“Groups that believe that one’s personal and/or national ‘way of life’ is under attack and is either already lost or that the threat is imminent.” describes potential terrorists? What the heck? DHS is using left wing hate groups and even Islamic groups with ties to terrorism as consultants to determine who are threats.

Ok Then i'll say it! OUR GOVERNMENT IS A TERRORIST ORGANIZATION! When a government threatens its citizens, who protest the direction that the government going, then that government is a direct threat to its citizens. So now what are you going to do folks? Vote for the lesser of two evils and hope things change to a nicer, kinder, gentler government forms? Remember that the dhs was formed under a GOP government. The NDAA was passed with overwhelming majority of both parties. The H.R. 347, SS protected persons act, was passed with only three GOP votes against it. Thus died the 1st, 4th, and 6 th amendments.
