President Obama knows that the American people have not embraced his radical, leftist gun control agenda.

That’s why he took to the stage at a town hall spectacle hosted by CNN’s Anderson Cooper in attempt to defend his unconstitutional executive actions for stealth gun control, and try to convince Americans once and for all that he is not enacting some kind of gun grabbing conspiracy.
But his “common sense” policies – made law under the force of executive order – and his crocodile tears for exploited victims of gun violence are not going to shift public opinion.

There is clearly a line in the sand, and a bold Chinese immigrant, who became an American citizen by choice, is the latest to remind the government what it shall not infringe.
Lily Tang Williams happens to be the state chair of the Colorado Libertarian Party and has made a splash with her January 5th Facebook post, which has now received thousands of comments and shares. Williams vows to defy all government attempts at disarmament, citing the authoritarian abuses of China, her native country.

Congress is poised to give Native American lands to foreign mining company

The “Carl Levin and Howard P. ‘Buck’ McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015” – named after the retiring chairmen of the Senate and House Armed Services panels – includes the giveaway of Apache burial, medicinal, and ceremonial grounds currently within the bounds of Tonto. News of the land provision was kept under wraps until late Tuesday, when the bill was finally posted online.
The land proposed to be given to Resolution Copper, in exchange for other lands, includes prime territory Apaches have used for centuries to gather medicinal plants and acorns, and it is near a spot known as Apache Leap, a summit that Apaches jumped from to avoid being killed by settlers in the late 19th century.

Rumor Mill: Hillary Facing Criminal Indictment, Obama 2016 Surprise in the Works

Opinions on Hillary Clinton's chances in 2016 come in two forms with not much in between: "It ain't happening"  and "Hillary's got it locked in." We may soon find out which one of those prognostications is right.

Washington insiders are saying that the evidence in the FBI's investigation into Clinton's "unique email arrangement" has reached "critical mass." The American Spectator's R. Emmett Tyrrell, Jr. joins former prosecutor Joe DiGenova in predicting that a decision to indict is coming soon.

The charges will consist of some of the following:
1. Improper disclosure or retention of classified information.
2. Destruction of government records.
3. Lying to federal agents.
4. Lying under oath.
5. Obstruction of justice.

There are those who have told me that the FBI has been engaged in a ruse. And that the Bureau will report it has come across nothing criminal. Then the whole imbroglio is expected to blow over.
But such cynics are in the minority. Most sources have told me the investigation is genuine, serious, and all but completed. One told me that it was completed two months ago. The Bureau has put together a case that as one source put it “is locked up. It is solid.”
In the past, as FBI agent I.C. Smith wrote in his book Inside: A Top G-Man Exposes Spies, Lies, and Bureaucratic Bungling Inside the FBI, the Clintons have benefited from a few corrupt agents, usually in Arkansas. But that was years ago, and in Arkansas. This is the FBI in Washington, at the top where there are plenty of utterly professional law enforcement officials. They believe truth matters and so does the pursuit of justice. “They have been building a case that is unassailable,” one source told me. “It is beyond the case against Petraeus.… It is about the violation of federal statutes.”

An indicted Hillary may try to brazen her way to the finish line, but she could be too damaged by scandal to get elected (even by an unscrupulous Democratic electorate). But if she doesn't make it to the finish line, that leaves the race wide open for all sorts of Democrat chicanery.

So here’s a prediction: if Clinton gets indicted, Michelle Obama gets the Obama team’s nod for the nomination.Can Barack and Michelle pull such a thing off?  No, but the point is that they will think they can.  Remember the confidence, one might even say arrogant confidence, with which they flew off to Copenhagen in order to get the Olympics for Chicago and how flummoxed they were when the IOC gave them the back of their hand?  Remember how confident he was that his eighty-something speeches around the country would produce a groundswell of public opinion in favor of Obamacare?  How certain he was his Cairo apology would have the Middle East running to learn at his knee?   How certain she was of sainthood for insisting upon “healthy” school lunches?  Indeed, just look at how both he and Michelle drip sticky condescension on any of the lesser minds who disagree with them.

A more likely scenario would have Joe Biden at the top of the ticket, with perhaps Michelle Obama as the VP nominee. (Biden recently told reporters that he regrets his decision to drop out of the race and admits to having second thoughts.) Other possibilities for the number two spot include Senator Elizabeth Warren and former governor of Massachusetts Deval Patrick.

