Stop Helping Barack Obama Cover-Up Benghazi-Gate!

It's clear that Barack Obama isn't the only one trying to sweep Benghazi-gate under the rug. Just as he slow-walked and sabotaged the wheels of justice on Fast and Furious, Speaker of the House John Boehner, with the support of far too many Republicans, is once again coming to the aid of the Obama Regime by slow-walking efforts to get at the truth on the Benghazi-gate scandal.

Over 100 House Republicans and several Members of the Senate are demanding a Special Select Committee be formed... a committee with the power to issue subpoenas to Obama Regime stooges... a committee with the power to offer immunity to whistleblowers and the Benghazi-gate survivors that the Obama Regime has gagged... a committee with the power to actually punish wrong-doers. Dubai Rapist Gets His Butt Kicked by U.S. Female Sailor

An off-duty U.S. navy sailor wrestled a Dubai bus driver to the ground and beat him into submission after he tried to rape her at knifepoint on Jan. 19, a courtroom heard Wednesday.
The woman, 28, was on 24-hour shore leave in Dubai when she was attacked by a bus driver after he picked her up from the Mall of the Emirates shopping center.
“I noticed he did not take the main road and when I asked him he told me not to worry,” she said, according to the Daily Mail.
He then stopped where several other buses were parked and tried to kiss her. After she refused, he pulled out a knife and tried to rape her.
Prosecutors said that she knocked the knife from his hand, broke it in two, bit him in the hand, forced him to the ground and locked him between her thighs, the Daily Mail reports.

Post Boston Bombing, Barney “Frank”ly Speaks — and Does Us All a Favor

For that teeny-weeny faction of sentient conservatives tempted to romanticize the now-expired congressional tenure of Barney Frank, I have some good news: His recent reflections on the Boston Marathon terror-bombing obnoxiously remind us why we shouldn’t be anything less than euphoric that the former Massachusetts representative has retired from political life. 
Less than one day after the Bean Town horror, Frank head-scratchingly volunteered to CNN, ” It is very fashionable in America … to criticize government, to belittle public employees, talk about their pensions, talk about what people think is their excessive health care —  here we saw government in two ways perform very well … I never was, as a member of Congress, one of the cheerleaders for less government, lower taxes. No tax cut would have helped us deal with this or will help us recover.”

The sixteen-term congressman’s post-bombing analysis is the kind of Crayola-level reasoning he and his cronies regularly ascribe to Neanderthal “right-wingers“. It prompts a question: Has the openly homosexual Frank’s advocacy of sodomy corroded his ability to think clearly on other matters, as well?
It’s not that Barney Frank is stupid, per se. He’s certainly glib, and probably commands an intelligence of the technical/high-IQ variety. It’s just that in the shoe-leather prudence department that he’s a shouting fool.
Frank’s malfeasance, of course, long predates this latest bizarrity: recall his sordid, mid-1980′s involvement with, and misuse of office for, housemate , aide and male prostitute/pimp Steve Gobie (this earned him an official House reprimand).The ex-Fourth-District representative figures centrally in the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac melt down which ignited 2007′s economic collapse — a financial implosion from which America is still limpingly finding its way. And, for decades, the perpetually peevish Frank, a doctrinaire Lefty who insolently rode every Liberal hobby-horse prancing down the progressive pike, has elevated indignant pomposity to an art form.
All this, mind you,  well before his January 2013 departure from Massachusetts’ congressional delegation and weird CNN commentary on April 15th’s bloody Boston atrocity.
It makes decent people feel goose-pimply all over again that Barney Frank is a retired congressman, doesn’t it?
Neither is this reaction merely academic. Dialed-in political and cultural conservatives held their collective breath when Frank’s name was prominently floated — he explicitly made himself available, in fact — to temporarily fill Senator John Kerry’s seat, lately vacated when he became Barack Obama’s Secretary of State.

Thankfully, that possibility never came to pass; but — Barney Frank, the Return? Senator Barney Frank? Brrrrrr — even the prospect makes sensible patriots shudder.
By the way, don’t put it past the voters of the Bay State, or their Obama-sycophant governor Deval Patrick,  to find a way to re-install the fifteen-times-re-elected congressman to some kind of tax-payer-supported perch. That commonwealth, after all, has been inflicting statist reprobates and scoundrels on the rest of the nation for eons.
Still,  out to political pasture though he presently may be, Barney Frank quickly found his way into last week’s main-event —  in this case, spouting big-government twaddle in the aftermath of this terrorist outrage. Shades of Bill Clinton, another decommissioned pol who won’t go away. Like a pestiferously recurring rash they both keep turning up to bother us.
Make no mistake, these two stains on the American polity aren’t mere irritants, avert-your-gaze embarrassments to an electorate that repeatedly promoted them to high-places. They don’t just pose a menace as individual peddlers of government-bloating, Constitution-shredding, virtue-obliterating influence.
No, no, Barney and Bill embody a comprehensive and poisonous ideology overtaking vast swaths of American society on every front. It’s a worldview which is exhausting our Republic’s coffers and, more grievously, whatever withering store of national rectitude we still possess. Frank’s pimping out the Boston Marathon attack to crassly boost the Democratic line — more government, more spending, more Leftist nostrums —  is simply a recent example.

Tea Party Caucus Reloads for 2014

The Congressional Tea Party Caucus re-launched Thursday evening with its first meeting of the 113th Congress.

