By the way the Springfield Trap Door 45-70 was Custers weapon of choice...hard hitting but lacked fast feed...thus his defeat at the 'Little Big Horn'...had he gone with Winchester Lever Action and brought along the Gatling gun developed during the Civil War...things may have turned out different !
