ALERT: House Committee to pick up Internet Sales Tax proposition today! Fax Congress - Say NO to Internet Sales Taxes!

Dear Conservative,

Today at 10 a.m. Eastern, the House Judiciary Committee will reawaken the idea of taxing internet purchases.

This morning's hearing -- "Exploring Alternative Solutions on the Internet Sales Tax Issue" -- marks the official resumption of the internet tax scheme on the Hill.

While the Judiciary Committee is looking to an internet sales tax as a "solution," the fact is it is no solution at all. Rather, it is taxation without representation!

This is why we are urging you to defend the tax-free internet and blast faxes to lawmakers right now.

Take Action! Send faxes to U.S. Representatives and Senators demanding that they oppose any and all efforts to create an internet sales tax!

** Also, sign our no-cost petition against an internet sales tax here.

An internet sales tax, while sold as a means to "level the playing field," is simply another form of revenue-grabbing to grow government.

Not only would an internet sales tax take more money out of your pocket, it would also force businesses to comply with nearly 10,000 tax jurisdictions nationwide! While big businesses may be able to handle such an onerous burden, an internet sales tax would devastate small businesses.

So, please, help us fight the internet sales tax scheme as its first hearing of 2014 is about to roll-out. Blast faxes to House and Senate members now!

Take Action! Send faxes to U.S. Representatives and Senators demanding that they oppose any and all efforts to create an internet sales tax!
