Geller: 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals Upholds Sharia, Bans Seattle Counter-Terror Ad

The clowns on the 9th Circuit court have ruled that an FBI global terrorism ad poster cannot run because it might upset Muslims. This all started back in 2013, when the FBI was running a terrorism awareness campaign featuring bus ads depicting photos of sixteen of the world's Most Wanted Terrorists.
This was a publicity campaign sponsored by the Joint Terrorism Task Force for the State Department's Rewards for Justice (RFJ) program. The ad featured the world's leading global terrorists. As it happened, all but one were Muslim. Islamic supremacists and their leftist lapdogs demanded the want ad come down, claiming it was insulting to Muslims. The FBI caved and pulled the Seattle-area bus ads featuring the "Faces of Global Terrorism" after receiving complaints "that the ads stereotype Muslims."

My organization, the American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI), believed that this public awareness message was critical to national security and should run. We are constantly being clubbed with the claim that "moderate Muslims" abhor and reject the acts of terrorism that are constantly committed in the name of their religion, so why would they object to a wanted poster featuring Islamic terrorists who supposedly have twisted and hijacked their peaceful religion? Why would "moderate Muslims" provide cover for jihad terror? Why, indeed.
AFDI submitted a virtual copy of the FBI ad to run on Seattle transit. The cowards at Seattle King Metro refused to run the ad, claiming that it was disparaging to Muslims. Reality is disparaging to Muslims?
We sued Seattle King Metro. Predictably, the liberal fascists in Seattle sided with the supremacists. We appealed to the clowns on the notorious 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. And now they, as expected, ruled in favor of sharia and supremacism.

Of all the free speech legal battles I am embroiled in, this one is the most absurd. It illustrates the crippling submission and capitulation of government authorities to Islamic supremacist demands. In this ruling, Judge Susan Graber presented the facts in a ridiculously skewed manner: "The FBI is not offering a reward up to $25 million for the capture of one of the pictured terrorists," she claimed in her ruling. "The FBI is not offering rewards at all, and the State Department offers a reward of at most $5 million, not $25 million, for the capture of one of the pictured terrorists." She went on to claim that we had not refuted "those basic facts," which she claimed was "beside the point." She asserted that it was "indisputable that Plaintiffs' proposed ad is plainly inaccurate as a simple matter of fact."
Everything Graber says here is absurd. Yet AP said in the same vein: "The FBI is not offering rewards at all, and the State Department offers a reward of at most $5 million, not $25 million, for the capture of one of the pictured terrorists." It added that "the judges said Metro's rejection 'likely was reasonable.' 'Nothing in the record suggests either that Metro would have accepted the ad with the same inaccuracy if only the ad had expressed a different viewpoint or that Metro has accepted other ads containing false statements,' the ruling said."

The truth, however, is that we simply ran the FBI ad, with no substantive changes. Seattle Metro accepted the FBI ad and then rejected ours after the FBI caved to Muslim demands to take the ad down. The AFDI ad is exactly the same as the FBI ad that was taken down, except for the attribution and the background color. We didn't change the amount of the reward for capture of the terrorists, or the source of that reward: our information came straight from the FBI ad, and any assertion to the contrary is a product of Graber's febrile imagination.

The mainstream media, meanwhile, is just as clueless and compromised. The Associated Press piece that the Seattle Times picked up bore the headline, "Federal court: Anti-Muslim group can't post ads on buses." (I was not called for comment — of course.)
The headline reads "anti-Muslim" when in fact we are not anti-Muslim but anti-jihad – that is, against the jihad terrorism that we are always told Muslims in the U.S. reject. But quisling members of the mainstream media can't say that we are anti-jihad, because most people are anti-jihad, and they want to make sure that no one sympathizes with a cause they have deemed outside the bounds of political correctness.

