In the event states need to secede from the union...the following list of states that recognize reciprocal CCW permits would most likely be the states to union up...as you can see 37 states{Conservative leaning) recognize each others 2nd amendment rights 14 states do not(Liberal Progressive)...in this scenario 37 states would secede from the union to form a new union....the remaining 14 states would be left to their own demise..:)