Texas Governor Abbott calls for amendments to U.S. Constitution

AUSTIN, Texas (Reuters) - Texas Governor Greg Abbott called for a conference of the states to add new nine amendments to the U.S. Constitution, saying the U.S. Congress, the President and U.S. Supreme Court are eroding the rule of law in the country.
Speaking at a conservative forum in Austin, Abbott, a Republican, said the federal government, courts and president were overreaching their constitutional bounds and he wanted legislation authorizing Texas to join other states in calling for a "Convention of States to fix the cracks in our Constitution."

Amending the constitution, however, could prove difficult. Numerous past plans to change the document have been squashed over the decades. Article Five of the Constitution calls for approval by three-fourths of the states for a change, a tough barrier to cross in the current political climate.

"The cure to these problems will not come from Washington D.C. Instead, the states must lead the way," he said. "The Texas plan fixes this government run amok."

Abbott, formerly the Texas attorney general and now governor of the most-populous Republican-controlled state, has been a major opponent to Democrat President Barack Obama for years. 

He enlisted broad support from other Republican-dominated states for a lawsuit currently in federal court to block the president's executive order on immigration.

His nine amendments include requiring Congress to balance the budget, allowing two-thirds of the states to override a U.S. Supreme Court decision and allowing a two-thirds majority of the states to override a federal law or regulation - rights that the states do not have.

Grinning asylum seekers taunted police trying to break up the ugly rabble who turned central Cologne into a lawless ‘open toilet’ – by telling them to be ‘nice’ – because they’d been invited by Angela Merkel.

The sex mob of migrant Arab and North African men tore up their temporary residence permits and threw them at officers who battled through New Year’s Eve to regain control of the streets, which were covered in faeces and vomit. 

Outside the city’s historic cathedral, where the 1,000 ‘drunk and stoned’ migrants sexually assaulted and robbed 100 women declared: ‘You can’t do anything to me – I will get myself a new one in the morning.’

Another told them: ‘I am Syrian, I must be handled in a friendly manner. Mrs. Merkel invited me here!’

Amid the chaos, the crowd mocked officers – who were attacked with fireworks and bottles as they tried to get control of the violent crowd.

One officer told German newspaper Bild that the migrants, one million of whom Germany welcomed last year with open arms, offering a safe, new home, said he hadn’t seen anything like it in almost 30 years with the force. 

‘The very high number of migrants was striking,’ he said. ‘The forces met a level disrespect, I have not seen in 29 years of service.’

The fact is that Obama is so desperate to implement his vision of gun control that he could have conceivably faked crying yesterday. It would certainly fit his profile, which is that of a manipulative narcissist willing to do anything to get his way.

Obama can’t hide just how fraudulent he really is — and now there is evidence to prove it.
The president reportedly began wiping tears away before any other evidence of Obama crying had even appeared. Moreover, his voice remained perfectly composed throughout the whole speech.
When I become emotional about something, my voice tends to quiver, but hey, maybe the Obama crying process is different.

Some Twitter users also noticed that Obama’s eyes started turning red immediately after he began wiping his eyes.
This made them wonder if perhaps Obama had put something on his finger beforehand — a smidgen of pepper spray, for instance, or even just a little common hand soap — to make his eyes tear up.

Obama Cites Communist China As The Goal For American Gun Control

President Barack Obama used communist China, which has very strict gun ownership laws, as an illustration for the benefits of enhanced gun control on a populace.
Speaking at the White House on Tuesday, Obama acknowledged, “We know we can’t stop every act of violence, every act of evil in the world. But maybe we can try to stop one act of evil, one act of violence.”
“Some of you may recall at the same time that Sandy Hook happened, a disturbed person in China took a knife and tried to kill, with a knife a bunch of children in China. But most of them survived because he didn’t have access to a powerful weapon,” Obama claimed. In one knife attack in China in 2012, a 36-year old man stabbed 22 kids and an 85-year old woman.

ISIS animals executing their own mothers?

Just when you thought the fighters supporting the brutal terror group ISIS couldn’t get any sicker or more evil, a disturbing new report has emerged from Syria.
A Syrian human rights group has confirmed that an ISIS member yesterday personally executed his own mother in front of hundreds of supportive onlookers.
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a woman in her 40s who works at a post office in Raqqah was hauled into the street and killed by her own son.
The woman reportedly was accused of “inciting her son to leave the Islamic state and escaping together,” and her son turned her in to ISIS authorities.
ISIS allowed the young man to carry out its death sentence personally.
The incident follows several other reports of ISIS fighters killing or turning in their own family members. And in October, ISIS released a video from its Saudi members threatening to murder their families back home if they did not “repent.”