The AP article read: "The group — whose leader, Pamela Geller, organized the Prophet Muhammad cartoon contest in Texas that exploded in violence in May — has similar bus ads in other cities and has gone to court with mixed results after some transportation officials rejected them." Our contest didn't "explode in violence," it was attacked by Islamic jihadists. And it wasn't called the "Prophet Muhammad cartoon contest." We don't recognize Muhammad as a prophet. Is the AP a Muslim media company? Does it refer to Jesus Christ as "our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ"?
AP also claimed that our law firm, the American Freedom Law Center, "has a mixed record on court fights over ads in other cities." Is a record of consecutive wins a "mixed record"? We won them all — with exception of Boston. We won Detroit, they appealed, and we are still in the throes of that process.

Also, why didn't AP show the actual ad, so that people could make their own judgments?
We will never give up fighting for the freedom of speech and we will never stop telling the truth about the global jihad. We will appeal to the US Supreme Court.

Is Arkansas Covering Up the Clinton's Crimes?!

Previous reports during the Ride for the Constitution event back in 2013 indicated that former Clinton associate Larry Nichols admitted being a hitman for the Clintons. Following that admission, he also went on to admit months later that he was the man that cut off Wayne DuMond's testicles at the order of Bill Clinton. While he has provided excuses for why he said those things, new evidence provided by Pete Santilli indicates that Mr. Nichols continues to confess to capital crimes and indicates he should be arrested on the basis of those claims.
Last week, I was to interview former Clinton associate Larry Nichols of Clinton Chronicles fame on the Sons of Liberty radio show. Prior to that interview, I was contacted by the Deborah Jordan of the Pete Santilli show. Ms. Jordan had no idea that I had scheduled an interview with Larry Nichols the following day. She proceeded to inform me that Mr. Nichols had not only confessed on several occasions to criminal acts (see here and here), but they had just released a new audio file of Nichols admitting that he had committed murder for the Clintons. The following is that audio, which was released by the Pete Santilli show on August 1, 2015.

 Understand that the first question I asked Mr. Nichols when I contacted him with regards to a radio interview was about his claim to having been a hitman for the Clintons. Nichols told me that Santilli had taken advantage of him and that he had surgery prior to the interview and was on medication. Yet, Ms. Jordan told me that he never mentioned surgery or medication when she was confirming his interview.
Mr. Santilli provided me with his audio of contacting the Arkansas State Troopers regarding Mr. Nichols confession and his interaction with State Trooper Billy Ealy. So, I know he has made an attempt to bring justice upon Larry Nichols.
We cancelled the interview based on the audio recordings in order not to give any more credibility to Mr. Nichols. However, Santilli contacted the Arkansas State Troopers regarding Mr. Nichols confession on national radio. He spoke with State Trooper Billy Ealy and provided all the relevant information, including the audio you see above.
In a follow-up call by Freedom Outpost, Mr. Ealy told us, "I tried to follow-up on that and I found out that with him being a former president, that the only way we can look into that is if it is recommended by the prosecutor."

When I challenged him that Larry Nichols is not a former president, Mr. Ealy told me, "I know, but the president is."
"What does that have to do with Larry Nichols' confession to a capital crime?" I queried.
"That's just the way it is," Ealy said nonchalantly.
I charged him with being involved in a cover-up over multiple capital crimes, but he said that is not what was going on.
"We're not covering up," he said and then proceeded to point me to the Pulaski County Prosecutor's office for a comment.

Ealy not only got advice from the Lieutenant above him, but also spoke to the Secret Service about the matter. At least he went that far. I'll give him credit for that, but what he was conveying is not the law. Bill Clinton is not the president. He is a US citizen and as such, under the Fourteenth Amendment, he not only should receive equal treatment, but by definition, equal prosecution under the law, according to the Fifth Amendment.
I not only called the Prosecutor's office, but also the Arkansas State Attorney General's Office. Neither have returned my calls as of the writing of this article.
Santilli's contact with the Arkansas State Troopers happened on August 3, 2015, just two days after he released the audio above.
The issue, according to the Constitution, is the fact that all persons are to be treated equal under the law. The Fourteenth Amendment reads as:
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. 

