I lost in county court. I appealed to the Kansas Supreme Court. My appeal was denied. Google “In the Matter of the Care and Treatment of John Pfuetze” for on-line documentation. There are many possible reasons for my loss, a $5000 bonus paid to the physician, a request by a ¬¬-high-level VA official to convict as many vets as possible to lower the homicide rate, a request by her cell leader in Russia to convict as many vets as possible to raise the homicide rate, and more convictions cause a higher crime rate. This causes a need for more psychiatrists, thus job security.
