After many debates and conversations with people on the internet social sites FB& Twitter about the Vegetarian lifestyle..here are the cold hard facts..
The body needs CoQ10... it rebuilds the muscle tissues and nervous system and fights anti-oxidants..in the younger years the body produces CoQ10 in sufficient amounts...as we age the production goes down...and becomes a dangerous situation for vegetarians...as the only way to replenish CoQ10 is through the ingestion of meat...or supplement via CoQ10 gel tabs...however the only way gel tabs can be integrated into the system is after a meal of fatty meat..this is the proverbial catch 22...so I say to strictly vegetarians you are walking a dangerous path to Heart Failure! Thats all I have to say on the matter...:)
The clue being eat meat in a modest amount...or suffer the consequencies in your Golden Years!
