BREAKING: Hillary Clinton Could Be Charged With Murder

After all that Hillary Clinton and her husband have done, it’s getting harder and harder to be surprised by anything they do.  This, however, is truly shocking.

Brand new evidence was just uncovered deep within the National Archives that gives tremendous weight to the theory that Clinton Aide Vincent Foster’s death in 1993 was not a suicide, as was officially reported.

An investigation surrounded with questions

For those who aren’t familiar with the story: 23 years ago Deputy White House Counsel Vincent Foster, a close friend and former law partner of Hillary Clinton, was found dead in Fort Marcy Park with a fatal gunshot wound to the head.

The official investigation concluded that it was a simple case of suicide. Open and shut. 

However, suspicions were aroused when it came out that several of Hillary Clinton’s aides were seen rummaging through Foster’s file cabinet only hours after his body was found.

Before now, these suspicions were just that: suspicions.  But with these newly uncovered documents, Hillary could soon find herself in a LOT of trouble.

A couple of citizen researchers discovered two documents that reveal another side to the story that the public hasn’t been told.

Miguel Rodriguez, the lead prosecutor in the investigation, wrote a 31-page confidential memo detailing why he felt there was not sufficient evidence to rule Foster’s death a suicide.

Highlights of the report include:

• The existence of crime scene photographs clearly showing a wound to Foster’s neck — which of course do not match the reported cause of death (gunshot wound into the mouth).
• The FBI showed witnesses “blurred and obscured blowups of copies of [the original] photographs.”  The FBI said that the other original photos were useless because of under-exposure.  After finding the original photos, Rodriguez sent them to an independent photo lab for examination. What he saw was shocking.  What had before looked like a blurred spot, possibly a blood stain, was clearly much more than that.
• This neck wound was described by one of the paramedics, Richard Arthur, as a bullet hole approximately the size of a .22 caliber round.
• Contrary to the official report, there was no evidence of any motivation on Foster’s part for suicide.  In fact, quite the opposite was true. Foster indicated to a number of individuals that he was optimistic about work-related events to come and that he was planning future family events.” 

After releasing this memo, Rodriguez says he immediately came under attack by Kenneth Starr’s staff, who was the lead investigator.  In fact, Rodriguez himself was internally investigated for the sole reason that he was questioning the official finding of the investigation.

“After uncovering this information, among other facts, my own conduct was questioned and I was internally investigated,” writes Rodriguez.

Just a couple of weeks later, Starr’s office informed Rodriguez that the grand-jury probe was being ended immediately and that his work was being placed under review.

Put in this circumstance, Rodriguez felt forced to resign from his position in the investigator’s office.  After receiving word that the grand jury investigation was being canceled, he turned in his resignation the next day.

The investigation cover up

You’ve probably guessed by now that none of Rodriguez’s findings were included in the Starr report.  However, thanks to the determination and persistence of a couple of independent researchers, that’s not where it ended.

Hugh Turley and Patrick Knowlton, along with the assistance of attorney John Clarke, filed Freedom of Information requests for all of the documents produced by the attorneys investigating the case. 

These three men then wrote a 20-page appendix that the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals forced Starr to include with his official report.

Within these 20 pages are evidence of the cover-up, criminal activity by Starr’s staff, and intimidation of the grand-jury witnesses.

Other notable points from the appendix include the fact that:

• Foster’s fingerprints do not appear on the gun at all.
• The autopsy report does not include the X-ray of Foster’s body
• FBI Special Agent Larry Monroe falsified information from witness accounts in order to match the official finding of the report
• Witnesses testified that Foster’s car was not in the parking lot at the time of his death, which contradicts the reports claim that Foster drove himself to the park before committing suicide. 

Of course, the media never covered any of this.  Rodriguez even did extensive interviews with major media outlets, including The New York Times.  However, none of them ever published the story.

The Washington Post went so far as to post what they claim to be “the full text” of the Starr Report, while deliberately leaving out the appendix that tells the actual truth.

This story could be the beginning of the end for Hillary Clinton’s career.  The American public deserves to know the truth about this, but the liberal media is working overtime to keep it covered up.
