Allen West on warpath against Obama

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – He may have lost his seat in the U.S. House, but former Rep. Allen West hasn’t lost his passion to defeat the agenda of Barack Obama and his leftist allies.
“I’m not known as one to mince words,” West says.
“We love our great nation too much to sit back and take our loss in 2012 as the final verdict on America. That’s why I intend to use the newfound freedom I’ve been given to take my efforts to defeat the Obama liberal progressive agenda to the next level.”
Thus, West is announcing his new political action committee, or PAC, called “the Allen West Guardian Fund.”

“When I give the opening keynote address at CPAC on Thursday, I will outline the Guardian Fund’s plans to double our efforts to expose and combat the Obama Administration and its progressive plans,” West said.

“Join me in building a grassroots army to help elect 12 new hard-charging constitutional conservatives who either have a military background or are minorities committed to taking a stand against big government and President Obama for the next four years.”
The Army veteran is also asking for financial donations, adding, “Now that I’m not constrained by my duties of as a congressman, I can focus my efforts on revealing the truth about Barack Obama’s dangerous plan for America and the left’s progressive social experiments.”
Fundraising is one of West’s strengths, having collected more than $19 million in just two years of service in the House. Part of the reason was his face time on major cable-news networks, as he was relentless in his verbal assaults on Democrats.
Despite the his large cash influx, though, he was unable to win re-election in a newly drawn district.

As WND reported in the wake of the 2012 election, West complained of “unconscionable” shenanigans by Gertrude Walker, the Democratic supervisor of elections in St. Lucie County, Fla., which led to the election of Democrat Patrick Murphy of Jupiter, Fla.
“The thing that spurred our curiosity in our race was the fact that at 1 o’clock in the morning on Election Night, all of a sudden there was a 4,000-vote swing that took me from being ahead to put the lead into my opponent’s hands,” he said at the time. “To have a full 4,000-vote swing in a 35-minute period is unconscionable.”
“We have instances where there were polling locations where the doors were locked and vote-counting was done, which is a violation of Florida statute,” he added.
