President Obama is holding his first news conference in more than three months Friday, but mainstream media reporters who cover the White House are stumped about what they should ask him.
ABC News reporter Jonathan Karl and CNBC reporter Eamon Javers took to Twitter today to get advice from their followers.
Obama is holding his first press conference since April 30 before leaving on a nine-day vacation in Martha’s Vineyard.
Meanwhile, Joel Polloak at Breitbart.com offered a list of 10 questions journalists won’t ask Obama, including topics such as the Obamacare delay, Benghazi attack, IRS targeting of conservative groups, peace negotiations between Israeli and Palestinian leaders, sex assault allegations against San Diego Mayor Bob Filner, National Security Agency leaks, his proposed cuts to the U.S. nuclear weapons arsenal, the Senate immigration bill, al-Qaida, the budget sequester, giving Congress Obamacare subsidies and George Zimmerman’s civil rights.
Others in the blogosphere began offering their own suggestions to the White House correspondents:
