September 27, 2013 - Bill Maher took on the Ted Cruz (technically not a) filibuster on Friday night, comparing the anti-Obamacare Texas senator to... Miley Cyrus. It sounds odd, but Maher said Cruz "is not afraid to incur the wrath of even his fans" just for the attention. But even though he joked that "a filibuster is the political version of twerking," Maher actually thought Cruz, like Cyrus, would end up looking good in all this.
