paint Bundy as a racist, and says he himself has also wondered “the same about the decline of the black family.” Delta admits Bundy is “maybe not so tactful” and is “not an orator,” but that “he definitely isn’t – a racist.” He defends Bundy’s comments as being his own perspective, which he is entitled to

The media distorts information to the point of social division. This is a photo of myself and the resilient, often charismatic, and maybe not so tactful Cliven Bundy. He’s a cowboy and a helluva family man, not an orator. One thing he definitely isn’t – a racist. I found his comments to not only be NOT racist, but his own view of his experiences.
Who the heck are we to determine another man’s perspective on the world around him?! Just because Picasso’s view of the world was abstract, does it negate the fact that his art was genuine? Furthermore, if you take the time to do your own research, you’ll find that his statements about some black Americans actually hold weight. He posed a hypothetical question. He said, “I wonder IF” … Hell, I’m black and I often wonder about the same about the decline of the black family. Bottom line is that we are all slaves in this waning republic, no matter our skin color. Mr. Bundy could have used any racial demographic as an example: Native Americans on reservations, whites in trailer parks, etc. He noticed the crippling effects of receiving government “assistance” and the long term result of accepting handouts. It’s not progress at all. I challenge Sean Hannity, Rand Paul, and others to read my comment and reconsider their position in this matter. Individual liberties are at stake here, yours and mine. THAT is the issue. Don’t let the liberal media and ignoramuses like Glenn Beck and that weasel Harry Reid make you lose sight of the real issue here: The federal government is a burgeoning behemoth and a bully on a once constitutional playground.I sincerely hope you real patriots out there who can see through the smoke.

In the wake of Bundy’s supposedly “racist” comments, CNN hoped to get a reaction of outrage when they interviewed one of the men who has been guarding Bundy; in fact, they got the exact opposite response.

When asked if he found Mr. Bundy’s comments offensive, six-year Army veteran Jason Bullock replied, “Mr. Bundy is not a racist. Ever since I’ve been here, he’s treated me with nothing but hospitality. He’s pretty much treating me just like his own family.”
“I would take a bullet for that man if need be. I look up to him just like I do my own grandfather,” Bullock stated. “I believe in his cause and after having met Mr. Bundy a few times, I have a really good feel about him and I’m a pretty good judge of character.”
As we reported earlier today, Bundy’s comments, in which he weighs whether black slavery has simply been traded for a new form of government slavery, were undoubtedly taken out of context. This is immediate to anyone who views the heavily-edited 90-second clip put out by White House mouthpiece Media Matters.
Taken with the proper context, the full, un-edited video shows Bundy making both pro-Hispanic and pro-Black remarks, and calling on them all to “join us and be with us.” Of course Media Matters and The New York Times needed to omit these crucial comments in order to help them to portray Bundy as a redneck, scofflaw racist who nobody should support.
In another video we pointed to yesterday, the IJReview’s Kira Davis also sided with Mr. Bundy, agreeing that essentially one form of slavery has given way to another, where people are enslaved to the government and dependent on their subsidies.

Unedited Video Shows Bundy Making Pro-Black, Pro-Mexican Comments

by: Paul Joseph Watson

The controversy over Cliven Bundy’s “racist” remarks has taken a new turn after longer unedited footage emerged showing the Nevada cattle rancher making pro-black and pro-Mexican comments that were excised out of media reports.

The full clip illustrates how the original New York Times report edited out statements made by Bundy both before and after his supposedly “racist” remarks, which when taken in their full context actually constitute a pro-minority position. Media Matters also cut out these crucial comments from their YouTube upload of Bundy’s remarks.
Bundy’s full comments are reprinted below, with the parts not printed by the New York Times and other media outlets highlighted in bold.
…” and so what I’ve testified to ya’, I was in the WATTS riot, I seen the beginning fire and I seen the last fire. What I seen is civil disturbance. People are not happy, people is thinking they did not have their freedom; they didn’t have these things, and they didn’t have them.
We’ve progressed quite a bit from that day until now, and sure don’t want to go back; we sure don’t want the colored people to go back to that point; we sure don’t want the Mexican people to go back to that point; and we can make a difference right now by taking care of some of these bureaucracies, and do it in a peaceful way.