When Donald Trump accused Clinton and Obama of creating ISIS, he was absolutely 100% correct. This fact was undeniably established in 2015, when I interviewed former Army Special Operations Officer and adviser to George W. Bush, Scott Bennett. However, this is merely the starting point of this article. 

A Treasonous Conspiracy of Monumental Proportions

Both the Bundy and Hammond Ranch affairs are about control of significant amounts of uranium, and the BLM is willing to shed blood in order to procure this uranium for very nefarious purposes. 

This article will unequivocally implicate Hillary Clinton in her role of deliberately committing abject treason against the people of the United States through the illegal appropriation of uranium at both the Bundy and the Hammond ranches and then selling the uranium to the Russians in order to help fund her presidential run through a largely untraceable offshore account.
I am taken back by the brazenness of the plot. I am even further taken back by the fact this event, as the reader will soon learn, was reported in the New York Times, as well as other mainstream media outlets. Is it really necessary to point out that the uranium that is subsequently being sold to the Russians could potentially be used against the American people and its military, in the form of nuclear weapons; and this blood money is helping to fund the presidential campaign of a political despot of epic proportions.

Ethel Rosenberg was convicted and executed for selling nuclear secrets to the Soviets.

You may recall your U.S. history, as Ethel Rosenberg sold nuclear secrets to the Soviet Union at the height of the Cold War. In an act every bit as egregious as Ethel Rosenberg’s treason, Hillary Clinton sold uranium to the Russians while serving as the Secretary of State. Ironically, the original source on this treasonous act committed by Clinton was none other than the liberal rag we call the  New York Times. 

The proof is undeniable that Hillary Clinton committed the treasonous act of selling uranium to the Russians while Secretary of State, as reported in the New York Times. The Russian blood money, as reported, is being held in an offshore account and is being used to fund her run for the Presidency.

The New York Times further asserts that members of the Canadian mining industry, who have supported Clinton’s campaign, financed and sold off to the Russians a company known as Uranium One. Uranium One is directly responsible for transferring uranium from BLM land to the Russians through an off-shore holding company. Again, according to the NY Times, the Russians, through three separate transactions, acquired Uranium One, while paying off the Clintons and their Canadian partners from 2009-2013.  The business deal also involved paying Bill Clinton $500,000 dollars for a speech on energy which was delivered in Moscow.

Conclusion

If one wants to understand how a 73-year-old rancher could be sentenced, as a terrorist, to five years in prison for overseeing a controlled burn, for legitimate purposes, I just told you all you need to know.

BREAKING: Hillary Likely to Be Indicted in Next 60 Days, Says Federal Prosecutor

Hillary could be indicted in 60 days…music to many American’s ears, BUT is it too good to be true? According to, Joe DiGenova a former federal prosecutor, it quite possible! 
A Republican former U.S. attorney believes Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton could be facing imminent indictment over her email scandal, possibly roiling the Iowa caucuses or the New Hampshire primary in February.
Joe DiGenova, a one-time federal prosecutor originally appointed by President Reagan, told conservative radio host
Laura Ingraham Tuesday that the FBI’s still-pending investigation of Clinton’s email server seems to have reached ‘a critical mass.’

Congressional Republicans last spring discovered that Clinton used a private, home-based email server in her New York home while she was secretary of state from 2009 to 2013. The scandal has dogged her presidential campaign for almost the entire past year.
The FBI has been probing whether any classified intelligence was compromised through Clinton’s unusual email setup, but she has steadfastly denied any wrongdoing and has yet to be charged with any crime.

DiGenova said that may be about to change.

‘They have reached a critical mass in their investigation of the secretary and all of her senior staff,” DiGenova said Tuesday on Ingraham’s show. ‘And, it’s going to come to a head, I would suggest, in the next 60 days.’
FBI Director James Comey has resisted efforts to lay out a timeline for his agency’s probe of the Clinton case, but if it is as imminent as DiGenova believes, it could devastate Clinton’s campaign. The Iowa caucuses are on Feb. 1 and the New Hampshire primary is on Feb. 9.
‘It’s going to be a very complex matter for the Department of Justice, but they’re not going to be able to walk away from it,’ DiGenova said.
‘They are now at over 1,200 classified emails. And, that’s just for the ones we know about from the State Department. That does not include the ones that the FBI is, in fact, recovering from her hard drives.’

