DOJ Grants Immunity to Clinton Aide-Will This Lead to an Indictment for Treason and Murder?

In a story I published this morning, I asserted that Hillary Clinton and her aide,  Huma Abedin, both accessed classified materials, meant for the office of the Secretary of State, on private computers.
Some of these emails have begun to surface, and they could be suggestive of national security violations, treason, and even murder.

Aaron Klein FOIA Emails

In a parallel story, Aaron Klein published some damning emails which showed that Clinton was announcing the movements of Stevens, a classified activity from her private computer.
Below are some examples of the allegations posed by Aaron Klein, and these are not empty charges, as Klein offered as proof: the following emails.
If the following emails do not lead to a full-fledged murder investigation, then I do not know what would. Amazingly, Clinton is tracking and reporting on the location of Stevens through a private email server. This was both illegal and compromised the security of Ambassador Stevens.

Here is a copy of Aaron Klein email revelations obtained through FOIA.

“A March 27, 2011 email released last year was titled, “Chris Stevens mission.” It divulged: “The current game plan is for Mr. Stevens to move no later than Wednesday from Malta to Benghazi. He will stage offshore initially for a one day visit during which he will have meetings with TNC interlocutors and get a sense of the situation on the ground. The goal of this one day trip is for him to lay the groundwork for a stay of up to 30 days.
An April 8, 2011 email was forwarded to Clinton revealing the “security situation in Benghazi remains quiet. Chris Stevens & team are in the hotel, moving only for meetings as required.”
An April 22, 2011 email revealed Stevens was on the road: “I want to let you know about a temporary rotation in Benghazi. TNC Envoy Chris Stevens has been on the road since March 13, when he began his outreach mission, and has been in Benghazi since April 5.”
“An April 24, 2011 email has the exact time of a Stevens meeting: “”Stevens will be meeting with MFA in one hour and will make a written request for better security at the hotel and for better security-related coordination. He still feels comfortable in the hotel. They are looking into the idea of moving into a villa, but that is some way off.”

THIS IS INEXCUSABLE!

In this morning’s publication, I also included a history of Clinton’s involvement in the death of Ambassador Stevens. Klein’s email revelations help to confirm that.

Interesting Development

On Before Its News, Glenn Canady, on behalf of Stew Webb, is asserting that Clinton’s aide has already been indicted. The Washington Post claims that no Grand Jury has been convened and, subsequently, Clinton aide Huma Abedin has not been indicted.

According to a 17 hour press release from the Washington Post, Abedin was not mentioned as being indicted. The Canady report is 20 hours old at the time of this publication. However, the Justice Department has granted immunity to a former State Department staffer Bryan Pagliano, who worked on Hillary Clinton’s private email server as part of a criminal investigation into the possible viewing and disseminating of classified information on a private computer by Clinton and her aide, according to a senior law enforcement official. This immunity deal lends credence to the notion that Abedin will be indicted, as the DOJ works their way up the food chain.
According to the Washington Post, Hillary Clinton personally paid Pagliano to maintain the private e-mail server she used while heading the agency, according to an official from Clinton’s presidential campaign. This is the smoking gun which will prove that Abedin and Clinton used private computers to view and transmit classified materials. The enormity of this revelation cannot be overstated. This is a national security violation on its face. No interpretation is needed. Further, since Clinton is reporting the whereabouts of an Ambassador that was subsequently murdered, an investigation should be launched for treason and murder.
Do you think, the newest DOJ informer, Pagliano, will fall on his sword to protect Clinton? I don’t think so. Will he end up like Vince Foster? That could happen.

Clinton Seems Destined for a Fall but….

We have all watched enough Law and Order to know what SHOULD be coming. The immunity is offered to get to the big fish. However, the dynamics of this are unique.
In any other administration, Clinton would be withdrawing from the presidential run, at this point, to clear her “good name." She does not have to. This scandal will never touch her.


If these emails surface, then Benghazi surfaces. Almost all of Obama’s senior officials will be complicit in treason and murder over Benghazi, including Clinton and Obama. The Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, would have to convene a grand jury to indict Clinton. If that were to happen, Clinton would give up Obama to get a lesser sentence from a plea deal. Lynch will never let that happen. She works for Obama and a Clinton election might keep her in her position for four more years.
I look for the trail bodies to begin to appear like we have seen in Arkansas and in her husband's run for the presidency.
