Obama DOJ Faces Block By FBI In Possible Zimmerman Charges

by

I told you yesterday that Attorney General Eric Holder was facing pressure from racists, including the racist organization the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) to file federal charges against George Zimmerman. Well, now it looks like the Federal Bureau of Investigation may present a roadblock to the Justice Department’s possible quest as their records find no evidence that George
Zimmerman was a racist. Keep in mind that didn’t stop them from forming protests and security with tax dollars in Florida, nor did it stop Governor Rick Scott appointing a special prosecutor or that prosecutor filing charges against George Zimmerman when police had already investigated and found no reason to charge him.

Yesterday, the Hill reported:
The NAACP and other leading civil rights groups are pressing for Holder to open a federal case against Zimmerman, after he was found not guilty on second-degree murder and manslaughter charges by a Florida jury.
The public pressure leaves Holder, the nation’s first African-American attorney general, facing a difficult decision on a controversial case that has grabbed the nation’s attention and sparked renewed debate about racial profiling.
So the NAACP’s Ben Jealous has called for the Justice Department to intervene since obviously from his perspective the jury didn’t have a final say in the matter. “The most fundamental of civil rights—the right to life—was violated the night George Zimmerman stalked and then took the life of Trayvon Martin. We ask that the Department of Justice file civil rights charges against Mr. Zimmerman for this egregious violation,” his organization wrote in a petition unveiled Saturday evening. “Please address the travesties of the tragic death of Trayvon Martin by acting today.”
Apparently, they could see they weren’t going to get the desired verdict and wanted to put things in place beforehand. Of course, the usual suspects like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton were out helping to push this agenda, along with their accomplices in the Democrat Party like Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) who tweeted:

Congressman Nadler         @RepJerryNadler
Trayvon Martin's death was a senseless tragedy & I'm deeply saddened tonight. Pleased that DOJ is continuing to evaluate evidence.
