Of 435 Representatives, 213 have sponsored or co-sponsored H.R. 38. The Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act of 2017. This bill would amend the federal criminal code to allow a qualified individual to carry a concealed handgun into or possess a concealed handgun in another state that allows individuals to carry concealed firearms.
Usually it needs 218 Members to pass a Bill. The Budget passed last week because five Representatives were absent or chose not to vote. With 213 already signed up we have a REAL chance to make conceal carry reciprocity the law of the land.