“This is the one caucus that puts the American people at the table,” Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN), the Thursday evening event’s emcee, said in her remarks to the room, a person inside confirmed for Breitbart News.
“There are three premises behind the Tea Party Caucus,” Bachmann said. “One is that ‘we’re taxed enough.’ Two is that ‘we spend less than we take in.’ And third and most importantly is that ‘we follow the constitution.’”
“We have over 20 congressmen here,” Bachmann said, according to another source. “It’s hard to get 20 congressmen to a committee meeting.”
One attendee told Breitbart News that there were at least two dozen members of Congress there, including Reps. Paul Broun, Trent Franks, Mick Mulvaney, Paul Gosar, David Schweikert, Walter Jones, Michele Bachmann, Tim Huelskamp, Steve King, Louie Gohmert and Howard Coble, and many more conservative organizations like the Tea Party Express, radio host Rusty Humphries, AMAC (the conservative version of AARP), and the event’s organizer was TheTeaParty.net.

Another person told Breitbart News that the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Black Chamber of Commerce, Judson Phillips of Tea Party Nation, and staffers for at least another ten members of Congress’ offices were there as well.
Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) wanted to be there himself, one source told Breitbart, but he had an emergency unexpected vote in the Senate, so he could not make it. Staffers for Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) were in the room. Republican National Committee chief of staff Mike Shields made an appearance as well.
Gosar, a leader of the Tea Party in Congress--especially on the Operation Fast and Furious congressional investigation--told Breitbart News the meeting was one that was trying to “reorganize and reinvigorate” the movement and had “good energy.”
“It was very exciting with people reaching back out,” Gosar said on the atmosphere inside the room. “I won’t tell you that it was not also a ‘come to Jesus moment’ too about how do we get people motivated and back to caring about the direction of this country and taking on the left.”

“People want to get back into the swing of things and get this country back under wraps,” Gosar added. “We’re empowering members to make sure that they can listen to people and engaging them to get ready for 2014.”
One source inside the room told Breitbart News that Rep. Broun, who is currently running for the Georgia U.S. Senate seat Sen. Saxby Chambliss is leaving open when he retires in 2014, told the room he would start a Senate version of the Tea Party Caucus if elected to the seat.
Topics discussed at this meeting, sources said, included how Obamacare will impact small businesses across the country, Tea Party reps' spat with House Speaker John Boehner at the beginning of this Congress, and how the members think a third-party split from the Republican Party would not work. One person inside the room said the members determined that “they can’t abandon the Republican Party because it would mean total political irrelevance for the foreseeable future. So they stamped out the idea of a third party, going rogue.”

Therefore, that person said, the plan is that the Tea Party members will fight internally to make the GOP more conservative, forcing it to the right to make it better and stronger.
This is the first of many meetings to come, TheTeaParty.net chief strategist Niger Innis told Breitbart News. Innis is planning to help organize one of these meetings every quarter, so Tea Party members of Congress, their staffers, conservative hallmark organizations and, most importantly, grassroots groups like his, Tea Party Express, and others can make sure to hold their representatives accountable.
“They [on the left] keep saying this is a ‘rebirth’ of the Tea Party,” Innis said in an interview with Breitbart News after the caucus meeting. “No, no, no. This is not a rebirth. The Tea Party has not gone away. The Tea Party was not enthusiastic, quite frankly, about 2012. We weren’t. We were not enthusiastic about Mitt Romney. Part of the reason we weren’t enthusiastic about Mitt Romney is, quite frankly, Mitt Romney wasn’t all that enthusiastic about the Tea Party.”
Innis described this as an “evolution” of the movement to the next level, where it can infiltrate the halls of Congress and change Washington from the inside. “We realize it is not enough to just critique Washington,” Innis said. “We need to be in Washington to impact Washington. It’s not enough to throw stones at the beltway from the outside. We have to players inside the beltway and that’s what we’re doing.”

Kate, William and Harry Cast Royal Spell on 'Harry Potter'

The wizardly wonders of "Harry Potter" got an infusion of royal charm today when Prince William, Duchess Kate and Prince Harry visited the Warner Bros studio where the hit movies were produced.
Before they could get to their official duties, inaugurating the studio in Leavesden, about 20 miles outside London, Prince William, 30, poked a little fun at his younger brother.
"Harry's just excited to see a real-life talking owl in the Harry Potter studios," he said of the 28-year-old prince. "I haven't told him yet that Harry Potter is fictional, so please keep the secret for a little longer."


With that, the fun-loving trio was off, giggling and joking while visiting the Great Hall, learning to cast spells on Diagon Alley and getting a wand lesson and an invitation to "duel" with one another in the Gryffindor Common Room.
Getting a glimpse at the royals at ease were 500 children and their parents, all pulled from charities that have one of the royals as their patron, who joined the tour of the studio's "The Making of Harry Potter Attraction," according to the U.K.'s Mirror.

Duchess Kate, 31, displayed her growing baby bump in a polka dot dress from Topshop, which she paired with a cropped black blazer. The mom-to-be also showed no signs of slowing down in black pumps paired with a matching black clutch.

The duchess's traveling partners, William and Harry, were dressed in their usual suits and ties but that did not stop them from jumping right into the action as they also got a behind-the-scenes look at another of the studio's famous movie franchises, "Batman."