One telling event would be a personal interview between Clinton and the FBI. Although the former secretary of state famously testified at an 11-hour congressional hearing in October, she has not yet been interviewed by federal agents.
A recommendation for prosecution would not only roil the presidential race, but would put President Barack Obama in an unbelievably difficult position. Decisions about prosecution, DiGenova noted, do not lie with the FBI but with the Justice Department – headed by Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
‘I believe that the evidence that the FBI is compiling will be so compelling that, unless [Lynch] agrees to the charges, there will be a massive revolt inside the FBI, which she will not be able to survive as an attorney general. It will be like Watergate. It will be unbelievable,’ he said.
‘The evidence against the Clinton staff and the secretary is so overwhelming at this point that if, in fact, she chooses not to charge Hillary, they will never be able to charge another federal employee with the negligent handling of classified information,’ DiGenova continued.

‘The intelligence community will not stand for that. They will fight for indictment and they are already in the process of gearing themselves to basically revolt if she refuses to bring charges.’
Although she is as dishonest as she is incompetent…and despite the FBI director being a straight shooter, it is Obamas Justice department who would have to prosecute…that will be deciding factor, one would think.


 

Obama Just Got Caught Red Handed At His Gun Speech- He Thought He Could Slip It By, Then…

Twitter lit up Tuesday after President Obama made the claim that violent felons can go online and buy weapons “with no background check, no questions asked.”
The assertion came as part of a lengthy address from the East Room of the White House on the executive actions Obama is taking to increase gun control in America.
Gun-rights advocate and radio talk show host Dana Loesch was quick to call out the president on his claim.

In the article she linked, Loesch points out that those purchasing guns online must go through the same background checks as those purchasing them at retail locations:

Background checks already exist for purchases made online…When you purchase guns online they aren’t shipped to your house like an Amazon delivery. They must be shipped to a FFL [Federal Firearms Licensed dealer] where you then go, fill out a 4473 [Firearm Transaction Record], get your background check, and if cleared you can take it home. Period. This law already exists.
You cannot carry a firearm, much less purchase one, if you are a prohibited possessor be it at a store, gun show, or Internet. Period. It’s already regulated.

In an interview with Townhall, Lars Dalseide, with the NRA’s Institute for Legislative Action confirmed Loesch’s statement. “When it comes to online sales, guns can only be transferred to the buyer through a federally licensed firearms dealer – that’s the law,” Dalseide said. 
Bud’s Gun Shop, which bills itself as the top online seller of firearms in world, put together a tutorial video last year, which explains how online gun purchases work in compliance with current federal law.

Loesch was not alone in quickly calling out Obama’s lie about online gun purchases. Twitchy cataloged several responses:


The so-called universal background checks Obama seeks would make the transfer of firearms between private individuals through sale, trade, gift or inheritance subject to federal law, and therefore criminal prosecution.
Critics have pointed out that none of the changes the president wants would have prevented any of the mass shootings in recent years including Sandy Hook, Charleston, Chattanooga, Oregon or San Bernardino.

U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch issued what Second Amendment supporters likely see as a dark warning about the White House’s looming executive order on guns, telling a group of reporters the federal government would be actively searching out those firearms’ owners who want to sidestep registration.

In her words, as reported by Breitbart: “We will be looking for those individuals who seek to avoid registering,” she said, after a meeting with President Obama about his upcoming executive orders on gun control.
Her statement was in reference to the widely reported portion of Obama’s executive order that’s supposed to expand the definition of “gun dealer” to include even those who make private, one-on-one transactions. Specifically, his order would then require anyone who’s “engaged in the business of dealing in firearms” to register as a dealer, and thus become subject to the background checks’ process, as Breitbart reported.

URGENT Warning on OR Standoff: Military Special OP Assets Have Been Assigned for Standoff. Get All Children Out of There Immediately

Oath Keepers has received very credible information from an active duty source within the special operations community that at least one SOD-X (Reserve/National Guard Special Operations Detachment, see this, this, and this) unit under the command of Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) has been tasked for this standoff at the Malheur Wildlife Reserve and moved to the area.   Given this, we should expect that other special operations assets, such as Delta Force, will also be involved if the Obama Administration decides to give the green light on a military strike.  And we should expect the presence of the infamous FBI HRT (which were present at both Ruby Ridge and Waco).