Let me tell.. talk to you about the Mexicans, and these are just things I know about the negroes. I want to tell you one more thing I know about the negro.
When I go, went, go to Las Vegas, North Las Vegas; and I would see these little government houses, and in front of that government house the door was usually open and the older people and the kids…. and there was always at least a half a dozen people sitting on the porch. They didn’t have nothing to do. They didn’t have nothing for the kids to do. They didn’t have nothing for the young girls to do.
And because they were basically on government subsidy – so now what do they do? They abort their young children, they put their young men in jail, because they never, they never learned how to pick cotton. And I’ve often wondered are they were better off as slaves, picking cotton and having a family life and doing things? Or are they better off under government subsidy?
You know they didn’t get more freedom, uh they got less freedom – they got less family life, and their happiness -you could see it in their faces- they were not happy sitting on that concrete sidewalk. Down there they was probably growing their turnips – so that’s all government, that’s not freedom.

Now, let me talk about the Spanish people. You know I understand that they come over here against our constitution and cross our borders. But they’re here and they’re people – and I’ve worked side-by-side a lot of them.
Don’t tell me they don’t work, and don’t tell me they don’t pay taxes. And don’t tell me they don’t have better family structure than most of us white people. When you see those Mexican families, they’re together, they picnic together, they’re spending their time together, and I’ll tell you in my way of thinking they’re awful nice people.
And we need to have those people join us and be with us…. not, not come to our party.

While Bundy’s use of terms such as “negro,” “colored people” and references to picking cotton are undoubtedly politically incorrect (though not unsurprising for an 80-year-old farmer), when taken in its full context, his argument is actually anti-racist in that it laments the plight of black families who have been caught in the trap of dependency on government.
The comments that were also vehemently pro-Mexican were not included in any of the mainstream reports which smeared Bundy as a racist.
“What’s more sad than the refusal to openly discuss the issues – is how quickly the conservative right is willing to throw Bundy to the wolves based solely on the New York Times and Media Matters opinion,” writes the Conservative Treehouse blog, noting that Bundy’s comments are no more controversial than those made by Shirley Sherrod, who was staunchly defended by leftists.
While Bundy’s remarks have been spun as a racist call for a return to slavery, he is clearly using references to slavery only to make a point that blacks are no better off living under the economic slavery of the welfare state.
Furthermore, Bundy’s argument that, “They abort their young children, they put their young men in jail,” is clearly directed at the government’s treatment of black people and is therefore a defense of and not an attack on black Americans.

“It is 100% clear that Cliven Bundy is not saying that blacks should be slaves picking cotton, but that the federal government has created conditions for them so terrible, that their current situation may actually be worse,” writes Jack Flash. “And he’s not blaming blacks for the issues of abortions, and crime and broken families, he’s blaming the Feds. This is the exact opposite of a racist, this is an advocate for the welfare and best interests of blacks. Racist? Why is he praising Mexicans as better than whites, if he’s some sort of white supremacist racist?”

Oath Keeper statement regarding New York Times Article

Note: This email is a duplicate of an article on the Oath Keepers national website. Please comment there if you wish to respond to this. Thank you.

The New York Times is reporting that Cliven Bundy said the following:

"I want to tell you one more thing I know about the Negro," he said. Mr. Bundy recalled driving past a public-housing project in North Las Vegas, "and in front of that government house the door was usually open and the older people and the kids - and there is always at least a half a dozen people sitting on the porch - they didn't have nothing to do. They didn't have nothing for their kids to do. They didn't have nothing for their young girls to do.

"And because they were basically on government subsidy, so now what do they do?" he asked. "They abort their young children, they put their young men in jail, because they never learned how to pick cotton. And I've often wondered, are they better off as slaves, picking cotton and having a family life and doing things, or are they better off under government subsidy? They didn't get no more freedom. They got less freedom."

If the above quote is accurate, of course we vehemently disagree with that viewpoint as it is entirely inconsistent with our values.  No one is ever better off as a slave under any circumstances.  We stand for the liberty of all Americans at all times and we stand for the liberties of all mankind of every race, creed, and color. Our stand at the Bundy Ranch is about liberty and freedom from government oppression for all Americans.

