Last week, I reported on the fact that the usurper-in-chief, Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah, tweeted out the wrong pictures of his new, illegally designated national monuments, which encompassed over 1 million acres in Utah and Nevada. Now, it's coming to light that some of that land is the land surrounding the Bundy Ranch. Yes! That Bundy Ranch!
In 2014, patriots from across the united States came and stood alongside the Bundy family at their ranch as the Bureau of Land Management, along with the FBI and a host of hundreds of armed agents, including snipers, set in to siege the land in clear violation of the US Constitution.
Last week, Obama created the Bears Ears and Gold Butte national monuments, and proceeded to tweet out pictures of the Three Gossips at Arches National Park, which was created in 1929.

According to a White House fact sheet:
Today, President Obama will designate two new national monuments, protecting sacred sites, spectacular scenery, and important natural and cultural resources in the desert landscapes of southeastern Utah and southern Nevada. The creation of the Bears Ears National Monument in Utah and the Gold Butte National Monument in Nevada follow years of robust public input from tribes, local elected officials, and diverse stakeholders, and draws from legislation introduced in Congress.

In addition to protecting more land and water than any Administration in history, President Obama has taken unprecedented steps to elevate the voices of Native peoples in the management of our natural resources.  Today's actions build on this important work, and further demonstrate the President's commitment to protecting sacred sites and our land, water and wildlife for future generations.

Gold Butte National Monument

Located in Clark County, Nevada just northeast of the outskirts of Las Vegas, the Gold Butte National Monument spans nearly 300,000 acres and will protect significant cultural resources, important geological formations, and vital plant and wildlife habitat. The monument will provide critical protections for important Native American historical sites, as well as areas that are currently used for traditional purposes by tribes. Notably, the area includes abundant rock art, archeological artifacts, and rare fossils, including recently discovered dinosaur tracks dating back hundreds of millions of years. In recent years these resources have faced increasing damage from threats such as deliberate destruction and vandalism, and today's designation will help ensure that these cultural and archaeological treasures are better protected.

The monument will serve as an important connection between already protected lands, including Lake Mead Recreation Area and the Grand Canyon-Parashant National Monument across the Arizona border, protecting key wildlife corridors for large mammals such as desert bighorn sheep and mountain lions, and vital habitat for the threatened Mojave desert tortoise. Additionally, the monument will protect important historic resources. Structures that detail western ranching heritage can still be found in the Gold Butte area, as well as an early twentieth-century abandoned mining town and sites associated with Spanish explorers from the late eighteenth century.

Today's action follows decades of local support from tribes, local stakeholders and conservationists, and draws from legislation that was first introduced in 2008.

Gold Butte is very close to the Bundy Ranch, and this illegal land grab comes as several dozen patriots are awaiting trial next month in Nevada for their constitutional stand against DC and BLM tyranny at Bundy Ranch in 2014. Many of these patriots have already had similar trumped up charges against them dismissed or they have been acquitted of them in Oregon. Federal prosecutors are continuing to try to pin them with new charges in Oregon even as they await their trial in Nevada. All of them have been awarded by Nevada Assemblywoman Michele Fiore for their heroic action and bravery to stand for the US Constitution. Don't forget to help support these patriots by clicking here.
This is clearly in violation of the US Constitution, which says that in order for the central government to own land outside its 10 square miles in DC, it must obtain the land from state legislatures and that land must be used "for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings" (Article I, Section 8, Clause 17). None of that is taking place concerning this issue.
Some of the patriots who stood in both Nevada and Oregon are already looking to make a similar stand again regarding this latest land grab.

"Get your gear ready," wrote Jon Ritzheimer, who stood with Ammon and Ryan Bundy at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge in late 2015 and early 2016. "Obama just designated the Bundy Ranch a national monument."
Others with ties to patriot groups and militia movements online responded with a bit more force. "Locked and loaded ready to go," wrote Chris Border. "Tired of this crap and time to do something."
The Bundy family released a statement on Wednesday calling out Obama for his illegal actions.

We, the Bundy Family, would like to say to President Obama that we are saddened, but not surprised, by your decision to make our ranch and home a national monument. If any of this were really about protecting the land, you would come here, work with the local people who love this land, those who have a vested interest in this land, and take the time to learn what this land really needs. This is about control, pure and simple. You don't love this land, you have never visited here, but you love being in control of this land. The problems we have had with federal land management have never been about cows, tortoises, or fees.  It has always been about the constitutional limits on the federal government's authority.

While you enjoy a vacation in Hawaii we are here caring for this land and resisting federal overreach. Shame on you for undoing with your pen the good work we have done with our sweat for generations.  We call on Attorney General Adam Laxalt to fight this to the fullest extent of the law!

"Prepare to saddle up patriots," said Karl Koenigs, who stood with the Bundys in Nevada and Oregon. "[It's] Time for another win."
I agree. The only way tyrants will learn is when the people stand together against them and bring them down. While some Communist outlets are calling these people anti-government, the reality is that every one of these patriots appreciates good government. Look what they are pointing to! They are pointing to the law! They just want government to stay within the bounds of the law, as it should.
Keep in mind the value of all this land in resources.