Due to this, anyone who has children there, at the wildlife refuge, needs to get them out immediately, and DO NOT take any more children there for any reason (and we do know that some children, including a baby, have been seen there).  We do not need to have the risk of dead children in this incident.  It is unconscionable and immoral for anyone to place children at risk of being in the middle of a firefight or military strike on the armed men holding that federal wildlife refuge.   We DO NOT trust the Obama Administration to do this right, which would be to handle it like the Montana freeman standoff rather than the Waco standoff, and anyone who thinks that Obama won't drop the hammer on Ammon and his men is a fool.   We hope "the adults in the room" in the Administration and in the federal LEO and military community will keep that from happening, but hope is not an operational plan.

Get, and keep, children off the friggin X.   This is not a "free speech" barbecue at Bundy Ranch with live music.   This is a whole different animal.   Children have no business there.   In fact, there should be no non-combatants (no women and children) there at all.   This is not a family event.

Oath Keepers adamantly opposes the armed takeover of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge.  This is not in keeping with the moral imperative of only using force in defense when people's lives are at stake, as at Bundy Ranch in 2014.  In this case, neither the Hammonds nor their neighbors were in imminent threat of being murdered, and neither the Hammonds nor their neighbors asked for any form of armed standoff.   In fact, they oppose it.  This is being done by outsiders who mislead and deceived locals, deceived the Hammonds, and deceived the patriot movement by luring them in with a peaceful rally and then attempting to rope them into a premeditated, manufactured armed standoff.   Both Ammon Bundy and Ryan Payne (who we suspect is an agent provocateur) told the locals in the Committee of Safety, at a public town hall meeting on December 15, that they, the locals on the committee, would be making the decisions on what was to be done, how, and when.   That was a lie, as they were already staging their men and supplies in the area to takeover the wildlife refuge, and had already planned out this takeover of the federal facility at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge.  By doing this, they have given Obama the best New Years present he could hope for - an example of militia movement/patriot aggression, which gives up the high ground while also having the least credibility and support from the locals possible, after lying to them, and also the least support from the patriot community, who were also blind-sided by Ammon and Ryan Payne.

However, as much as we oppose what Ammon Bundy and Ryan Payne have done, we must warn the Obama Administration that it does not have free reign to "Waco" the people in this standoff by using deadly military force, such as an SOD-X, Delta Force, or the FBI HRT to kill them all.  The Federal government must respect their right to due process and do all it can to end this standoff peacefully, without loss of life.   It must treat it like the Freeman standoff, not the Waco standoff.   There will be no more free Wacos, as Mike Vanderbgh, Founder of the Three Percenter movement puts it.  Treat this with kid gloves or risk a civil war.

Today, President Obama wept for all citizens...

He wept for you. He wept for me. He shed tears for his love of country.

Well, he did cry. Or at least, he wiped his hand under his eyes at the close of his speech announcing his ANTI-SECOND AMENDMENT EDICT today.

Oh yeah, and he assured us that his EDICT, which bypasses Congress and ignores the Constitution, is fully constitutional. After all, he's a constitutional scholar, so he should know.

What Barack Obama did today was a shameless show of political manipulation in pursuit of his statist goal of more government control over our lives -- along with his unashamed willingness to act as a DICTATOR who is unaccountable to Congress or the People.

Of course, we're supposed to just accept this all because...

The President just justified, with tears, his actions that bypass Congress and threaten our Constitution, in the hopes of perhaps "saving even one life." As he said, "maybe we could try to stop one act of evil, one act of violence."

Oh, the good intentions of liberals.

Every violation of your liberties and every new tax scheme is justified by good intentions and a few shed tears.

Obama's illegal Gun Laws..under Executive orders

First and foremost the Executive Branch cannot write law therefore this action is illegal and any Law Enforcement officer be it local,state or federal who acts on this illegal directive is subject themselves to arrest and prosecution for illegal search,seizure and false imprisonment... this also applies to the President who enacted this illegal law!

If the Obama administration is so concerned about  background checks why not make them free for transfers or sales by private parties through a licensed firearms dealer or local police or Sheriffs Office with  a small fee say $3.00 for the dealer and the US Government does the checks for free as they are already on the peoples payroll. As it now stands in Nevada the cost for a quick phone check is $25.00 at licensed firearms dealers not sure what the cost is nationally. This is way too much of a burden for private parties who only sale and transfer on a very limited occasion!

As for those who have a valid CCW permit they have gone through a more detailed background check including fingerprint checks and a BG check is not required for purchases while the permit/license is in effect!

