Sarah Palin: Will she or won’t she..You decide
So, who of you are extremely excited about the candidates for
POTUS? I have a couple I do like and wish that they could get their act
together and start climbing in the polls. But, with what we have in the
top, not many are looking at the others.
I speak of Gingrich, Romney and Paul. The media is so honed in on them we don’t really get a sense of the others: Bachmann, Perry and Santorum.
I guess Mrs. Palin feels the same way as many of us.

argument before the two courts is plain. "Natural Born Citizen" was
not defined in the U. S. Constitution. It was later defined as children
born of two U.S. citizens' regardless of the location of the birth. The
U. S. Supreme Court found: The Constitution does not, in words, say who
shall be natural-born citizens. At common-law, with the nomenclature of
which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never
doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its
citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. Resolution
of that question was ultimately left to the decision of the United
States Supreme Court and during 1875, that determination was made in a
ruling and the decision was handed down: Minor v, Happersett, Both
parents must be U. S. Citizens.

ICE agency report puts serious dent in Eric Holder’s DOJ case against sheriff Joe Arpaio
Back in March of 2009 the DOJ informed sheriff Arpaio that a probe
was underway to investigate what the DOJ claimed were “alleged patterns
or practices of discriminatory police practices and unconstitutional
searches and seizures.” This is where things get sticky for Eric Holder
and the Obama Administration.
Six months prior to this investigation the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE) had already conducted its own investigation of sheriff Arpaio’s office and not only gave it a clean bill of health, they actually gave a raving review. The report said things like “The OI and DRO supervisors consider the conduct and performance of the MCSO … officers to be professional and meeting the requirement of the MOA.” And that they considered the working relationship between the feds and the sheriff’s office to be “excellent” and that cases brought by the sheriff’s office to be “high quality.”

Sheriff Joe to Obama: I'll keep doing my job ...!
Sheriff Joe Arpaio told WND today he intends to fight Justice
Department allegations that his office violated federal civil rights
laws in enforcing immigration laws in Maricopa County, Arizona.
He further affirmed that his office will proceed with the Cold Case Posse investigation into the authenticity of Barack Obama's birth certificate and his eligibility to be president, which is scheduled to release preliminary findings in February.
In the Obama eligibility investigation, Arpaio's investigative team has amassed hundreds of pages of documentation and taken testimony from dozens of experts in preparation for a final phase of field investigation.
"President Obama has just put a welcome sign on the U.S. border with Mexico," Arpaio told WND in response to the Justice Department complaint.

According to sources who watch the inner workings of the federal government, a smackdown of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme Court may be inevitable. Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics have hammered him on a number of Constitutional issues.
Critics have complained that much, if not all of Obama’s major initiatives run headlong into Constitutional roadblocks on the power of the federal government.
Obama certainly did not help himself in the eyes of the Court when he used the venue of the State of the Union address early in the year to publicly flog the Court over its ruling that the First Amendment grants the right to various organizations to run political ads during the time of an election.

Michelle Obama Secret Affair Allegations Surface

just released a bombshell and is reporting that Michelle Obama is
having a "steamy secret affair" with a Secret Service Agent. According
to The Globe, rumors started to circulate that Obama may be having an
affair after her recent admission to NBC's Al Roker that she frequently
"sneaks out" of the White House; and the ever increasing time she is
spending away from the White House may be a cover to hide "a sizzling
affair she's carrying on with a Secret Service agent."

Feds sued for hiding details of Haditha attack:

The legal team that defended a Marine officer accused of crimes after members of his battalion were ambushed in Haditha, Iraq, and caught in a firefight for their lives now is suing the federal government for allegedly hiding information about the attack for political reasons.
The lawsuit has been filed by the Thomas More Law Center, a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Mich.
The lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Washington names the U.S. Department of State as a defendant for "failing to provide records in its possession concerning an insurgent attack against U.S. Marines in Haditha, Iraq, on Nov. 19, 2005."
The attack resulted in the deaths of Iraqi civilians who were put into the line of fire by insurgents who were trying to ambush U.S. Marines. The military reviewed the circumstances before commending the Marines.
However, after politicians, mostly notably the late U.S. Rep. John Murtha, D-Pa., got involved, the military filed charges against eight of the Marines. Among them was Lt. Col. Jeffrey Chessani, who was defended by the Thomas More Law Center.

But somewhere along the way, "buyer's remorse" set in. Some evangelicals questioned the biblical teachings on women submitting to their husbands, wondering if they might be sinning by supporting and voting for a woman president.

Washington rejoice over the newly announced decrease in the unemployment
rate they need to face a harsh reality: America is still not gaining
jobs.
In fact, the main reason unemployment “fell” is because the workforce has shrunk.
The Bureau of labor statistics reported this morning that the unemployment rate fell by 0.4% to 8.6%—what the Obama Administration would call a success. However, one key fact was left out of this report: the work force has decreased immensely since President Obama has taken office.
Those who have given up looking for jobs are not included in unemployment statistics.
“We lost the equivalent of the entire city of Pittsburgh, PA in the labor force last month alone. This is unacceptable,” Reince Preibus, Chairman of the Republican National Committee, announced via twitter.

In broad strokes, there was the Soviet Union on one side and the United States on the other. We were familiar with their tactics and equipment, and they with ours. Both sides wore uniforms, and every now and then we would stage war games on border control missions.

Just when you thought the field of candidates for president in 2012 was full, a national radio talk-show host
is now in the race, claiming Barack Obama is not even eligible for
office because he has presented a forged birth certificate to the
nation.
Laurie Roth from Washington state is running not as a Republican, but as a self-described patriot and conservative on the American Independent Party ticket. She says she's already on the ballot in California, and will take steps to make sure her name is listed in the other 49 states.
She joins Republican Michele Bachmann as one of at least two women seeking the Oval Office in 2012. Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin has indicated she will not be tossing her hat in the ring during this election cycle.

