I'm just scratching my head on this one...either the judges were asleep in Law School during the US Constitution/Bill of Rights course...or they failed Reading Comprehension 101...then again maybe they all attended *Progressive* (CPUSA) Universities where they were dumbed down and taught that it is OK to lie,cheat,steal and legislate from the bench as long as they aren't called out and caught...after all it is Ok because they are smarter than "We the People" and our founding Fathers...or not...ha I be a callin' y'all out!
Ok bufoons and where pray tell does it stipulate in the 2nd Amendment firearms can only be beared within the confines of ones home? and by no means be concealed? It doesn't and where pray tell does it state within the US Constitution/Bill of Rights that Federal Courts can legislate from the bench? It doesn't! #EOS
And by the way your decision opinion just violated millions of US Citizens rights as well as the 2nd Amendment! Maybe "We the People" should file a class action suit against the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. I am sure this will go to SCOTUS for a court decision~ not legislation from the bench