In fact there are black Oath Keeper veterans standing watch at Bundy Ranch.  Among them was Navy veteran David Berry.

Oath Keeper David Berry
Oath Keeper David Berry

Dave Berry attended our first conference in Las Vegas in 2009 to see for himself whether the smear attacks of SPLC were true.  He found that we were simply Constitutionalists defending everyone's rights.  That is what we will continue to do, which is why he was here with us at the Bundy Ranch.

Our Bylaws are very clear that this organization is open to all Americans and that we oppose all racism.

We are awaiting clarification by Mr. Bundy and if he makes that clarification we will post it here.

However, regardless of what he said and what his position is the stand we are taking is not just about the Bundys, but about the whole west and the methodical attack on the west to impoverish rural America and drive us off the land.

Using the endangered species act as a weapon of mass destruction against us to kill the livelihood of ranchers, farmers, loggers, etc., and to crush rural America as explained by Montana State Senator Jennifer Fielder in "Taking Back Our Lands".

That is why Oath Keeper founder, Stewart Rhodes has helped bring the Coalition of Western States Legislators and Sheriffs together to form the Coalition of Western States (C.O.W.S.) led by Washington State Representative Matt Shea.

In addition, Stewart is working closely with Nevada Assemblywoman Michelle Fiore to organize resistance by Nevada County Commissioners and Sheriffs.  Stewart and Michelle Fiore will be attending the Nye County Republican Party Central Committee meeting this Saturday [Saturday, 26 April 2014] at the invitation of the Chairman to discuss strategy for Nye County to resist BLM abuse. We will be doing this across the west calling on and assisting all rural Americans and asserting their rights just as we were answering the call in Connecticut and New York where the 2nd Amendment is under assault.  Our strategy is to get those who have sworn the oath both inside and outside government to honor it by defending all the Constitution for all Americans.

As two time Medal of Honor winner Smedley Butler said:
"There are only two things we should fight for. One is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights."

Full Version Of Cliven Bundy’s ‘Racist’ Remarks vs. Media Matters Selectively Clipped Version

Full clip: Cliven Bundy Controversial Remarks April 19, 2014

Now here is the clipped version of Bundy’s remarks as promoted by the left-wing Media Matters and as reported in the NY Times:

What say you?
UPDATE: Bundy responds

Cliven Bundy on blacks: Were they better off as slaves?

oped: Although Mr.Bundy's venacular and choice of words took some people aback and made them must take into account this was said by a elderly rancher with a limited education...what he was speaking to, is that a lot of African Americans have become slaves to government....High unemployment, single moms on welfare, high school dropouts with no future in sight!
Mr.Bundy has a valid point as dependence on government certainly could be considered a form of slavery to the proverbial state!
Let's address the word that made everyone Grimace' ..."Negro" hello this word was used on all government forms related to the question of race up through the 1970's in the 1980's it was replaced by the word "African American" [And by the way that was the word that would have been used on Barack Obama's so called LF Birth Certificate not African American as was used on the fake one ] What Mr. Bundy said using the word "Negro" was said not that long ago by non other than Sen Harry Reid...what did the NYT and the looney left say about that?..'Oh thats just Harry he didn't mean any harm' Hypocrisy anyone?

When did the word "Negro" become taboo? well maybe this addresses the issue:

Harry Reid finally apologized to Barack Obama on Saturday for the 2008 remark he made about him, calling Obama a "light-skinned" black man "with no Negro dialect unless he wanted to have one. I guess it's just a coinsedence that he all of a sudden felt bad for what he had said, at the same time a book was released, quoting him on it. He told Obama that he had used "a poor choice of words", in wich Obama then quickly accepted the apology.

However, in 2002, Obama was VERY offended at what REPUBLICAN Senator Trent Lott said about praising FORMER segregationist, Strom Thurmond. Obama said "The Republican Party itself has to drive out Trent Lott. If they have to stand for something, they have to stand up and say this is not the person we want representing our party." So then, it's double standard Mr. President! If the Democratic Party should stand for something GOOD in our nation, shouldn't they demand Harry Reid to resign?