Prince William got a big laugh when he sat in the film's "Batpod" and joked to his younger brother, Prince Harry, "We should borrow it for the weekend."
The prince, set to become a first-time dad in July, was so enthralled with the high-speed machines, he also tried out the "Batmobile" that he perhaps envisioned himself and the duchess cruising along the English countryside in as a family of three.
"You don't do baby seats for those cars, do you, by any chance?" he asked his guides, according to a tweet from a royal reporter at the event.


William also, intentionally or not, got a laugh when he suggested he'd be willing to give up his royal life, at least temporarily, for a chance at movie stardom.
"Christian Bale's getting old and tired. … I will stand in if I have to," William reportedly told Warner Bros executives during the tour.

Obama to Headline at Murderers’ Gala

Do you have any idea who is responsible for the most deaths in US history?  Most people I ask that question to say war or the military.  Believe it or not, total US deaths caused by war, both military and civilian since the Revolutionary War is about 1.3 million.  War also accounts for 2.7 million wounded, so the total casualties of war since the start of our nation are around 4 million dead and wounded.
However, war is far from being the leading cause of inflicted death in the US. It’s not guns, in case you were going there next.

According to the CDC and the Guttmacher Institute, abortions are the number one cause of inflicted death in the entire history of the United States.  The CDC notes that many abortions are not reported to them and that starting in 1998, their figures did not include abortions performed in New Hampshire and California.  However, they still report that from 1973 through 2008, that there were 39,704,605 abortion deaths.  The Guttmacher Institute for the same period does take into account all states and says that there were 49,333,300 abortion deaths in the United States.  They estimate the total number of abortions to date is 54,559,615.
To help put this into perspective, remember when I said that all US deaths attributed to war from the American Revolutionary War through the current wars in Iraq and Afghanistan add up to just over 1.3 million.  According to the figures provided by the Guttmacher Institute, there were over 1.3 million abortions every YEAR in the US from 1977 through 2000.  For 24 consecutive years, our nation murdered more unborn children every year than all of the war deaths covering a period of 237 years.

Here’s another way to put the total number of murders by abortion in perspective.  Imagine killing everyone that lives in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia and Indiana.  According to the latest census figures, the total population for those 7 states in 2011 was 54.9 million.  Our nation has killed enough unborn children to equal the population of all seven of those states.

To commemorate this gruesome and tragic part of American history, it was announced this week that President Barack Obama will be headlining this year’s Planned Parenthood annual gala.  Their announcement read:

“President Obama has done more than any president in history for women’s health and rights.  We are honored to have President Obama join us…at this pivotal moment for women’s health.”

President Obama has championed murder by abortion ever since he illegally occupied the White House.  He has not only fought for Planned Parenthood, he has fought to make sure that we taxpayers are funding the nation’s number one murder incorporated company to the tune of nearly $500 million a year.  No wonder they want to him to grace the celebration of death with his presence.

As they gather for their gala event, I wish somehow the silent screams of over 54 million children could be heard loud and clear.  Oh for their voices to pierce the night air and send shivers down the spine of everyone in attendance.  Better yet would be to have all of their tiny faces peering out from the walls, ceiling and floor.  As the people sit to enjoy their lavish meal, if only the torn and ripped body parts of the tiny infants would fill their dinner plates.  If only there was some way for those present, including President Obama to experience the horror, terror, pain and agony experienced by the 54 million souls they are celebrating.  If only their dreams were filled with visions of the lives lost and those visions haunt them every hour of every day until they finally do something to stop the killing and murdering of so many innocent lives.

Retired Army Sgt. Major Calls Out Those In Government Complicit In The Islamic Nazi Movement

In a post by retired United States Army Sgt. Major J. D. Pendry laid out the history of the Democrats emboldening and empowering of what he calls “Islamic Nazis” since the time of Jimmy Carter. His letter, originally written for his private email list dated June 24, 2006, should be read and absorbed by all Americans, especially those who continue to put their heads in the sand regarding Islam.
Pendry writes: 

Jimmy Carter, you are the father of the Islamic Nazi movement. You threw the Shah under the bus, welcomed the Ayatollah home, and then lacked the spine to confront the terrorists when they took our embassy and our people hostage. You’re the “runner-in-chief.”

Bill Clinton, you played ring around the Lewinsky while the terrorists were at war with us. You got us into a fight with them in Somalia and then you ran from it. Your weak-willed responses to the USS Cole and the First Trade Center Bombing and Our Embassy Bombings emboldened the killers. Each time you failed to respond adequately, they grew bolder, until 9/11/2001.

John Kerry, dishonesty is your most prominent attribute. You lied about American Soldiers in Vietnam … Your military service, like your life, is more fiction than fact. You’ve accused our military of terrorizing women and children in Iraq. You called Iraq the wrong war, wrong place, wrong time, and the same words you used to describe Vietnam. You’re a fake! You want to run from Iraq and abandon the Iraqis to murderers just as you did to the Vietnamese. Iraq, like Vietnam, is another war that you were for, before you were against it.

The late John Murtha, said our military was broken. He said we can’t win militarily in Iraq. He accused United States Marines of cold-blooded murder without proof and said we should redeploy to Okinawa. Okinawa??? And the Democrats called him their military expert! Maybe he suffered a traumatic brain injury while he was off building his war hero resume? He was a sad, pitiable, corrupt, and washed up old fool, not a true Marine. He wouldn’t amount to a good pimple on a real Marine’s ass, a phony and a disgrace.

