IMO this deputy should be terminated from his Law Enforcement job...he is obviously unstable and abused his authority under the color of Law! This deputy concerns me in the way he drew down and used a unauthorized position of his weapon...he used a gang banger style... weapon on it's side not taught in any LE academy...and his use of swearing in his commands was quite telling!
