Alert from Sharlas Labrinth SB 1070 and SCOTUS review

Patriot,

Tomorrow, nearly two years to the day since SB 1070 was signed into law, the Supreme Court will hold hearings about its' constitutionality.

This has been a case many months in the making, and the decision rendered by the Supreme Court will undoubtedly reverberate throughout the nation, for better or worse. That is why your support in this battle is absolutely critical!

The Obama Administration and the ACLU are fighting against me and others like me to prevent law enforcement officers from enforcing the laws we have sworn to enforce. Let me tell you, if the Supreme Court does not rule in our favor, it will send shock waves through this country.

Although we filed the amicus brief in February, we are still facing astronomical legal bills, topping $300,000. I need your help today to ensure we have the funds to not only pay the bills, but ensure our fight in Washington, DC is strong.

I know I don't need to tell you how important this Supreme Court hearing is. Thousands of immigration rights groups from across the United States are planning to protest before the Supreme Court, and are holding consecutive marches in Phoenix to coincide with the hearings.

Won't you please follow this link to make an immediate tax-deductible donation to help us fight for our constitution next week?

The Obama Administration would love for us to turn our heads and look the other way, but that is not what we were elected to do, nor is it what we will do. I hope that you will stand strong with us this week and next as history is made.

Sincerely,

Sheriff Larry Dever

P.S. I have spent 34 years in law enforcement, and I have seen firsthand the effects of illegal immigration on our nation.  This hearing will undoubtedly change the course of American history on illegal immigration, and we must do everything we can to win this case for all Americans. Every contribution, no matter the size will make a huge difference- please make your most generous contribution today. Thank you.