Dick Durbin, you accused our Soldiers at Guantanamo of being Nazis, tenders of Soviet style gulags and as bad as the regime of Pol Pot, who murdered two million of his own people after your party abandoned Southeast Asia to the Communists. Then you wanted to abandon the Iraqis to the same fate. History was not a good teacher for you, was it? Lord help us! See Dick run!

Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Carl Levine, Barbara Boxer, Diane Feinstein, Russ Feingold, Pat Leahy, Barack Obama, Chuck Schumer, the Hollywood Leftist morons, et al, to name a few ad nauseam: Every time you stand in front of television cameras and broadcast to the Islamic Nazis that we went to war because our former President lied, that the war is wrong and our Soldiers are torturers, that we should leave Iraq, you give the Islamic butchers – the same ones that tortured and mutilated American Soldiers – cause to think that we’ll run away again, and all they have to do is hang on a little longer. It is inevitable that we, the infidels, will have to defeat the Islamic jihadists. Better to do it on their turf, than later on ours after they may gain both strength and momentum.
American news media, the New York Times particularly: Each time you publish stories about national defense secrets and our intelligence gathering methods, you become one united with the sub-human pieces of camel dung that torture and mutilate the bodies of American Soldiers. You can’t strike up the courage to publish cartoons, but you can help Al Qaeda destroy my country. Actually, you are more dangerous to us than Al Qaeda is. Think about that each time you face Mecca to admire your Pulitzer.

You are America’s ‘AXIS OF IDIOTS.’ Your Collective Stupidity will destroy us. Self-serving politics and terrorist-abetting news scoops are more important to you than our national security or the lives of innocent civilians and Soldiers. It bothers you that defending ourselves gets in the way of your elitist sport of politics and your ignorant editorializing. There is as much blood on your hands as is on the hands of murdering terrorists. Don’t ever doubt that. Your frolics will only serve to extend this war as they extended Vietnam. If you want our Soldiers home as you claim, knock off the crap and try supporting your country ahead of supporting your silly political aims and aiding our enemies.

Yes, I’m questioning your patriotism. Your loyalty ends with self. I’m also questioning why you’re stealing air that decent Americans could be breathing. You don’t deserve the protection of our men and women in uniform. You need to run away from this war, this country. Leave the war to the people who have the will to see it through and the country to people who are willing to defend it.

No Commander in Chief, you don’t get off the hook either. Our country has two enemies. Those who want to destroy us from the outside and those who attempt it from within. Your Soldiers are dealing with the outside force. It’s your obligation to support them by confronting the axis of idiots. America must hear it from you that these people are harming our country, abetting the enemy and endangering our safety. Well up a little anger please, and channel it toward the appropriate target. You must prosecute those who leak national security secrets to the media. You must prosecute those in the media who knowingly publish those secrets. Our Soldiers need you to confront the enemy that they cannot.
They need you to do it now.

Pendry is right on target and as such it is time for the people to start dealing with the problem of Islam, since those in government apparently don’t have the spine to deal with it. We can start be getting the word out to stop all Islamic immigration to the US and deport all those here on visa and finding those with expired visas and deporting them as well. This GOP Rep’s Anti-Obama Speech on the House Floor Is Spreading Fast

Freshman Congressman Tom Cotton (R-AR) delivered some thought-provoking comments on terrorism and the Obama administration on Wednesday during a speech on the House floor. “In barely four years,” he said, “five jihadists have reached their targets in the United States under Barack Obama.”

But he wasn’t done there.

“In the over seven years after 9/11 under George W. Bush, how many terrorists reached their target in the United States?” he added. “Zero! We need to ask, ‘Why is the Obama Administration failing in its mission to stop terrorism before it reaches its targets in the United States?’”

Hello...this also happened in the Egypt and Lybia conflicts we are being played by both sects of Islam.

"Two influential Lebanese Sunni clerics this week called on members of their community to wage "holy war" in Syria to defend their brethren. They accused Lebanon's Shiite Hezbollah group of sending fighters to attack Syrian Sunnis, who make up the backbone of that country's rebellion.
On Tuesday, around two dozen men lined up in the office of one of the clerics in the southern coastal city of Sidon, signing up to join the jihad.
In recent days, tensions have been fueled by heavy fighting inside Syria close to the border with Lebanon, where regime forces have made strong gains in a campaign to secure a corridor from the capital Damascus to the Mediterranean coast.
The Syrian military has been helped in the fight by Shiite Lebanese fighters who are supported by Hezbollah. The powerful Lebanese militant group says it is not sending fighters but supports the so-called "popular committees" that have joined the fighting to defend their fellow Shiites in Syria."

The United States of America should stay the hell out of this conflict and let Russia handle their own mess they created...if Congress has any intelligent persons left they should twist Obama's arm and declare war on Iran..Now this would be a action worthy of taking..The Iranian people are begging for intervention and would welcome US intervention and install a Democracy within Iran free of the Muslim Brotherhood and open to Christianity and other forms of worship..The Ayatollah's and Mullahs are scared to death and know down deep if the US attacked Iran the people would rise up and fight alongside of US and other allies!

There is a old saying within the Intelligence Community as well as the military...in order to assure a win in a conflict one attacks the head of the snake..the body will wither and die...The war on terrorism could be won by simply taking the head off the serpent...which is the Ayatollahs of Iran! They support and finance 70% of all terrorist action and events... the remaining 30% is from non other than the Saudis!