The Fifth Amendment backs this up:
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

So, the question remains for Arkansas to justify: Why will you not open an investigation into Larry Nichols regarding his open national radio confession to multiple crimes of capital murder under the Clinton administration? Please, don't give us any claim of Clinton being a former president, as though that puts either him, or his wife, above the law.
It's time for the light to be shown upon the Clintons' evil deeds

I have but just one question for MSM when are you going to ask the Looney left progressives where the sin taxes go? 'We the people' already their pockets via backdoor kickback ponsie scemes alla Harry Reid,Nancy Pelosi,Hillary and BillClinton et al the whole damn Progressive Party USA..The taxes have absolutely nothing to do with fixing is just a way to steal more from the hard working middle class

Seattle city council president Tim Burgess’ proposed ordinance that the city impose a $25 tax on all firearms and a 5-cent tax on every round of ammo will move forward. The revenues from this “gun violence tax,” as they’re calling it, will go to help the city’s gun control efforts. 

First of all, this proposed ordinance will be in violation of state law, and since gun control proponents are all about being in compliance with the law, they should consider this. State law prohibits cities and other municipalities from enacting firearm restrictions that aren’t consistent with state law. The state of Washington imposes no such “gun violence tax.” Therefore, Seattle can’t either. Here’s what RCW 9.41.290 states

“…Cities, towns, and counties or other municipalities may enact only those laws and ordinances relating to firearms that are specifically authorized by state law, as in RCW 9.41.300, and are consistent with this chapter. Such local ordinances shall have the same penalty as provided for by state law. Local laws and ordinances that are inconsistent with, more restrictive than, or exceed the requirements of state law shall not be enacted and are preempted and repealed, regardless of the nature of the code, charter, or home rule status of such city, town, county, or municipality.”
So, technically, even if this ordinance passes, it would be considered “preempted and repealed.” But that’s not going to stop the city from trying, and numerous gun rights groups and gun shops would surely sue the city on state preemption grounds.

But even if there were no legal issue, what do you think will happen once the law takes effect? The price of ammo will go up, and guns will be a bit more expensive. Then, what will happen? Customers will go outside city limits to buy ammo where it isn’t taxed so much. They’ll get a gun somewhere else where that $25 tax isn’t imposed. Guns shops themselves will relocate so that they won’t lose business.
The city council actually thought that this tax would bring in an estimated $300,000 to $500,000 in revenues annually. That’s not going to happen. 

But see, I don’t think this is about revenues so much as driving the gun industry out of the city. They know that gun shops will eventually relocate. Perhaps that’s exactly what they want.
What’s next? There might be a hefty “gun violence tax” on all gun owners’ firearms and ammo. If you don’t want to be slapped with the tax, you’ll have to move out of the city. They’re trying to drive guns out of the city, one step at a time.
Let’s hope this ordinance doesn’t pass legal muster.

A grizzly entered the house and quick thinking Mark Traverse saved the morning with a quick load shot from his hunting rifle. The family dog is a total hero for alerting them.
Early this morning, Traverse and her family were sound asleep in their Kimberley home when the family dog picked up a scent coming from the kitchen.
“He was barking like he’s never barked before,” said Traverse. “I came out into our kitchen…and I [saw] the bear.”
It was a male grizzly bear feasting on pet food kept in a cupboard. Traverse bolted to the bedroom to grab her husband Mark, who is an avid hunter.
He said it took multiple shots to kill the bear.
Conservation officers say bear break-ins are rare. When they do happen, they typically involve black bears not grizzlies. Conservation officer Jared Connatty said the Traverses did almost everything right, keeping their garbage inside and their food in containers.