Maybe they're ALL just bunch of people who think you're a "light-skinned" black man "with no Negro dialect. Are those the kind of people you want in your party? You know, your Democrats are defending Harry Reid. Democratic National Committee Chairman, Tim Kaine said "It definitely was in the context of recognizing in Senator Obama, a great candidate, and future president." Diane Frankenstien said that Harry Reid "just made a mistake."

It's now even being reported that during the 2008 campaign Ted Kennedy had stated that once while Bill Clinton was in the process of disparaging Obama, Clinton had said that 'a few years ago Barack Obama would have been getting us coffee." Maybe, Mr. President you think this kind of language is okay for the Democratic party to use. That's find with me! According to a Mason Dixon poll, 52 percent of the people from Reid's state of Nevada have an unfavorable opinion of him, 33 percent have a favorable view of him, and another 15 percent said they're neutral. Reid is up again, for election in November, and between now and then, I can't see him making things better for himself, or your party.

I take severe umbrage to the NYT article by: Adam Nagourney ... header :

"A List of Cliven Bundy's Supporters, Now That We Know He's a Pro-Slavery Racist "

Harry Reid's dirty work

Stop, or we will shut you down!!!

That's what the Federal Election Commission (FEC) essentially told us because Stop REID PAC is exposing and highlighting Harry Reid's long lists of recent scandals, from unethical special gifts to calling Americans "domestic terrorists."

Harry Reid is letting the FEC do all his dirty work -- threating us with "enforcement action" for exercising our First Amendment rights!

Since we dared to use an ACRONYM for Harry Reid's name, we are under attack.

If these types of heavy-handed government tactics infuriate you as much as it does me, I ask that you join me today and fight back against Harry Reid and his leftist bureaucrats at the FEC by signing our petition to "Protect and Respect the First Amendment."

Our petition demands that Harry Reid and the FEC respect and protect our First Amendment rights - even when we use our rights to stand up and expose political bullies like Harry Reid.

Well, Patriot, we don't back down so easily - and I hope you don't either.

If the Obama/Reid-run FEC can censor our First Amendment freedoms this easily, what freedoms will taken be next?

That's why I'm asking you to join me today by signing our "Protect and Respect the First Amendment Petition." Will you stand with me against Harry Reid and the FEC today?

The petition I have drafted demands that Harry Reid and the Federal Election Commission stop their politicking and protect our rights as voters and Americans.

Our Founding Fathers knew we needed to protect citizens from the tyranny of big government. And they knew political speech is one of the most sacred forms of speech.

I am ready to fight against the FEC's unconstitutional overreach, but you must add your name to our petition today.

And we won't stop there. If I have your support today, I am willing to take this fight all the way to the Supreme Court!

It's clear. Harry Reid doesn't want to get his hands "dirty" by taking us on directly. Instead, he is letting the FEC do his dirty work so that we cannot complete our #1 mission -- ending Harry Reid's iron grip on the United States Senate.

That's why I have launched this online petition. That's why I need you to sign your name and join us in solidarity.

How can the Federal Election Commission NOT expect us to stand up to Harry Reid when he has grossly overstepped his power as Senate Majority Leader by attacking American patriots like Sarah Palin, misusing his power to benefit his family and political allies, and even calling you and I "domestic terrorists?"

I need you to do two things immediately before the FEC shuts us down:

    1. Follow this link and sign your petition demanding the Federal Elections Commission drop their unconstitutional assault on Stop REID PAC, therefore protecting Harry Reid THEN;
    2. Make a contribution of $25, $50, or $100 so that we have the resources to fight the pending legal battle against this giant Federal bureaucracy.
If you don't get in the game now, you will indirectly make sure Harry Reid stays Senate Majority Leader in 2014. It's time to remove him from his unchecked position of power!

Thank you in advance for adding your name to this vital petition and standing up for our constitutional freedoms. I will not back down. With your help, I will not let Harry Reid win.

I'm counting on you to stand up to Harry Reid with me.

Greg Campbell
Conservative, Chairman of Stop REID

P.S. Harry Reid is a political bully. And Reid is letting the FEC do his dirty work. But I will continue to fight and let America know how Harry Reid is abusing his power as Senate Majority Leader. That's why I launched an online petition to show Harry Reid and the FEC that we will NOT back down. I need to add your name to this petition immediately. And please, after you sign, consider contributing at least $5 to help us fight Reid and the FEC.