With Sounds of Praise and Acclamation...Boston Bombings!

In the last month of 2011, the United States Senate voted in approval of the National Defense Authorization Act and President Obama expressed no concern about the law which would strip Americans of their fifth and sixth amendment rights.  ”Due Process of Law” and the “right to a speedy a public trial,” two bold facets of the American justice system, would be undermined by the ink from a pen and the clapping hands of Americans’ representatives.
And for the first time in American history, indefinite detention of any person suspected, without charge or trial, was placed into legal code.  The individual rights of the American against the dangers of tyranny was abolished.
How did the American people react?  They voted for the abolitionists in 2012.
What will become of such a provision?  And if utilized, will the American people leap to their feet in outrage?  That question has been answered.
With swarms of military-grade weaponry and tanks strong enough to attack the armies of the world, tyranny under the guise of security descended upon the American people in Boston.

Asked to come out with their hands over their hands, the citizenry of Boston and surrounding areas were driven out of their homes without warrant and without “necessary and proper cause.”  The people of the so-called “land of the free” were treated as criminals before being proven as such.  It is under the guise of securing the peace that tyranny enters a land.
What is the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878?  It too was repealed in 2011.  Does anyone know about this?  Does anyone care?
The Posse Comitatus Act prevented the military from taking over police duties in times of distress.  The troops of the national government will not overtake the localized law enforcement because the dangers of such a takeover are too radically tyrannical!  And yet this key law was taken away.  Boston, Boston is why we need these government-limiting laws!  We have given the fascist American leaders everything they have ever wanted!  A law which limited the power of the Government has been repealed and we have learned why.  You don’t think they wanted that law gone for times like these?
Republicans, you knuckle heads, how dare you point the finger at Barack Obama for stealing your Constitutional rights!  For it was George Bush who set the police state in motion with his own PATRIOT act and his war on terror which turned out to be a sorry excuse for a war on your privacy and property!

And Democrats, you hypocrites!  By endorsing Barack Obama you have nodded in approval with all the war crimes that he and his administration have carried forth from the Bush years.  By saying “Yes we can!” you covered your own grave with the rich and heavy dirt of a militarized State!
Yet, while claiming that it was America that stood up to Mussolini and Hitler; while claiming that when the world needs “freedom and democracy,” America will show the way; while claiming that the world will look to us as example; while claiming that we are the home of the brave; while claiming that America is the greatest nation precisely because of its liberties; America has become the very thing it promised to avoid.
With ten thousand troops and their tanks, with all the King’s horses and all the King’s men, with helicopters and heavy artillery, it was one 19-year-old that put a stop to the entire Boston area.  That is unthinkable!  Whereas two hundred years ago at the sight of British troops entering the vicinity of the civilian properties the patriots would have warned the Red Coats to “get off their land,” this week, the Bostonians relented.  They came out of their houses, barefooted and hands over their heads, with their children’s frightened faces buried in the neck of their mothers and fathers.  And what else could they do with scenes like this before their eyes:

And with all the warning signs of a Police-State and the descent of martial law in the United States of America, the people of the country cheered.  Thank you police!  For keeping us safe!  The same was said with the rise of dictators and military-ruled areas throughout the world.  Sovietism and Nazism and Maoism and the like.  It was all for the sake of the people.  ”It can’t happen here!  This is America!”  A gullible people we are!
Many in our society wonder in amazement how the civilians in other countries put up with soldiers with machine guns on their street corners.  They wonder how can a population put up with such an arrangement.  They are curious why the people of other lands accept military presence 24/7.  These puzzled Americans should not be so puzzled.  The minds of the citizenry around the world has been desensitized and lied to.
But at least the American’s have enlightened minds, right?  Oh yeah?  Then why the cheering applause of the people for the actions of the police?  Why the signs and letters and acclamation toward the Boston Police Department?  People love their “security!”  They hate liberty, but thank God we are safe!  This is the deceit of the ages!  We think a gun will force us to hand over our liberty for security!  Wrong!  We give it up with smiles on our faces and applause throughout the masses!  Barack Obama noted in his press conference that the terrorist has failed.

This is terribly and tragically mistaken.  He has won!  Not because of his bomb and the murders he caused.  Rather, because the Government, as it tends to do, enforced “temporary security” over “essential liberty,” to use the phrases of Benjamin Franklin.  The Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, were penned for times like this.  When all else seems to fail at least the American people will be protected from the overreaction of their government!
Overreaction indeed.
But at least we were safe, replies my critic.  At least the police found him.  Did they?  No, they did not.  On the contrary!  A humble commoner disobeyed the decree of Power and left his house to venture to his back property.  Inside the man’s boat laid the teen-aged bomb suspect.  The commoner called the police.  All the King’s horses and all the King’s men failed in their duties.  As military drills were being conducted down the street in the mall’s empty parking lot, the civilian found the kid.  I, for one, will say thank you to the man who will get hardly a “thanks” that is audible against the media-induced worship for the State and its storm-troopers.

