In Nevada, the smoke forced officials in several counties to cancel outdoor school activities and issue health advisories, especially for people with respiratory problems...
.the smoke has settled into the Reno Nevada Basin...as well as covering the mountain top of Storey County[Virginia City] Gag~Gag cough~cough it is really bad and we are about 150 miles North of the fire...it truly is effecting the end of summer season~ visitor numbers...sure hope they get a handle on it soon!
The 200 square mile fire is just 5% contained as of this writing....uuuugh
