Trump Vindicated: Migrant No-Go Zone in Sweden Burns As Rioters Loot Stores and Assault Cops

sweden-attacks
Over the weekend, President Trump caught flak from the liberal press for a comment he made during a speech last Saturday. Regarding Europe’s loose immigration laws he said that:
“We’ve got to keep our country safe. You look at what’s happening in Germany. You look at what’s happening last night in Sweden. Sweden, who would believe this? Sweden. They took in large numbers. They’re having problems like they never thought possible. You look at what’s happening in Brussels. You look at what’s happening all over the world. Take a look at Nice. Take a look at Paris.”
That mention of “what’s happening last night in Sweden” made it sound like he was referring to a specific incident. The liberal press jumped on it, in the hopes that they had caught Trump talking about a terrorist attack that hadn’t happened. They were hoping for a repeat of Kellyanne Conway’s “Bowling Green Massacre” comment.
In truth, Trump simply misspoke. He was referring to a report he saw the night before on Fox News, that discussed the conditions in Sweden after that country opened their borders to migrants from Syria and other Middle-Eastern countries. He wasn’t talking about a specific incident at all.

Nonetheless, it only took a few days for a specific incident to emerge in Sweden that vindicated his comment.
That is the Swedish suburb of Rinkeby, a district of Stockholm that is noted for having one of the highest concentrations of immigrants in the country. Nearly 90% of the residents are either first or second generation immigrants. After the police tried to arrest an unnamed person for a drug related crime, an estimated 30-50 people rioted. They proceeded to set cars on fire and loot local stores. A photographer for a newspaper, multiple civilians (who were trying to calm down the rioters), and several police officers were assaulted during the riot. Order wasn’t completely restored until midnight on Monday.
And this isn’t the first time that this kind of thing has happened. A 60 Minutes cameraman, producer, and news correspondent from Australia were assaulted in Rinkeby last year, and a similar riot occurred in 2010, involving over a 100 youths who attacked the local police station.
This is what happens when you open your borders to hundreds of thousands of people who hate you and your culture. I know, sounds obvious, but apparently that needs to be said.
