I just sent the email below to TEA Party hero Chris McDaniel. After studying the election results and Mississippi election law, it's clear that there was foul play in Tuesday's election.

That's why the Tea Party Leadership fund has put together a petition to the Mississippi Secretary of State and Board of Elections -- the COUNT 'ONLY' THE LEGAL VOTES petition.

Essentially, Cochran won because the Democrats committed election fraud. To understand more read my message to Chris below.

Chris, I think you need to take action on this.

Democrats stole the Mississippi election for liberal Republican Thad Cochran.

Before I go any further, let me explain. **Democrats knowingly organized to commit election fraud on a massive, election-changing scale.**

First, leftist billionaire Michael Bloomberg helped raised a quick $2 million for liberals to spring into action to support Cochran's campaign efforts.

Then, Democrat spin-master, James Warren, authored a statewide plan to turn out votes for Cochran.

NOW, after touting their massive role in swaying the election, the NAACP is celebrating their new friend Thad's 'victory' by cashing in the first of many favors,

"Cochran could thank black voters by supporting efforts to re-establish protections in the Voting Rights Act that the Supreme Court struck down last year."

Cochran was so desperate to win another term, he sold out everything he believes in...to the liberal elites and Mississippi Democrats.

Chris, we still don't know the extent...BUT IT IS SIGNIFICANT. Voter turnout in Democrat counties went up by 40%! That number is huge and unheard of in a special runoff election with only REPUBLICAN candidates.

Mississippi election law states, any voter who casts their primary ballot for a member of their party MAY NOT crossover and cast a vote in the other political party's runoff election.

The smoking gun....  Mississippi Democratic Party Chairman, Rickey Cole is "willing to bet a steak dinner" more than one Democrat was scared into casting a second ineligible vote for Cochran.

Pay offs? Bribes? Back-room deals? Steak dinners? This is the GOP establishment selling out...again.

After Dave Brat's historic defeat of Republican Majority Leader and Obama collaborator Eric Cantor, the establishment Republicans and the Left have made no secret of their alliance to defeat you.