To be blunt there are already sufficient laws on the books covering the purchase of firearms online as well as at gun shows and gun store dealers...this illegal Executive order is just that pure and simple illegal...#EOS

Republican presidential hopeful Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas.) on Monday slammed the protesters who have taken over a federal building in rural Oregon, urging them to lay down their arms.
“Every one of us has a constitutional right to protest, to speak our minds,” Cruz told reporters at campaign event in Iowa, according to NBC News.
“But we don't have a constitutional right to use force and violence and to threaten force and violence on others,” he said. “And so it is our hope that the protesters there will stand down peaceably, that there will not be a violent confrontation.”

Muslims Furious After New Song Tops Charts in Germany… Want to Guess What It Says About Islam?

Its 5-minute video features marchers, German flags, Israeli flags and Christian symbols.

An anti-Muslim group’s recent release has topped Amazon’s singles chart in Germany, knocking Adele’s hit single, “Hello,” out of the number one spot, according to the European news site The Local.
The German group, Pegida, released its single, “Gemeinsam Sind Wir Stark!” or “Together We Are Strong!” on Dec. 21, and the song’s growing popularity is surprising many considering it has no lyrics.
However, the song does have meaning as it relates to the growing threat of Islam throughout the Western world. 

Some listeners have criticized the song, which is similar to a hymn, for being unsophisticated, but that doesn’t seem to matter to those who appreciate its underlying anti-Islamic message. While reviews for the song seem to be split, its growing popularity is giving it just what its creators want — popularity.

Pegida leader Lutz Bachmann didn’t seem to mind the negative reviews of the song and even thanked the critics on his Facebook page for contributing to the song’s success. The song is now being sold on Amazon to raise funds for the protest movement.
The band seems to understand that any publicity is good publicity, and Bachmann attributes the negative reviews to opponents of the Pegida movement who do not like the song’s message.
The Pegida name comes from the movement’s acronym in German — “Patriotic Europeans Against the Islamisation of the Occident” (“Patriotische Europäer gegen die Islamisierung des Abendlandes”) — and it first emerged in October 2014 with weekly demonstrations against what it believed was the “Islamisation” of western countries.
The Syrian refugee crisis has raised awareness of anti-Islamic rallies and caused concern about right-wing radicalism in Germany, as the refugee problem continues to escalate tensions.

Whether you like the song or not, you’ve got to appreciate these guys and their effort to fight what they consider a good cause.

These Trump Attacks Were Written In The Sky Above Rose Bowl Parade – LOOK Who Was Behind It

At the Pasadena Rose Bowl parade on Friday, several skywritten attack ads were leveled against Donald Trump, and we now know who was behind them. Uncovered by Breitbart News, the ads were connected to Alabama millionaire, real estate developer and Marco Rubio donor Luther Stan Pate IV.

Pate is no stranger to controversy or personal attacks. Back in 2005, he launched a crusade against a Tuscaloosa, Alabama, City Council President Jerry Plott for refusing to grant $16 million in public funds for one of Pate’s real estate projects. Quoted in 2009 in the Lagniappe, a weekly paper based in Mobile, Plott said, “I didn’t think public dollars should be spent on a private business. He [Pate] began a public crusade to try and destroy me.”

Now Pate has set his sights on Trump, paying for the Rose Bowl skywriting attacks that included phrases like “Anybody but Trump,” “Iowans dump Trump,” “America is great. Trump is disgusting” and variations on “Trump is a fascist.”
A poorly crafted website associated with the attack ads, http://anybodybuttrump.us, is copyrighted to the “We The People Foundation,” of which Pate is treasurer and custodian of records, according to a Federal Elections Commission filing.

According to the filing, “WeThePeople Foundation” was not incorporated until Dec. 29, 2015, in time to purchase the skywriting ads for the Rose Bowl.
While Trump has called Rubio out for his support of amnesty, his trade policies, and his lack of congressional attendance during key votes, he has yet to get personal. However, considering the Rubio campaign has yet to denounce Pate’s attacks, it is possible this may change in the near future.
Pate has donated thousands to Rubio’s campaign, $5,000 of which was returned for exceeding FEC donation limits, Breitbart reported.

White Female Student Executed By Black Thugs in Texas

Don’t expect to hear anything about this from the mainstream media. It doesn’t fit their narrative. 

Sara Mutschlechner. a twenty year old white female college student was shot in the head and killed New Year’s morning in Denton, Texas. She was driving three friends home from a party. A car with five or six black males pulled up next to her and made undisclosed statements. Then one of them shot Sara in the head. She was a student at the University of North Texas.
The Dallas Morning News downplayed the murder as “road rage.” The most likely chain of events probably involved unwanted sexual catcalling and a negative reaction by the women. Racial hatred and misogyny are probably the motives. 