KING DAVID: Killed A Lion And God Didn’t Rebuke Him

But David said to Saul, “Your servant was tending his father’s sheep. When a lion or a bear came and took a lamb from the flock, I went out after him and attacked him, and rescued [it] from his mouth; and when he rose up against me, I seized [him] by his beard and struck him and killed him. “Your servant has killed both the lion and the bear; and this uncircumcised Philistine will be like one of them, since he has taunted the armies of the living God.” And David said, “The LORD who delivered me from the paw of the lion and from the paw of the bear, He will deliver me from the hand of this Philistine.” And Saul said to David, “Go, and may the LORD be with you.” – 1 Samuel 17:34-38
Pretty much everyone and his dog is familiar with David’s epic downing of the Philistines’ champion, Goliath. Movies have been made about this ruddy teenager taking his simple slingshot against this blathering monster and dropping him like a bad habit.
Not only did David down the blasphemous jackass, he also took Goliath’s own sword and decapitated him. Y’know, just to make certain that he doesn’t pop back up like Jason Voorhees and terrify any further Israel’s feckless “forces.”

The narrative of David smoking Gath’s greatest is the stuff of legends; an inspiring tale of faith and determination against staggering odds and, truth be told, against the disdain and unbelief of his jealous and beleaguered brethren.
I dig this story so much I did an oil painting from Gustave Dore’s famous lithograph to adorn my walls, so that when I wake up in the morning and see little David holding Goliath’s severed, blood-dripping noggin it can inspire me to not be a wuss, but rather have faith and go face the “giants” in my life. Life imitates art. And, as far as I’m concerned, it beats the crap out of a “Just Hang in There” cat poster.
As familiar as this story is, what I’ve seldom heard pontificated upon was that David got his godly confidence to kill this foul Philistine via the prior slaying of a lion and a bear.
Did you catch that little ditty in the aforementioned text?

I did.
Check it out: God’s people, initially, tried to discourage David from taking Goliath on. They wanted him to be a scared punk like they were and just sit on the sidelines of life and complain about the problem instead of destroying the beast by facing it head on.
Thankfully, David was not persuaded by their pathetic, pusillanimous, faith-eviscerating words. Yep, the young shepherd was having none of his puny bros fear and unbelief; and the thing that put him over the top with holy confidence was not an Amy Grant song but the fact that God (his words, not mine: v.34, 37) enabled him to kill a lion and a bear; and the same God that empowered him to dispatch two apex predators was going to help him fell this mouthy maggot who’s talking smack about God and his people.
Now, help me here: if killing animals is a sin, then why did the Lord God deliver David from certain death by supernaturally assisting this young lad to slay these four-legged marauders?  Aw, did that ruin your “God hates killing animals” fairy tale?
Oh, and by the way, it was not recorded whether or not David ate these two would be sheep stealers after he whacked them – which highlights the fact that not every animal killed in the Scripture became table fare.

I just thought I’d point that out for you. You’re welcome.
Lastly, I hope when I get to heaven I get to watch the video of David, with the psalmist and the millions of other hunters who’re adorning heaven’s bleachers, kill the lion, the bear and Goliath. That would be a great evening, eh? I’ll bring the cigars and the popcorn. Jesus will supply the wine.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said on Monday he supported the use of US ground troops to fight Islamic State militants in the Middle East.
Speaking on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” program, the billionaire businessman said it would take American soldiers to target the militant group, also known as ISIS or ISIL.
“They have great money because they have oil,” Trump said. “Every place where they have oil I would knock the hell out of them.
“I would knock out the source of their wealth, the primary sources of their wealth, which is oil,” he told MSNBC. “And in order to do that, you would have to put boots on the ground. I would knock the hell out of them, but I’d put a ring around it and I’d take the oil for our country.”

Megyn Kelly Controversy: Fox Host Will Not Apologize To Donald Trump ...

Much has been written about the first Republican debate on FOX. Opinions are all over the map. What merits further discussion, however, is how Roger Ailes’s ratings smash Thursday night was little short of a dismissive lynching. Featuring Donald Trump as the lynchee. Mercifully, most of the onstage political mob (with a few, notable exceptions) were on their game and refused to be whipped into the frenzy Megyn Kelly, Chris Wallace and, to a lesser degree, Brett Baier tried their hardest to compel.