Florida and Alaska Officially Pass Convention of States Application

This is terrific news. The battle to rein in the feds is getting hot.
From sea to shining sea, the Convention of States movement is sweeping the nation.
I’m pleased to announce that Florida and Alaska have both officially passed the Convention of States application to limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government.
The Alaska Senate passed the Convention of States application (HJR 22) on Saturday by a vote of 12-8, and the Florida House passed the Convention of States application (SM 476) yesterday by a voice vote.
Our deepest thanks go to our volunteers in these two states. Their commitment to write letters, make phone calls, and attend committee hearings made this victory possible. Their voices were heard, and we’re now two steps closer to calling the first-ever Article V Convention of States.
If you want to stop the out of control federal government, this is the only way. Sign up here and add your name to those who care about freedom. Sign up here!

[Home Custody]              [State Custody]

The Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) is now under under intense scrutiny because of a reportedly horrific number of children who are missing or deceased while under its custody.  To make matters worse, the body of yet another child who was “missing” in the DCF system was found this weekend.
We are now aggressively calling on elected officials from Massachusetts and Connecticut to END Justina Pelletier’s unjustifiable imprisonment and suffering before she becomes just another chilling DCF statistic!

According to a report in The Boston Globe…
“The Massachusetts Department of Children and Families had been monitoring the Oliver family for two years after allegations of neglect, but an investigation into Jeremiah’s disappearance found that the assigned social worker had missed mandatory monthly visits between last April and his sister’s December report that Jeremiah was missing.
That social worker and two supervisors were fired, but Jose Oliver [Jeremiah’s father] said the problem goes higher, and that both the department and Governor Deval Patrick should be punished for what he considered their negligence.”

++Massive issues surround Massachusetts DCF.
In February, The Boston Globe issued a shocking report about the DCF’s alleged negligence and the alarming regularity of children dying while in their system…
“Since 2001, more than 95 Massachusetts children whose cases were overseen by state social workers have died directly or indirectly because of abuse or neglect, according to state statistics. The death toll probably is considerably higher because state officials have not revealed how many died from 2011 to 2013.
Over all, children who received services from social workers at DCF in 2010 were about six times as likely as the general population of Bay State children to die from maltreatment, according to the state’s own calculations.”
Can you imagine any greater concern as a parent than if your child was mandated to be in the “care” of DCF?
++Justina Pelletier was unjustifiably made a ward of the state and has been in DCF’s “custody” for 14 months.

As a ward of the state of Massachusetts, Justina has been refused access to proper medical care and education. She is denied visitation by clergy, with no regular allowance for religious observances.  She and her parents have been denied their personal rights and have been treated as “state property.”
As a ward of the state, under Boston Children’s Hospital’s teaching hospital charter, Justina has become a medical guinea pig.
According to BCH’s “Clinical and Investigation Policy and Procedure Manual”…
“Children who are wards of the state may be included in research that presents minimal risk… or greater than minimal risk with a prospect of direct benefit.”
That’s why, when Lou Pelletier, Justina’s father, offers a dire assessment of Justina’s condition, every parent across the nation should take note.

“Justina is in a world of hurt. She is physically and mentally dying. She doesn’t have much longer.” Lou wonders how much more DCF abuse she’ll be able to endure.
He contends that Justina is undergoing behavior modification therapies, which includes psychotropic drug-based treatments. He asserts that “Justina is being tortured.”

++We cannot allow Justina to become another tragic DCF statistic!
The Liberty Counsel legal team has been intensely working on this case. We believe this is a battle that must be fought on behalf of the Pelletiers and parents nationwide!
Linda and Lou Pelletier filed a Habeas Corpus pleading with the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court for Justina be released from the DCF and be returned to their custody.
But, while we await the court date, we cannot allow Justina to wither away in the DCF’s system and further risk her health.

++Fax Massachusetts and Connecticut executives and lawmakers and demand Justina’s release!
We are calling on every elected official from Massachusetts and Connecticut to take action against the DCF’s unjustifiable imprisonment of Justina and demand her release!