Was Boston a “false-flag,” FBI induced tragedy as many claim?  I don’t know.  I have not looked at the evidence.  I don’t care to know.  (“It is dangerous to be right when the Government is wrong“).  All I know is that the State abandoned any appearance of Constitutional restriction and respect for the common rights of man.  Why did the State over-react?  My theory is that the world economies are crashing, crime will skyrocket, the people will revolt.  And when the people revolt, the State protects itself and its area.  People naturally act in their own self-interest.  The leaders of the State are no different.  It will get worse.  Food is becoming more expensive and jobs are drying up.  The era of Keynesian economics and State-led corporatism is failing.
The Governments all over the world have disrupted the peace, caused poverty, stolen the rights of the citizens, and trampled on any noticeable sign of justice and honor.  The people have become the victims.
“Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!”  (Patrick Henry)

And yet, how will the American people hand over everything the Founding Fathers prepared for them over two centuries ago?  With the youth of American addicted to tv shows, music videos, social media, and fashion, will they notice a greatest crime of all –the loss of liberty?  As people go about their lives indifferent to the expansion of tyranny and the militarization of society, will they ever look up from their distractions and discover the burnt remains of the Constitution?  Will we so easily shrink back from the honorable arrangement of freedom?  As American the beautiful appears the same as “Red Russia,” will the masses rise up to demand their liberties?
Truly we must ask, in spite of this great theft of freedom, how is the grand American experiment of liberty to end?
After the events in Boston, we learned the answer.
The answer is my title.

Poll: Gun Control Support Still Fading

Despite Obama, Reid, and the gun-grabbers’ claim that “ninety percent” of Americans support stricter gun-control, a USA Today poll finds that support for increasing gun regulations continues to decline.

“Americans are more narrowly divided on the issue than in recent months, and backing for a bill has slipped below 50%, the poll finds. By 49%-45%, those surveyed favor Congress passing a new gun-control law. In an NBC/Wall Street Journal poll in early April, 55% had backed a stricter gun law, which was down from 61% in February.
The survey of 1,002 adults was taken Thursday through Sunday by Princeton Survey Research. The margin of error is +/- 4 percentage points.”

The poll, which includes data collected during and after the Boston Marathon bombing, also suggests that individuals may be more inclined to protect the Second Amendment for purposes of self-defense.

“It wouldn’t be shocking if people sitting in their homes in Massachusetts cities and towns thought to themselves, ‘Boy, I wish I had something to protect myself with if a terrorist came through the door now.’”

Apparently there’s no need for a massive criminal investigation. Congress has already discovered what was behind the Boston Marathon bombing — the sequester.
Even before doctors had finished treating the wounded, several senior Democrats told Politico that “the attack shows why Congress should’ve stopped automatic spending cuts from taking hold in March.” In particular, House minority whip Steny Hoyer pointed to the bombing as evidence that “we need to invest in our security” and not “pursue any irrational policies of cutting the highest priorities and lowest priorities by essentially the same percentage.” Democratic Policy Committee chairman Xavier Becerra went on to claim that the sequester had also hindered the response to the bombing. “We know that first responders are being cut,” he claimed, although there is little real evidence of such cuts. “We know that community police [are] being cut. We know that health-care services, especially emergency health-care services, are being cut.” Anonymous White House sources leaked that they were concerned about “the impact of the sequester on the short-term capabilities and long-term operations of homeland security.”

Former congressman Barney Frank went even further, linking the bombing to tax cuts and the entire movement for limited government, pointing out that “no tax cut would have helped us deal with this or will help us recover. One imagines one of the Tsarnaev brothers suddenly announcing, “They’ve just cut federal spending by less than 2 percent. Quick, go get the bombs.”
Former White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel once famously said that you should never let a crisis go to waste. President Obama and congressional Democrats have been quick to follow his advice. One need go no further than the president’s exploitation of the Newtown tragedy to see this principle in operation. There’s no reason to believe that there won’t be an attempt to use this horrible event similarly.
Not that Republicans have been immune to the temptation. Defense hawks are already seeing Boston as an excuse to avoid making scheduled defense cuts. But most defense spending has nothing to do with fighting the type of terrorism that we saw in Boston. What are we going to do: Fire a drone missile into Boston? Invade Dagestan?

Others have already called for more surveillance and new restrictions on privacy or civil liberties. But before we install a camera on every street corner, impose new gun-control measures, or censor the Internet, shouldn’t we at least pause to consider whether any of those things would have prevented this attack?
Even more of a stretch are efforts by opponents of immigration reform to link the Boston bombers to the newly introduced immigration bill. Regardless of one’s position on the bill (I generally support it), linking it to Boston looks like opportunism more than policy.
Opponents of immigration reform claim that they favor legal immigration, and that it is only illegal immigration that they are against on principle. But the Tsarnaevs immigrated legally under the current system. It appears the FBI may have dropped the ball in the case of Tarmerlin Tsarnaev, but that occurred long after the Tsarnaevs entered the country.
Moreover, it is hard to think of a system more injurious to national security than one that keeps millions of foreigners hidden in the shadows with no way to track or identify them.
Requiring immigrants to undergo security, criminal, and health checks as part of the process of regularization can only enhance our security. And allowing immigration officials, border agents, and officials to focus on criminals and potential terrorists, rather than trying to round up otherwise law-abiding unauthorized immigrants, would seem to be a wise use of taxpayer dollars.

Perhaps it is the need to make sense out of the senseless that prompts us to try to turn tragedies into a cause. And certainly we should learn what lessons we can in order to prevent such events in the future. But in the same way that survivors of personal tragedy are advised to avoid making important decisions for at least a year, perhaps politicians should avoid politicizing national tragedies for at least that long.
 

