One liberal Judge thwarts 14 State Attorneys General who want to 

bring charges against Planned Parenthood and the Abortion Cartel...

...Oh, and that would be the same 9th Circuit Court that blocked President Trump from enforcing the temporary moratorium on immigration from war zones.

It's true.

The very same 9th Circuit Court Judge who blocked President Trump's selective immigration moratorium is now blocking 14 State Attorneys General from bringing criminal charges against Planned Parenthood and the Abortion Cartel.

How?

By blocking the release of the FULL catalog of the infamous Center For Medical Progress abortion clinic "baby parts" videos. 

But wait. If these videos exposing Planned Parenthood's disgusting behavior were "highly-edited" and "fake" as the mainstream media has parroted for months, why would a Court refuse the direct request for them from 14 State Attorneys Generals? 

That doesn't make much sense, does it? 

Well actually if you are a pro-abortion activist Court, in a legal maneuver clearly aimed at silencing and destroying those who revealed Planned Parenthood's criminality, it does make sense. 

This is a legal war of attrition emboldened by individual Judges who believe it is their prerogative to be radical activists who insert their personal beliefs into decisions instead of judging on established law.
