Is “Ebola Preparedness” Obama’s Sick Halloween “Trick” On America?

This week, I heard a report in the local press pertaining to the precautions and “readiness protocols” that were going be used in my locality to ensure that the current threat presented by the Ebola virus would be handled prudently. Presumably, this refers to the efforts of authorities and health care workers to prevent cases from occurring locally, and to contain and effectively treat any that do arise.
I found this interesting, since (as I indicated in a column for WorldNetDaily last weekend) there are no precautions or readiness protocols in existence that can prevent cases from occurring locally, or to contain and effectively treat any that do arise, because the authorities in the U.S. have never addressed an Ebola outbreak within our borders before.

This will be exacerbated – as I stated last weekend – by the fact that the protocols for handling Ebola, a Biosafety Level 4 (BSL-4) infectious agent, are not being disseminated nor the proper procedures followed.
