Report: Obama Plans To Bring Ebola-infected Africans To The U.S. For Treatment

I have the utmost respect for Judicial Watch. Without that group’s tireless efforts to expose the seamy underbelly of the Obama administration through FOIA lawsuits, the nation would be in far worse shape than it is today.
Nevertheless, I have to call shenanigans on its latest claim, which simply doesn’t seem possible, even for a guy with as tenuous a grasp on reality as Barack Obama. Here is the report in its entirety:
Judicial Watch has learned that the Obama administration is actively formulating plans to admit Ebola-infected non-U.S. citizens into the United States for treatment. Specifically, the goal of the administration is to bring Ebola patients into the United States for treatment within the first days of diagnosis. 

It is unclear who would bear the high costs of transporting and treating non-citizen Ebola patients. The plans include special waivers of laws and regulations that ban the admission of non-citizens with a communicable disease as dangerous as Ebola.
One source tells us that the Obama administration is keeping this plan secret from Congress. The source is concerned that the proposal is illegal; endangers the public health and welfare; and should require the approval of Congress.

Yes, the administration has already exposed the nation to unnecessary risk by refusing to restrict travel from the hot zone, this despite overwhelming support on the part of the public for such a move. And, yes, Obama is treating the Ebola outbreak more as a political crisis for his administration than as a health crisis for America. But it’s hard to imagine that he is unable to envision the backlash that would be directed at him personally if he were to unleash the plague on the American populace.
