With Sounds of Praise and Acclamation...Boston Bombings!

In the last month of 2011, the United States Senate voted in approval of the National Defense Authorization Act and President Obama expressed no concern about the law which would strip Americans of their fifth and sixth amendment rights.  ”Due Process of Law” and the “right to a speedy a public trial,” two bold facets of the American justice system, would be undermined by the ink from a pen and the clapping hands of Americans’ representatives.
And for the first time in American history, indefinite detention of any person suspected, without charge or trial, was placed into legal code.  The individual rights of the American against the dangers of tyranny was abolished.
How did the American people react?  They voted for the abolitionists in 2012.
What will become of such a provision?  And if utilized, will the American people leap to their feet in outrage?  That question has been answered.
With swarms of military-grade weaponry and tanks strong enough to attack the armies of the world, tyranny under the guise of security descended upon the American people in Boston.

Asked to come out with their hands over their hands, the citizenry of Boston and surrounding areas were driven out of their homes without warrant and without “necessary and proper cause.”  The people of the so-called “land of the free” were treated as criminals before being proven as such.  It is under the guise of securing the peace that tyranny enters a land.
What is the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878?  It too was repealed in 2011.  Does anyone know about this?  Does anyone care?
The Posse Comitatus Act prevented the military from taking over police duties in times of distress.  The troops of the national government will not overtake the localized law enforcement because the dangers of such a takeover are too radically tyrannical!  And yet this key law was taken away.  Boston, Boston is why we need these government-limiting laws!  We have given the fascist American leaders everything they have ever wanted!  A law which limited the power of the Government has been repealed and we have learned why.  You don’t think they wanted that law gone for times like these?
Republicans, you knuckle heads, how dare you point the finger at Barack Obama for stealing your Constitutional rights!  For it was George Bush who set the police state in motion with his own PATRIOT act and his war on terror which turned out to be a sorry excuse for a war on your privacy and property!

And Democrats, you hypocrites!  By endorsing Barack Obama you have nodded in approval with all the war crimes that he and his administration have carried forth from the Bush years.  By saying “Yes we can!” you covered your own grave with the rich and heavy dirt of a militarized State!
Yet, while claiming that it was America that stood up to Mussolini and Hitler; while claiming that when the world needs “freedom and democracy,” America will show the way; while claiming that the world will look to us as example; while claiming that we are the home of the brave; while claiming that America is the greatest nation precisely because of its liberties; America has become the very thing it promised to avoid.
With ten thousand troops and their tanks, with all the King’s horses and all the King’s men, with helicopters and heavy artillery, it was one 19-year-old that put a stop to the entire Boston area.  That is unthinkable!  Whereas two hundred years ago at the sight of British troops entering the vicinity of the civilian properties the patriots would have warned the Red Coats to “get off their land,” this week, the Bostonians relented.  They came out of their houses, barefooted and hands over their heads, with their children’s frightened faces buried in the neck of their mothers and fathers.  And what else could they do with scenes like this before their eyes:

And with all the warning signs of a Police-State and the descent of martial law in the United States of America, the people of the country cheered.  Thank you police!  For keeping us safe!  The same was said with the rise of dictators and military-ruled areas throughout the world.  Sovietism and Nazism and Maoism and the like.  It was all for the sake of the people.  ”It can’t happen here!  This is America!”  A gullible people we are!
Many in our society wonder in amazement how the civilians in other countries put up with soldiers with machine guns on their street corners.  They wonder how can a population put up with such an arrangement.  They are curious why the people of other lands accept military presence 24/7.  These puzzled Americans should not be so puzzled.  The minds of the citizenry around the world has been desensitized and lied to.
But at least the American’s have enlightened minds, right?  Oh yeah?  Then why the cheering applause of the people for the actions of the police?  Why the signs and letters and acclamation toward the Boston Police Department?  People love their “security!”  They hate liberty, but thank God we are safe!  This is the deceit of the ages!  We think a gun will force us to hand over our liberty for security!  Wrong!  We give it up with smiles on our faces and applause throughout the masses!  Barack Obama noted in his press conference that the terrorist has failed.

This is terribly and tragically mistaken.  He has won!  Not because of his bomb and the murders he caused.  Rather, because the Government, as it tends to do, enforced “temporary security” over “essential liberty,” to use the phrases of Benjamin Franklin.  The Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, were penned for times like this.  When all else seems to fail at least the American people will be protected from the overreaction of their government!
Overreaction indeed.
But at least we were safe, replies my critic.  At least the police found him.  Did they?  No, they did not.  On the contrary!  A humble commoner disobeyed the decree of Power and left his house to venture to his back property.  Inside the man’s boat laid the teen-aged bomb suspect.  The commoner called the police.  All the King’s horses and all the King’s men failed in their duties.  As military drills were being conducted down the street in the mall’s empty parking lot, the civilian found the kid.  I, for one, will say thank you to the man who will get hardly a “thanks” that is audible against the media-induced worship for the State and its storm-troopers.

Was Boston a “false-flag,” FBI induced tragedy as many claim?  I don’t know.  I have not looked at the evidence.  I don’t care to know.  (“It is dangerous to be right when the Government is wrong“).  All I know is that the State abandoned any appearance of Constitutional restriction and respect for the common rights of man.  Why did the State over-react?  My theory is that the world economies are crashing, crime will skyrocket, the people will revolt.  And when the people revolt, the State protects itself and its area.  People naturally act in their own self-interest.  The leaders of the State are no different.  It will get worse.  Food is becoming more expensive and jobs are drying up.  The era of Keynesian economics and State-led corporatism is failing.
The Governments all over the world have disrupted the peace, caused poverty, stolen the rights of the citizens, and trampled on any noticeable sign of justice and honor.  The people have become the victims.

And yet, how will the American people hand over everything the Founding Fathers prepared for them over two centuries ago?  With the youth of American addicted to tv shows, music videos, social media, and fashion, will they notice a greatest crime of all –the loss of liberty?  As people go about their lives indifferent to the expansion of tyranny and the militarization of society, will they ever look up from their distractions and discover the burnt remains of the Constitution?  Will we so easily shrink back from the honorable arrangement of freedom?  As American the beautiful appears the same as “Red Russia,” will the masses rise up to demand their liberties?
Truly we must ask, in spite of this great theft of freedom, how is the grand American experiment of liberty to end?
After the events in Boston, we learned the answer.
The answer is my title.