++Justina is crying out for help.
Last week, Lou Pelletier released a photo of a portion of an incriminating letter he says Justina snuck to them during one of their infrequent, highly supervised visits.
The haunting letter contains insight as to how she is being treated while in DCF imprisonment…
“‘They hurt me all the time push me all the time and more,’ the note from Justina says. It also says ‘[they] do not let me sleep vary [sic] much. “Hury [sic]!’”
Justina’s sister feels that her cognitive decline under DCF custody is even worse than that of her physical body.  Liberty Counsel is working to have this gross abuse of the rights of Justina Pelletier and the Pelletier family stopped immediately.
We are exhausting all legal means to get Justina returned to her family and given proper medical care before Justina’s health deteriorates any further.

Please, join with us in this nationwide demand that Justina be returned to the loving care of her family…
God bless you for your ongoing prayers and support of the Pelletier family and the Liberty Counsel legal team

You have taken a oath of office...exercise your authority and uphold your Oath or step down immediately, it is a moral crime to break ones Oath of Office as well as being grounds for Impeachment! Be advised if Justina passes away while in state custody y'all are guilty of Voluntary Manslaughter!

The story of 15-year-old Justina Pelletier is unnerving and frightening. Originally diagnosed with mitochondrial disease by Tufts Hospital doctors, Justina was forcibly removed from the care of her family and those trusted physicians more than a year ago by an overreaching state agency, the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families, following an emergency visit to Boston Children's Hospital. According to her family, Justina has been subjected to medical experimentation while her health continues to deteriorate.

Lou Pelletier believes his daughter "is dying mentally and physically." He’s asking for urgent grassroots help to free Justina and get her the care she so desperately needs.
The governors and attorney generals from both Massachusetts and Connecticut have the power to quickly end the Pelletier family's nightmare.

50,000 Strong - Oklahoma Militia Pledges to Support Cliven Bundy

You've got a bunch of people there trying to take the law into their own hands and they shouldn't be doing that. And the Bureau of Land Management is not government-owned, it's publicly owned. There's a big difference there. I blame both sides. -Jim Inhofe, Republican U.S. Senator from Oklahoma
I'm not even sure what Jim Inhofe is talking about. The Bureau of Land Management has a government website ( and is part of the Department of Interior. As far as being publicly owned, if he is trying to say that the BLM answers to the public then that is supposed to be the case with our entire federal government, of which he is part. I am unsure what "government-owned" is supposed to mean, quite frankly, because "We the People" own this government.

They work for us.
On Easter Sunday, a story broke from the "Sooner State" that the main stream media was, as usual, not quick to cover. It seems that the Oklahoma Milita has pledged their support to Cliven Bundy and vows to take up arms against the BLM if needed. Several members of the Oklahoma Militia are already in Nevada and the members at home are seeing a similar BLM land grab developing along the Red River.

News Channel 4-Tulsa reports:
OKLAHOMA CITY - A land dispute in Nevada between rancher Cliven Bundy and the federal government began decades ago.

The Bureau of Land Management says Bundy was allowing his cattle to graze illegally which triggered a round-up of about 400 head of cattle last week.

Bundy claims his family's cattle have grazed on the land since 1870 without interference from the government.

However, the Bureau of Land Management says Bundy hadn't paid his grazing fees since 1993.

Over time, officials say those fees have amounted to more than $1 million.

As authorities herded the cattle, a standoff was sparked with members of the militia.

Organizers with the Oklahoma Militia say they have members in Nevada who claim Bundy's cattle were unlawfully herded by the bureau.

The Oklahoma Militia says it is made up of nearly 50,000 volunteers.

Members say they are taking Bundy's side and fear this practice could spread to the Sooner State.

Scott Shaw said, "Evidently in America we don't actually own the property anymore if you ever did."

Shaw says Oklahoma Militia members are ready to take up arms against the federal government if needed.

Nearly 50,000 members? That's a lot of rifles.

There are a lot of elected servants out there who are not understanding the seriousness of this situation. This is not about stuffy meetings and government red tape. We are not operating by the rules of bureaucrats anymore. The American people have seen another case of lawlessness and intimidation, and they have reacted.
I guess Harry Reid can add 50,000 new domestic terrorists
to his growing list.
The federal government needs to be extremely thoughtful of how they might proceed with the Bundy situation because things could explode with the slightest misstep.