National VAT consumption Tax....!
Let's be honest and address just who this would benefit....well it would only benefit those earning over 100K per year...thats just the plain hard truth! All the talking heads on @foxnews praise this as if it were the most fair and balanced tax plan of the century....easy for them to say being that they all earn over 100K per year!
So to be fair and balanced I suggest if they really want this plan it should exempt all necessary Life support products such as utilities,food,housing,basic transportation,fuel,insurance,medical and clothing ..tax the hell out of luxury products all ya want...we the working/retired class can't afford them anyhow.
The problem with our economy is government spending way beyond rational uses...do away with entitlements that cover non citizens (welfare/ medicaid for illegals)...and stop stealing from the Soc Security retirement accounts...
It would also be wise to eliminate foreign aid to all countries...we can no longer afford this luxury as well as supporting the UN...and by all means stop all unecessary grants for rediculous projects that benefit no one but those scamming the grant system...this would be a good start to recovery!
Now to address the so called flat tax...this is fine as long as a couple earning 40K or less and a single earning less than 20K is exempt from this tax...as they cannot qualify for home loans and barely make ends meet...so let's be really fair and address the issue so everyone has a fair and balanced chance in life!...Flat tax rate should be 20% for those earning over 100K...10% for those earning 40-100K . 5% for singles earning 20-40K

DADT reduced to the basic issue....!
The repeal of DADT will become ever so more complicated and have dire consequences over the years...
Let's examine the arguments and issue put forward ...The progressive left including the gay mafia like to compare the issue with racial discrimination during WWII..this could not be farther from the truth of the issue at hand...was racial discrimination separating blacks and whites during WWII right?...of course not but let's not forget whos administration was in power during WWII...oh my it was the Democratic party...you remember that was the party that after the Civil War (1865) started the KKK...From the Revolutionary war up until WWII blacks and whites served together...yes some units were segregated this was a local matter depending on which area the formation of units were from! Going back in time will not make this right...but it was what it was!
Moving forward to the issue at hand...should homosexuals be incorporated into hetrosexual units...well the answer is a simple No!...This would be no different than incorporating female soldiers into male soldier units..this is never done since there is no on off switch males and females can turn on or off when placed into intimate situations such as shared toilet and showers as well as sleeping quarters...human nature of attraction would obviously be turned on!
It is a naive and childish argument to say control would be maintained...are homosexuals super human and have on off switches...I think not...nor can anyone prove different! So all we have left is to segregate homosexuals from hetrosexuals in both male and female units...thus causing what is perceived as discrimination/segregation...would it be? yes...but is it logical? the answer again would be Yes!
If the DADT repeal is allowed to stand there will be many Court Marshals...Article 15's and fights that break out...this is a given! I also see many who exodus from the all voluntary service to avoid being put into this abnormal situation!

Just for the record I don't know about y'all but I for one am sick and tired of being told I have to be sensitive to the culture of Islam...when pray tell have they made one iota to be sensitive to our culture...we are told they are the culture of love and peace...yet they attack at the least provocation...instead of asking like adults... what did you mean?...they take Muhammeds approach... kill first ask questions later! Caylee Anthony case...!
Something is seriously wrong with this case... the investigation and evidence as presented...Caylee was reported missing in June 2008...31 days after the last time the Grandparents saw her alive..which would put her alive in May of 2008...The body was finally discovered under mysterious circumstances Dec 11,2008..This would put the state of decomposition at 7 months...note the state of decomposition in the open non embalmed to reduce a body to the state of skeleton is 1 - 2 years depending on soil ,weather etc...This would beg one to wonder why there are no tissue samples to be tested as they would be present...! There seems to be a cover-up by the DA/Sheriffs office and all parties concerned!

is from Mark Knoller of CBS. The pilots and crew of Air Force One are
flying more hours than a rookie on a beer run. They are tired of it
too, and are adding more crew to Air Force-1 - I know this for a fact
because I'm one of the instructors that trains the crews. Our company
(Atlas Air) has had the Air Force-1 and E-4 contract for over two years
and I've been doing it for about 8 months now.
Last year (2010) Obama flew in Air Force One 172 times, almost every other day.
White House officials have been telling reporters in recent days that the Democrat doesn't intend to hang around the White House quite so much in 2011. They explain he wants to get out more around the country because, as everyone knows, that midterm election shellacking on Nov. 2 had nothing to do with his health care bill, over-spending or other policies, and everything to do with Obama's not adequately explaining himself to his countrymen and women.
And with only 673 days remaining in Obama's never ending presidential campaign, the incumbent's travel pace will not likely slacken.
At an Air Force-estimated cost of $181,757 per flight HOUR (not to mention the additional travel costs of Marine One, Secret Service, logistics and local police overtime), that's a lot of frequent flier dollars going into Obama's carbon footprint. $80 Million every time it lands & takes off.
We are privy to some of these numbers thanks to CBS' Mark Knoller, a bearded national treasure trove of presidential stats. According to Knoller's copious notes, during the last year, Obama made 65 domestic trips over 104 days, and six trips to eight countries over 22 days. Not counting six vacation trips over 32 days.
He took 196 helicopter trips, signed 203 pieces of legislation and squeezed in 29 rounds of left-handed golf.
Obama last year gave 491 speeches, remarks or statements. That's more talking than goes on in some entire families, at least from fatherly mouths.
In fact, even including the 24 days of 2010 that we never saw Obama in public, his speaking works out to about one official utterance every 11 waking hours. Aides indicate the "real good talker" believes we need more.
