Mexico, Guatemala and Belize Join Forces Declare War on USA

The title may sound a bit hyperbolic – but what else can you call the government sanctioned invasion of our nation?
Mexico and Guatemala have finalized a deal which will allow Guatemalan citizens (who would normally be arrested and deported or imprisoned in Mexico) to travel on 72-hour passes through Mexico on their way to our Southern border! The deal seems to also allow citizens of Belize a similar legal passage through our southern neighbor.
On Monday, Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto and Guatemalan president Otto Perez Molina held a joint press conference in Playas de Catazaja, Mexico, to officially announce an agreement to make it easier for those making the illegal journey to the United States from Central America, to cross into Mexico.

The Southern Border Program to Improve Passage, will provide for more border checkpoints along Mexico's border with Guatemala, and offer more protection and even emergency medical care to those making their way north. The illegal aliens will receive a so-called Regional Visitor's Card, according to El Universal.
Officially, the program will grant the cards to only illegal aliens from Guatemala and Belize, allowing them to remain in Mexico's southern states for 72 hours (more than enough time to reach the U.S./Mexican border by train). While, those two countries share a border with Mexico, the program will undoubtedly benefit anyone who makes it to the border, which would explain why our Border Patrol stations are currently overflowing with illegal aliens from El Salvador and Honduras as well.

The program will also give special protection and even financial assistance to unaccompanied minors now pouring across our border. Of course, these efforts, chiefly by the Mexican government, will only increase the number of illegal aliens coming to this country by the thousands, now on a daily basis.
If this is not an act of war, then nothing short of physical attack can be called such. Mexico’s move will hurt our nation economically and make it more difficult for our government to protect our citizens. This agreement between Mexico and Guatemala is a direct assault on our nation, and we should recognize it as such.
In fact, we should take a cue from Mexico on how to handle illegal immigration. When an illegal immigrant is arrested in Mexico they are immediately deported; if caught a second time the penalty is hard time in a Mexican prison followed by deportation. In Mexico there are REAL penalties for illegal immigration.

Even if we don’t reform our immigration system and secure our borders better – we must respond to this attack on our sovereignty by Mexico and Guatemala (and Belize). Whether those actions are economic sanctions (like cancelling our Free Trade Agreement with Mexico), or they are more direct like sending our military to our southern border… something MUST be done. We must answer this attack.
I’m not sure I can adequately express how serious this is.
Foreign nations are collaborating together to help their own citizens break our laws. This may be the worst case of conspiracy to commit a crime ever committed – three entire nations are conspiring together to break our laws and harm our people.
I wonder how liberals will spin this latest provocation by Mexico?
Does this mean war? Should it mean war?
How should we respond to this latest attack on our nation by our neighbors to the South?