To borrow a phrase from a Facebook post Thursday night, “the RNC Assassination Squad” was out, in full force. This, from a prominent member of the Republican Party who is documented to despise Donald Trump. If he noticed, how suspect are the glowing reviews of the FOX circus, from both sides of the political aisle?
Megyn Kelly was, shamefully, the key offender. From transcripts of the debate, Kelly asked reasonable questions of the other candidates focusing on policy, Medicaid or security:
–“Dr. Carson. You are a successful neurosurgeon, but you admit that you have had to study up on foreign policy, saying there’s a lot to learn.”
— “Governor Kasich, You chose to expand Medicaid in your state, unlike several other governors on this stage tonight…”
— “Governor Christie. You’ve said that Senator Paul’s opposition to the NSA’s collection of phone records has made the United States weaker and more vulnerable…”

But Kelly’s first question to The Donald, made FOX’s position absolutely clear:
— “Mr. Trump …You’ve called women you don’t like ‘fat pigs, dogs, slobs, and disgusting animals.’”

Fair and balanced. Yeah, right.
The attacks became even more pronounced. Chris Wallace, in his familiar, autocratic role, tried to force Mr. Trump to speak “directly to” Governor Bush about Bush’s opinion that Trump’s statements about immigration were “extraordinarily ugly.” Trump replied “This was not a subject that was on anybody’s mind until I brought it up at my announcement. And I said, Mexico is sending. Except the reporters, because they’re a very dishonest lot, generally speaking, in the world of politics, they didn’t cover my statement the way I said it.” Wallace got even more confrontational: “I’ll give you 30 seconds to answer my question…” Wallace tried, unsuccessfully, to get other candidates to vilify Trump on the immigration issue.

To Wallace’s annoyance, Governor Kasich praised Trump instead. Wallace, frustrated, then attempted to get Senator Rubio to badmouth Trump, stating “let me see if I can do better with you…” Wallace’s next question to Trump dealt with Trump’s bankruptcy, staging it as if Trump had heartlessly booted orphans out in the snow. It didn’t work; Wallace tried to cut off Trump’s response. Trump wouldn’t allow it.
The attack tag team hit its lowest point when waspish Kelly asked the following of Donald Trump:
“Mr. Trump…in this campaign, your critics say you often sound more like a Democrat than a Republican, (your) calling several of your opponents on the stage things like clowns and puppets. When did you actually become a Republican?”
Needless to say, Mr. Trump handled the attacks well and had rational responses which the FOX “assassination squad” did not want its audience to hear. Bloomberg News even cited FOX’s unprofessional behavior rebuking Fox News host Megyn Kelly for her questioning comparing it to “something Rachel Maddow would ask.”

The meme that Donald Trump “attacks” fellow candidates is, plainly put, a lie. What he did do is respond to attacks made on him by other candidates, first. Unwillingness to take a beating is a large part of Donald Trump’s wide-spread appeal. When political wishful thinking is questioned, however, it’s like football. Often, the guy responding to a blow gets tossed out of the game.
There was plenty to despise about FOX’s disgraceful performance, other than how they attempted to relegate the number one candidate in the polls to the dog house; refusing to ask more than two questions of Ted Cruz, talking more than the candidates, highlighting a Frank Luntz focus group that was entirely about trashing Donald Trump, FOX commentators waxing about how “mean” Donald Trump was to Megyn Kelly (?!?), and Megyn Kelly immediately following the debate with commentary devoted almost entirely to devaluing Donald Trump, including interviews with DNC chair-harpy Debbie Schultz, the two practically cackling about Donald Trump’s “misogynism.”
The good news was that, largely, the candidates conducted themselves intelligently and respectably, with a few stars emerging; not the ones perhaps preordained by FOX but, emerging nonetheless. Brett Baier was the only moderator of any value among the mediators. Baier was all that stood in the way of the debate completely deteriorating into just another reality show.
The next Republican debate will air in September on CNN with moderators Jake Tapper and Hugh Hewitt. CNN won’t have to raise the bar much to improve on FOX’s circus.