Many on social media are critical of the coverage, saying that the murder would have generated national attention if the races were reversed.
The murder occurred not far from where a black male opened fire on white college students last year. A&M student Lacie LaRose was killed and two others were wounded. The gunman admitted to police that race was the motive.

The debate in our land intensifies on the issue of immigration. For example, questions are asked—who should we let in? Should we exclude some or not? Should we be protected from those of certain belief systems that might intend to harm us? A week before Thanksgiving, in Turkey this year, Obama said regarding whom we let into our country, "it is good to remember that the United States does not have a religious test…" He went on to denounce any calls for a religious test for refugees and immigrants, saying: "That's shameful. That's not American. That's not who we are."   

Then, on Pearl Harbor Day aboard the USS Yorktown in Mount Pleasant, S.C.: "Donald Trump took his plan for tightening the nation's borders to a new level— and drew condemnation from Republican opponents as well as Democrats — by calling for "a total and complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United States." He said the ban should apply "until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on" with regard to the attitudes of Muslims toward Americans and terrorism. 'Until we are able to determine and understand this problem and the dangerous threat it poses, our country cannot be the victims of horrendous attacks by people that believe only in Jihad, and have no sense of reason or respect for human life.' Much of the crowd gave the policy a… standing ovation."   

Which one is right? Does the Word of God speak to this issue? Now this command we are examining this week in our series "True Law is God's Law" might seem to have nothing directly to do with immigration, but I hope to show you this morning that the principles involved in the application of this law very directly relate to this same issue.
The Treatment of Those Who Are at War against God - Exodus 22:18 "Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live." I have to say that, of all of God's Law that stands in our era, this is one that has sustained the most direct and consistent attack; unending ridicule and slander have been heaped upon it. Much fodder has been made out of the Salem witch trials, though, if you understand the law of God, there were massive violations of the principles of justice in those trials. Yet, the pro-witch propagandists would have us believe that Salem was the accurate application of Exodus 22:18. It was not.

There has been a wholesale and retail marketing of the evil of witchcraft in all its forms in our day. Way back with the Wizard of Oz, there was the good witch, Glenda, who was opposed to the wicked witch of the West. There have been countless positive messages about witches, wizards, fortunetellers, sorcerers, shamans, and mediums, ad infinitum. What we need to understand is that all such individuals have aligned themselves with Satan in a war against the One True God. This law deals with the treatment of those who have declared war upon God.

To understand the Command in the larger context, turn to Deuteronomy 18:9-15. Let's look at these nine forbidden practices:

he that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, (this is child sacrifice that was practiced by many of the pagan religions where they would literally burn their child to death.

he that useth divination, (divination is a methodology usually employing some physical object in order to uncover answers to any question you might ask of the spirit world, that is receiving answers from the demons who are part of the Satanic kingdom of darkness). 

he that is an observer of times, this refers to Astrology, that is predictions by the stars, planets or moon; horoscopes; are referred to as 'observing times.' "Although the Bible does not go into great detail about astrology, it certainly makes its position clear. We should never trust in astrological beliefs or predictions. Our lives are not determined by the stars or movement of planets.

he that an enchanter,

he that is a witch,

he that is a charmer, (these three are all expressions of similar practices, "occult magic or divination are a manifestation of demonic powers or the result of demon possession (Acts 16:16). Of course, the power of Satan and his demons is extremely limited compared to God's power. Those who follow the path of the magic arts are on the wrong path - a road that leads away from God, not toward Him.")

There is No Gray Area…It’s Called Treason!

Few reading this article would argue that we find ourselves, especially in America, living under an over-reaching, liberty-suppressing tyranny. It is much, much worse in Europe, but those wishing to destroy America have also made great gains to spoil the ideas that made this country great. With the world’s most powerful military, and a population who are more heavily armed than any place on earth (maybe in the galaxy, I dunno), there is little chance that America will be conquered from the outside. However, when you elect public servants who hate America and are willing to perpetrate treason, and when those same traitors get into positions of real power, you have a situation where America is ripe to be conquered from within. I submit that our current imposter-in-chief, BH Obama, is one of those rouge public servants who is guilty of destroying America; or, in other words, guilty of treason. 
 There are likely some who will read this article that think using the word treason is over-the-top; for as we have learned since grade-school, the punishment for the crime of treason is harsh, harsh indeed.  So for those who perceive me as being too critical, allow me to illustrate how the Merriam-Webster dictionary defines treason:

the crime of trying to overthrow your country’s government or of helping your country’s enemies during war

