http://godfatherpolitics.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/beatles-taxman-220x120.png

1: I will make no law/regulation/tax that I will not also be obligated to.
2: I will not lie, cheat or steal my way to power via the election cycle nor term of office.
3: When I run for office I will submit myself to a full field background investigation as do all Federal Classified Employees...all Criminal history, Employment records, school records, credit reports,IRS records, draft card records, military service records, passport records, long form certified original birth certificate, all associations with past/present political/social groups.
4:When I take the Oath of Office I promise to resign immediately if I do not follow through with this Oath as well as promises made on the campaign trail!
5: I promise to represent all of the people not Special Interests groups nor my personal financial portfolio or political agenda!

Just in case you are wondering...we the people... have had enough of the lies, false promises... taxation without representation...our country was formed because we the people wanted to be free from over regulation/taxation... and as our founders warned us...this  would come to pass again if we were not vigilant...well we have awoken once again...what is going on now is 1000 times worse than the Monarchy of England did to us via regulation/taxation....all I can say is WTFU lest a new revolution will come to pass and remove all of you wannabee Kings and Queens from our shore once and for all...we are a Republic not a Monarchy and we will fight to remain as such!

Listen up this pretty much defines the issue we have had enough of once again:

George Harrison was inspired to write the song “Taxman” (Revolver album, 1966). The Beatles were making a ton of money, but because of Britain’s “progressive” income tax, most of their earnings were being taken in taxes. As Harrison said, “‘Taxman’ was when I first realised that even though we had started earning money, we were actually giving most of it away in taxes.”

Harrison’s “Taxman” became a widely disseminated commentary on the confiscatory nature of governments. You can read the lyrics here. Here’s a video version showing Harrison with Eric Clapton singing it.
In the spirit of Harrison’s song, I’m posting the following from an anonymous author. Enjoy it and remember in November.

Tax his land, tax his bed,
Tax the table at which he’s fed.
Tax his tractor, tax his mule,
Teach him taxes are the rule.
Tax his cow, tax his goat,
Tax his pants, tax his coat.
Tax his ties, tax his shirt,
Tax his work, tax his dirt.
Tax his tobacco, tax his drink.
Tax him if he tries to think.
Tax his cigars, tax his beers,
If he cries, then tax his tears
Tax his car, tax his gas,
Find other ways to tax his ass.
Tax all he has, then let him know That you won’t be done ’til he has no dough.
When he screams and hollers,
Tax him some more.
Tax his air
Tax his water
Tax his/her sex
Tax him ’till he’s good and sore.
Then tax his coffin, tax his grave.
Tax the sod in which he’s laid.
Put these words upon his tomb,
“Taxes drove me to my doom.”
When he’s gone, do not relax.
It’s time to apply the inheritance tax

The latest Tax Scams by the Obama Administration:

Paris Climate Deal Calls for America to Transfer Wealth to ‘Developing’ Countries

The draft of the international agreement to deal with climate change, which is being considered today in Paris by representatives from 195 countries, calls for the developed nations of the world (which include the United States) to transfer wealth to developing nations, including through “public funds.”
“Developed country Parties shall provide financial resources to assist developing country Parties with respect to both mitigation and adaptation in continuation of their existing obligations under the Convention,” says Article 9 of the draft agreement.
“As part of a global effort, developed country Parties should continue to take the lead in mobilizing climate finance from a wide variety of sources, instruments and channels, noting the significant role of public funds,” says the draft.
The draft agreement sets a goal for developed countries to dole out at least $100 billion per year by 2020.

The agreement at one point says: “Resolves to enhance the provision of urgent and adequate finance, technology and capacity-building support by developed country Parties in order to enhance the level of ambition of pre-2020 action by Parties, and in this regard strongly urges developed country Parties to scale up their level of financial support, with a concrete roadmap to achieve the goal of jointly providing USD 100 billion annually by 2020 for mitigation and adaptation while significantly increasing adaptation finance from current levels and to further provide appropriate technology and capacity-building support.”

Dems Push to Raise Taxes on Guns, Ammo

Two House Democrats have introduced legislation that would increase the federal excise tax on guns and rifles, and would also raise taxes on ammunition.
The bill is the latest Democratic effort to reduce access to guns, a step they say is needed to reduce gun violence around the country.
The legislation, from Reps. Danny Davis, D-Ill., and Bill Pascrell, D-N.J., appears to be a reintroduction of plan they proposed in the last Congress. That bill would have roughly doubled the federal excise tax on guns and rifles to 20 percent, and would have imposed a 50 percent excise tax on ammunition.
A description of both bills say the aim is to “amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to increase the excise tax and special occupational tax in respect of firearms.”
