Judge Richard Niess violates his oath of Office..!

A liberal judge in Wisconsin has now issued a PERMANENT injunction, throwing out Wisconsin's Voter ID law, and allowing the Democrat Party to engage in voter fraud in the upcoming RECALL election.

Judge Richard Niess stated that voter fraud was less serious of an issue than "voter suppression."  His name should sound familiar to you, as we told you about several days ago, Judge Niess is the same judge who said RECALL opponents would NOT be given enough time to verify the signatures on RECALL petitions.

This is all shameless and shows just how desperate the liberals are in this battle over the RECALL, since polls show that voters are embracing Gov. Scott Walker's conservative reform agenda. Obama's allies can't afford to have people see how well shrinking government really works, and for their own purposes, they can't afford to lose in Wisconsin.

The Attorney General of Wisconsin has announced he will file an appeal to this ruling, and now it's time for us to fight back against the Democrats' despicable and shameful voter fraud antics.