Hillary Defends ‘Incredibly Impressive’ Megyn Kelly from ‘Outrageous’ Trump

It is no surprise that Hillary is using the Donald Trump/Megyn Kelly flap to speak as an “advocate” for women. Most of us saw that line coming. Now she is trying to spin the whole thing against Marco Rubio? Try to follow her logic in the video below… Good luck! 
“I just want to remind us, that what they say about women, not one woman who is perfectly capable, and incredibly impressive, able to take care of herself, but all these women that I have fought for, worked for, stood up for, advocated for… who may not have the opportunity to defend themselves, who may lose the right to lose the right to exercise a personal choice if certain of the Republicans were to be successful… I don’t want that forgotten!”

Hillary Clinton confirmed during a rare Q&A session in press conference on Monday that she found Donald Trump’s “blood” comments about Fox News’ Megyn Kelly “outrageous.” However, she added that some comments about women’s health from Trump’s rivals at the GOP debate were equally “outrageous.”

So the Republican field at large is responsible for Trump’s comments and of course everything that has ever been harmful to women. Why isn’t Hillary taking shots at Carly Fiorina?

According to a police report, Singletary invited her boyfriend, a U.S. Capitol Police officer, over for sex before threatening him with his own service weapon, demanding to see the contents of his cell phones.

British Sniper Saves Boy, Father From Islamic State Beheading With Half-Mile Shot

It sounds like a scene from a movie: innocent villagers saved by mysterious soldiers from far away. This is a heroic story that includes an incredible 1,000 yard shot. Note that the Sniper’s Unit rejected the use of a drone strike in this case, as innocent civilians would have been harmed.

TheBlaze – A British special forces sniper saved the lives of a boy and his father who were about to be beheaded by Islamic State jihadists by firing a shot at the head of the executioner from his position more than half a mile away, a British newspaper reported.
According to the Daily Star, a unit of Britain’s special forces Special Air Service carrying out covert patrols on the Syrian-Turkish border was tipped by an Iraqi spy to the execution site where Shiites accused of being “infidels” were going to be beheaded.

An unnamed military source told the newspaper that “there were several decapitated bodies already lying on the ground” in the village where the field trial and punishment were underway.
A SAS ground unit had moved into position just outside the village where the gruesome punishment was being meted out.
“Through binoculars, the soldiers could see that the crowd were terrified and many were in tears,” the source said.
Soon, a man and his young son were pulled from the crowd, blindfolded, and placed on their knees.
“A tall bearded man emerged and drew a long knife,” the source reportedly said. “He began addressing the crowd and slapping the father and his son around the head and kicking them onto the floor.”

The knife-wielding jihadist was flanked by two men toting AK-47s.
That’s when the SAS sniper killed the executioner using a .50-caliber rifle shot from 1,000 meters away, more than half a mile.
“The ISIS thug who was about to decapitate the father was shot in the head and collapsed,” the unnamed source told the Daily Star. ”Everyone just stared in confusion. The sniper then dispatched the two henchmen with single shots – three kills with three bullets.”
After the militants were killed, the boy and his father were untied and ran away toward the Turkish border.
The Star reported that the sniper plan gelled after the unit rejected calling in an aerial drone attack due to the risk that innocent bystanders would be killed.
“It was a good day’s work,” the source told the Star.
Three shots, three kills. Hopefully the boy and his father who were saved will go on to create a better life.