The Law of the Land vs. the Unconstitutional Acts of Legislatures

Is there a difference between a “law” and an “unconstitutional act”?
The Supreme Court says there is.  In the case of Norton vs. Shelby County, they said this:

“An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.” Norton v. Shelby County, 118 U.S. 425 (1886)

In perhaps the most famous case of all time, Marbury v. Madison, the Supreme Court, very directly, said this:

“All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.”  Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. 137 (1803)

The recent enactments by the Maryland legislature, which clearly infringe on the right of the people to keep and bear arms, contradict both the Second Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article 2 of the Maryland Declaration of Rights.
Therefore they are unconstitutional acts, which, in the words of the Declaration of Independence are not law, but only “pretended legislation.”

They are, “…in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though they had never been passed.”
It logically follows that it would be unlawful to enforce them.
Therefore we suggest that all citizens call upon their local law enforcement officials to declare these unconstitutional acts to be void.  In the case of Anne Arundel County, Maryland, where I live, we call upon our Sheriff Ronald S. Bateman, and our Chief of Police, Larry Tolliver, to publicly renounce the actions of the legislature and to assure the citizenry that they will uphold the oath that they took to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States and the State of Maryland.

Domestic 'Gay' terror suspect fingers leftwing group

A key leader of the Washington-based Family Research Council, the pro-family organization attacked by “gay” terrorist Floyd Lee Corkins, II, last year, says he is asking the government to stop utilizing the organization that likely influenced Corkins’ decision to attack innocent workers at FRC’s Washington office.
Retired Lt. Gen. William G. “Jerry” Boykin, the executive vice president of FRC and also a member of the board of WND.com, also is asking the U.S. news media to stop citing reports, statements and claims from the Southern Poverty Law Center, which he said legitimizes the organization.

The reason is that Corkins, who has pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic terrorism, confirmed to the FBI that he obtained information about the FRC from the “hate group” listing posted online by the SPLC, and that’s how he picked his target.
According to the government’s sentencing memorandum in the case against Corkins, who is now expected to be sentenced sometime in June, the “mass killing of innocent civilians” was averted narrowly by “the heroic intervening actions of Leonardo Johnson, a building manager/security guard who was seriously injured as a result.”
It happened when Corkins came to the FRC office intending to shoot everyone he could, but was stopped by Johnson, who wrestled Corkins into submission even though he had been shot in the arm.

Among the counts to which Corkins has pleaded guilty is an “Act of [Domestic] Terrorism while Armed.”

During an FBI interview of Corkins after he was taken into custody, an agent asked Corkins, “What was your intention … You’re … a political activist you said?”
Corkins responded: “Yeah, I wanted to kill the people in the building and then smear a Chicken-fil-A sandwich on their face.”
FBI: “And you, what was your intention when you went in there with the gun?”
Corkins: “Uh, it was to kill as many people as I could.”
Key to the case, according to the government’s document, was that “He had identified the FRC as an anti-gay organization on the Southern Poverty Law Center website.”
FRC officials repeatedly have explained they adhere to a biblical perspective on homosexuality, but are not “anti-gay.”

“Consistent with his statement to the FBI, a … search of Corkins’s family computer revealed that on the afternoon of Sunday, August 12, Corkins used the computer to visit the Southern Poverty Law Center’s website, as well as the websites for the FRC and the second organization on his handwritten list. The FBI later recovered from Corkins’s home several printed Mapquest and Google maps, dated August 12, 2012, for directions to the FRC and the second organization, as well as the pad of stationary paper used by Corkins to create his handwritten list of targets,” the government explained.
A video that has been assembled, from security cameras and other sources, of Corkins’ attack on the FRC, as well as his videotaped confession, is to be released tomorrow, FRC officials said. FRC President Tony Perkins is scheduled to be on a Fox News program with Megyn Kelly, where it is to be aired for the first time.
A WND message left with Rebecca Sturtevant of the SPLC requesting a comment did not generate a response.

John Kerry sank to a new low this week..!

John Kerry (who vacated his Senate seat to become Secretary of State) sank to a new low this week.  In an effort to appease Palestinians, Kerry compared the loss of life from the terrorist attacks in Boston with Palestinian militants who lost their lives attacking the Israeli Navy.

As you may recall, Israel had previously erected a naval blockade to prevent terrorists in the Gaza strip from receiving weapons and other military supplies - which they were using to attack innocent Israeli citizens and soldiers, alike.

Supporters of Middle Eastern terrorist groups were furious with Israel and dispatched a boat with armed Palestinian activists to breach the Israeli blockade - they even beat Israeli naval personnel during the altercation.  When the Israeli Navy refused to back down, Palestinian activists took to the streets in protest, burning Israeli and American flags and promising death to Israelis and Americans alike:

How dare John Kerry compare the lost lives of innocent Americans at the Boston Marathon with armed Palestinian militants attempting to break Israel's blockade against terrorism supplies reaching the Gaza Strip!

There is one upside to all of this:  at least we finally rid ourselves of John Kerry being in the U.S. Senate, and now we have a chance to replace John Kerry with conservative Republican, Michael Sullivan.  We can replace this:

Gutsy federal judge whacks Obama

A federal judge has a message for President Obama: Stop bypassing Congress on immigration.
Obama issued a directive in June 2012 halting the deportation of many young illegal aliens after Congress refused to pass the DREAM Act, which would have provided conditional permanent residency to young illegals.

