If you spend any time watching different politicians, you learn to
easily recognize those that go around with a bloated ego, kind of like
the Pharisees that Christ describes in Matthew 23. These politicians
obviously like the sound of their own voice and they refuse to listen to
the voice of the people. They flaunt their position, authority, do
what they want and act as if everyone else is a lower class of citizen.
When I look at the Washington crowd, I see egotistic politicians on both
sides of isle. On the Democratic side, you have the president who
often can be seen with his nose in the air like a pompous member of a
royal family. There have been a number of reports that support this
notion of snobbishness in the way he treats the White House staff and
‘servants’ along with the Secret Service assigned to protect him and the
members of the military who have the doleful duty to watch over him and
provide him with transportation.