Megyn Kelly Compares Herself to Vladimir Putin

Megyn Kelly has responded to criticisms that her question of the GOP candidates in the debate last Thursday were silly, agenda-oriented, and possibly designed to take out Donald Trump. What the other Republican candidates wouldn’t do, Fox was trying to do. 
Here is Megyn Kelly’s response to the criticism:
“We were trying to drill down to most vulnerable areas and give them a chance to explain them and also give the audience a chance to see how they would handle that. So the job is to actually get past the talking points and go to the place where they might be most vulnerable with the Republican primary voters or conversely the place they may be most vulnerable in a general election and then give them the chance to knock that ball back to us. . . If you can’t get past me, how are you gonna handle Vladimir Putin?” 
Putin would not be asking such questions. The new establishment sycophants at Fox should have asked the GOP candidates some of the questions that, on the international level, would have something to do with a powerful world leader like Putin.
If you're going to make the Putin analogy, then ask Putin-like questions. Are we to think that Putin would have asked this Megyn Kelly question?:
“Mr. Trump, one of the things people love about you is you speak your mind and you don’t use a politician’s filter. However, that is not without its downsides, in particular, when it comes to women. You’ve called women you don’t like, ‘fat pigs,’ ‘dogs,’ slobs, and disgusting animals.” 

The topics that got Trump to the GOP debate stage were his comments on illegal immigration and crime and the United States diminished place in the world. But Kelly knew that if she had asked him questions related to these issues, Trump would have had the crowd on its feet.
Mark Levin said it best:
"This is about dumbing down the debate, turning it into a spectacle to promote Megyn Kelly, the moderators hogging limited time that should have been available to the candidates, flawed opposition research in one case taken completely out of context, etc. This was not to be the Fox debate but the first REPUBLICAN PARTY sanctioned debate." 

Kelly asked Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker this question on his strict abortion stance: “Would you really let a mother die, rather than having an abortion?”
Let’s see if anyone will ask a Democrat candidate a question like this:
“Are you willing to allow more than one million unborn babies be killed every year in order to save the relatively few dangerous birth pregnancies that might require a procedure where an unborn baby might die?” How would I have answered Megyn Kelly’s abortion question? Here are some things to keep in mind in formulating an answer. 

First, how many of these life-threatening pregnancies take place in the United States that required an abortion? It’s less than one percent, certainly no number near 1.2 million. “Between 1967 and 1990, only 151 abortions have been carried out to save the mother's life, a figure amounting to 0.004% of all abortions. . .”
In 1992, a group of Ireland's top gynaecologists wrote: "We affirm that there are no medical circumstances justifying direct abortion, that is, no circumstances in which the life of a mother may only be saved by directly terminating the life of her unborn child."
I suspect that these statistics have not changed much over the years.
Second, why wasn’t there a question about the Planned Parenthood videos and how as President would each of the candidates deal with the half-billion dollars in tax-payer funding for the pro-abortion organization?
Third, when there is a pregnant woman, there are two patients. A doctor does not kill one to save the other. A doctor does his or her best to save both patients.

Dr. Alan Guttmacher of Planned Parenthood acknowledged:
“Today it is possible for almost any patient to be brought through pregnancy alive, unless she suffers from a fatal illness such as cancer or leukemia, and, if so, abortion would be unlikely to prolong, much less save, life.”1
That was in 1967. Since then medical procedures have gotten better that there are very few instances where a woman's life is in danger that an abortion would be absolutely necessary. Check out this list of answers to some abortion myths reading.

Fiorina sings the praises of Islam, Ottoman Empire ‘greatest civilization’


oped: OMG things are really going downhill fast with Carly Fiorina...uuuh Carly for one who states she has a BA in Medival History...I'm thinking you were asleep in class during lectures on the Ottoman Empire and how it related to Islam...or your classes were lead by Progressive Professors who rewrote the class material.

At any rate I will bring you up to speed on the Myth of Islam...your homework assignment : read all the material and start your new journey on actual history not rewrites from those with a agenda! 
Former CEO and Chairwoman of the Board of Hewlett-Packard, Carly Fiorina, may still be hearing the fading echoes of the praise heaped upon her by network pundits and GOP party insiders after her being informally declared the winner of the lower-tier Republican candidates debate last Aug. 6, 2015.
In the wake of the nationally televised debate, the gushing of television personalities and happily spilled ink from establishment Republican stalwarts certainly gave the impression that Fiorina has become the new darling of the conservative movement.

