in the financing and support of the insurgents fighting American
troops. Congressman Henry Waxman signed a letter allowing Medea Benjamin
and a dozen of her followers to move over $600,000 of cash and supplies
into camps housing refugees from Fallujah, with no outside inspection
of its contents.