A federal judge in Dallas is now threatening to reverse that directive.
U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor said Tuesday that he will likely rule in favor of a lawsuit seeking to overturn the new policy. He has asked both sides to file additional arguments by May 6.
The administration’s policy directs U.S. Immigration and Customs, or ICE, agents to defer deportation for illegal aliens under 30 who entered the country before the age of 16, are in school or have a high school diploma, haven’t been convicted of a felony, significant misdemeanor or multiple misdemeanors and are not a threat to public safety or national security.

The ICE agent union challenged the policy, arguing that the Obama administration is disciplining agents who enforce federal immigration law.
The president of that union, the National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council, also said the policy is being abused.
In his April 8 testimony, Christopher L. Crane said, “Officers are applying the directive to people detained in jails, not kids in school.”
He told the court, “It is now the story in the jails for aliens to use to avoid arrest and deportation.”
Those aliens appear to be taking advantage of the policy with great success. National Review found, “Since the policy took effect in August 2012, the Obama administration has approved 268,361 applications for ‘deferred action’ status, and denied just 1,377 – an approval rate of 99.5 percent.”

While critics argue the policy is ineffective in securing the border, Judge O’Connor indicated it’s also illegal for the Obama administration to tell immigration agents not to arrest an illegal alien who is a low priority.
“The court finds that DHS (Department of Homeland Security) does not have discretion to refuse to initiate removal proceedings,” Judge O’Connor wrote.
O’Connor issued a court order stating that Congress, not the president, sets priorities for arresting illegal aliens and that the law requires them to face deportation.
A recent analysis by Politico based on U.S. Census and Pew Research Center estimates of illegal alien populations by state brings into question the Democrats’ motivation for what they call comprehensive immigration reform – also dubbed “amnesty” by critics.
After crunching the numbers, Politico said the immigration proposal now in Congress would give Democrats a decisive advantage at the polls for a generation or more.
It would happen by “pumping as many as 11 million new Hispanic voters into the electorate a decade from now in ways that, if current trends hold, would produce an electoral bonanza for Democrats and cripple Republican prospects in many states they now win easily.”

William Gheen, president of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC, or ALIPAC, told WND the legislation would “completely wipe out the center-right group of people that have governed America for over 200 years. And it would replace true conservatives with illegal immigrants willing to vote for anyone willing to give them more power and control.”
Gheen believes the DHS policy is in response to a drop in illegal immigration after the economy began plummeting into recession in 2008 and states began cracking down on illegal immigration.
“If the ICE agents can win their case and we can stop amnesty, the American public may get one more shot at this in the 2014 election, in which case we could restore the reversal of illegal immigration,” he said.
Gheen said ALIPAC may file a friend-of-the-court brief to help the ICE agents’ union.
“To us its very clear that the U.S. Constitution says immigration is the purview of the U.S. Congress. And the fact that Obama’s memo, or decree, so perfectly emulates failed legislation reinforces our belief this should have been done legislatively, it if were done at all.”

Gheen added, “[W]e have contended for years, and accurately so, that those very powerful groups behind the deadly and costly illegal immigrant invasion of the United States are not concerned about democracy; they’re all about authoritarian governance. It’s just part of what it’s going to be like if they ever get their group of 20 million illegal immigrants on board as a new voting bloc.”
He said those “powerful groups” include Fox News.
“I know that Fox News is pushing amnesty. They’ve had very few anti-amnesty people on at all, except for Ann Coulter and Michelle Malkin. All of their main hosts, Bill O’Reilly and Sean Hannity, have come out in support of amnesty,” he added.
Gheen also cited what he called bogus immigration polls by Fox News.
“This time, the amnesty battle is different because two high-profile groups have run designer polls and paid for the results, with Fox News and the Associated Press trying to convince Americans that if they’re against amnesty they are in the minority. It is a very powerful and Orwellian thing that we have to deal with,” Gheen contended.
He added, “We have a whole list of polls showing our position of enforcement rather than amnesty are supported by a supermajority of Americans, and we’ve been collecting those polls for eight years at Alipac.us.”
The ALIPAC website currently features a Reuters poll released Tuesday showing “more than half of U.S. citizens believe that most or all of the country’s 11 million illegal immigrants should be deported.”

Kerry Gets Smacked Down By White House

The Obama administration, meanwhile, sought to downplay remarks made early Wednesday by Mr. Kerry, who had asserted early in the day that Tamerlan Tsarnaev must have drawn inspiration for the attack during a trip he made to Chechnya. White House spokesman Jay Carney said Mr. Kerry’s comments don’t reflect any new information gleaned by authorities probing a Chechnya trip made last year by the elder brother.

According to CBS News, the suspension “according to those working with Hagel and the White House, is to give Hagel through the coming weekend to comply with GOP document requests. The White House does not expect startling revelations and therefore sees no political threat in document requests.”

Hagel has thus far refused to disclose the foreign funding he has received for his various organizations to the Senate Armed Forces Committee, claiming he has a “fiduciary duty” to keep “confidentiality” of his and his organization’s donors. Hagel’s discretion has led to speculation as to what, exactly, he is unwilling to reveal.
According to a senate aide, senators have “specific concerns with regard to foreign contributions to the Atlantic Council by Saad Hariri (or the Hariri family), Dinu Patriciu, Kazakhstan, and Bidzina Ivanishvili.” But according to a senate source who spoke to Breitbart News, Hagel has also received money from an organization called “Friends of Hamas.”