However, with a nation still in mourning for the mass slaughter of the 9/11 terrorist attacks that killed thousands, then-CEO Fiorina delivered a speech on Sept. 26, 2001 entitled “Technology, Business and Our Way of Life: What’s Next” in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Initially expressing her personal shock and sorrow of the terrorist attack, Fiorina also made clear rather early in her speech of her worries regarding the safety and security of everyone in the Hewlett-Packard family. Fiorina also ensured in the opening breaths of her speech to express her “Concern for the security of our employees who are of Middle Eastern descent or who practice the Muslim religion here in the US and abroad.” OK, fair enough.

The remainder of her talk was a rather college classroom-style lecture on corporate leadership. Until the end of her speech, that is. It was then that Fiorina made clear that she rated the Islamic world as “a civilization that was the greatest in the world.” As an American who takes freedom of thought and speech quite seriously, Fiorina has every right to say and believe as she sees fit.
If Carly Fiorina so desires to look upon the Islamic world as the greatest civilization in the world, I’ll give probably the greatest response I’ve ever heard (courtesy of the late Andrew Breitbart), “So what?” If that’s what she believes, then that’s what she believes. Honestly, that’s her call. I really don’t care.
But I do take exception to her historical tall-tales and obvious swipes at Christendom and European civilization. I’d like to correct her blatantly non-objective and clearly unfair retelling of what was. Or at least give the other side of the story.

With that said, allow me to state her none-too-veiled cheap shots at Christendom are just that… cheap shots. And like all cheap shots, they deserve a counter.
As she said somewhat mysteriously towards the closing paragraphs, “There was once a civilization that was the greatest in the world.” To whet the appetite and further pique the interest of her audience, she hinted the civilization in question was a “continental super-state that stretched from ocean to ocean, and from northern climes to tropics and deserts. Within its dominion lived hundreds of millions of people, of different creeds and ethnic origins.” OK, not really much regarding historical inaccuracies or historical amnesia… yet.

Friday, LibertyNEWS reported on the Environmental Protection Agency ‘accidentally’ releasing 1 million gallons of arsenic contaminated wastewater into Colorado’s Animas River. While many readers expressed disbelief as this story had yet to make national headlines, the evidence that incident did in fact occur is no longer something that can be ignored.
For those just who missed the initial report, here is a brief recap:
The incident occurred while an EPA crew was investigating reports of several small leaks draining the decommissioned Gold King Mine in the Durango area. While using heavy machinery at the mine, the EPA team triggered the release of one million gallons of wastewater contaminated with heavy metals such as zinc, iron, and copper.
At the time, officials had warned residents to cut back on water usage while the environmental impact was investigated and additionally ordering the agricultural community to stop using water from the river all together.
Colorado Parks and Wildlife spokesman Joe Lewandowski stated that  “There’s nothing that can be done to stop the flow of the river… We can only wait until the flows slow down.” Adding that until the EPA determined the river’s metal levels had returned to normal, recreational areas would also remain closed.

Fiorina Says Stop Illegal Amnesty

Former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina took aim directly at the EPA’s latest set of global warming rules in the first round of presidential debates Thursday night, saying President Barack Obama’s “progressive” agenda needed to be peeled back.

“I would begin by undoing a whole set of things that President Obama has done, whether it’s illegal amnesty or this latest round of EPA regulations,” Fiorina said in a debate with other Republican presidential candidates hosted by Fox News.

Fiorina was the only candidate to take on the EPA’s latest set of rules limiting carbon dioxide emissions from power plants. The agency aims to reduce U.S. power plant emissions 32 percent below 2005 levels by 2030, claiming such reductions would bring billions of dollars in public health benefits along with jobs.

Environmentalists welcomed the rule, but Republicans, energy companies and a coalition of states have expressed fervent opposition to Obama’s latest attempt to appease the international community ahead of the United Nations climate summit later this year. Democrats have also come out against the rule, saying it will harm their state’s economy and kill jobs.
