SIGN THE PETITION TO DEPORT GEORGE SOROS!
Utah Republican Sen. Mike Lee is pressing the State Department for answers regarding alleged meddling by creepy billionaire George Soros in Macedonia.  Specifically, Lee would like to know why Soros’ “Open Society Foundation” was given millions in US taxpayer dollars to “strengthen democratic practices and institutions” there.

“I have received credible reports that, over the past few years, the US Mission to Macedonia has actively intervened in the party politics of Macedonia, as well as the shaping of its media environment and civil society, often favoring groups of one political persuasion over another,” Lee wrote in a letter to Obama-appointed U.S. Ambassador to Macedonia Jess Baily.
Soros’ group was given the cash after being awarded a contract by the U.S. Agency for International Development.  The State Department then met with Macedonian leaders to schedule and plan their parliamentary elections.

Macedonian’s current government is center-right.  During their 2014 elections, with Soros’ group actively involved and funded by the Obama administration, President Gjorge Ivanov was forced into a runoff election before finally emerging victorious.
Ivanov is a Euroskeptic, which clashes fiercly with the Open Society Foundation’s stated goal of a stronger European Union.  That means the Obama administration gave millions of dollars in taxpayer funds to monitor and run elections to a group with a stated position and agenda in the matter.
Lee isn’t the only member of Congress demanding answers.
“[I]t seems that the U.S. government funded organizations that have taken sides, specifically, the side of the socialists, which is absolutely unacceptable. I think this is illegal and we will examine this case to the fullest extent.” New Jersey Republican Congressman Chris Smith tells a Macedonian TV network.