With the above definition in mind, take a look at a few recent headlines regarding actions of the impostor-in-chief:

The last headline, in particular, should give everyone pause. As far as I remember, we are still engaged in a “war on terror” against ISIS and their various CIA\Mossad created surrogates. Now, the fact that our own government created ISIS notwithstanding, shouldn’t Obama be trying to defeat ISIS and not trying to help ISIS? And if, in fact, Obama is helping ISIS, wouldn’t he be guilty of treason by definition? I’m just following the logic here.

When you marry the above actions with Obama’s family ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and the CIA, not to mention fact that his entire childhood found him surrounded and mentored by radical America-hating communists, each and every American needs to take a closer look at the actual crimes committed, in our name, by the man who resides in the White House. Is Obama guilty of treason? Look at the facts, follow the logic and the evidence will be clear.

I told you that 2016 is going to be a very interesting year. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who is a strong advocate of a switch to presidential system in his country, has just said that the implementation of a presidential system while keeping the unitary structure of Turkey is possible: "When you look at Hitler's Germany and other countries" as an example, says Erdogan at a press conference.   

 

So this is how Turkey will keep unity in its government under his new presidential (he means Caliphate) rule.

Let's read this again:
"When we look [at other countries], we see that it is possible. You would see this when you look at Hitler's Germany and other countries," he was quoted as saying by T24 news portal. 

Erdoğan is the staunchest supporter of the formation of a "Turkish-style" presidential system that he claims will help the country's development by eliminating "double-headedness" in state governance and thus pave the way for a more effective decision-making system.
Let's not forget that, back in April, Erdoğan argued that Turkey's government had been already changed into a de facto presidential system, calling for a constitutional framework to "finalize" this transition.
Critics say more executive powers in the hands of Erdoğan will likely intensify Turkey's drift toward one-man rule, and Erdogan says it's Hitler's way.
Some even expressed such fear that he would resemble Adolf Hitler, who was also elected by popular vote, but then turned Germany into a fascist dictatorship.

Turkey has enjoyed nearly 140 years of constitutional experience since the inception of the Ottoman Constitution of 1876, known in Turkish as the Kanûn-u Esâsî, and the parliamentary system has been the defining characteristic of all constitutions to follow.
Everything is adding up as we have been telling you. What would it take for people to believe us?

Erdogan comparing the new presidential system to Hitler's is no joke. Erdogan's classmate says that Erdogan used to "walk around with a copy of Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf." Erdogan's March 16th publication titled Ust Akil (The Mastermind), where one enters an extremely dark side of Erdogan's thinking process on how he views the Jews. The term Ust Akil (The Mastermind) was introduced by Erdogan himself and is a sensational two hour "documentary," produced by A Haber, Erdogan's main TV propaganda machine, billed as an expose of the great international conspiracy targeting Erdogan's "New Turkey."   

The documentary, which is supposed to be an anti-conspiracy theory promotion, turns out to be nothing more than a conspiracy theory in itself, a sequel to The Protocols of the Elders of Zion, the early 20th century anti-Semitic hoax claiming to describe a Jewish plot for global domination. The Mastermind opens up with the scenes of a rebuilt Temple in Jerusalem and the Dome of the Rock.
Erdogan's production is a mystery about who controls the world, and the conclusion is simple: The Mastermind is none other than The Jew.

So, perhaps, what is no conspiracy theory is that Erdogan is the best candidate to match Adolf Hitler's anti-Semitism. This time, this Hitler will take with him an entire Muslim World. After all, the Jew is the mind, the documentary tell us, that "rules the world, burns, destroys, starves, wages wars, organizes revolutions and coups, and establishes states within states." Is this any different from what Hitler sold to the masses?
Listening to the Hitler of the Muslim world mesmerize the crowd as Hitler did is quite the wakeup call. This Hitler is not calling for an Arian race but an entire globe under the rule of Allah and his messenger, to rule Spain and crush the Trinity:

Erdogan wants Italy and Spain. He wants to be Tariq Bin Ziad, the conqueror of Spain. He wants to be the tyrant Alp Arslan and Saladin. These are the Muslim leaders who fought against Christendom, and he wants to be Saladin who conquered Jerusalem. He wants to be all in all. He wants to declare war on the strongest fortresses to advance his foreign god, Allah, through warfare.
