NYC ‘Gender Expression’ Enforcement Proof ‘It’ Can Happen Here

With “progressives,” every day is Opposite Day.
The very idea that a government with the power to suppress individual liberty represents “progress” makes that assertion self-evident. Their words and actions evoke nothing so much as Orwell’s 1984 Ministry of Truth slogans:

WAR IS PEACE
FREEDOM IS SLAVERY
IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH

Such is the case with the oxymoronically-titled New York City Commission on Human Rights. Like all totalitarians, they base every action on the presumption that rights are what government functionaries tells you they are, to be dispensed or withheld to the advantage of the regime. Naturally, there is no place in such a scheme for unalienable rights. And naturally, oath-breaking traitors feeding off such a scheme have no use for the Bill of Rights, except to engage in acts of in-your-face evisceration any time they feel like it.
We know they have particular contempt for the right of the people to keep and bear arms. Also of paramount importance to control: the right of freedom of expression, of freedom of religion, of freedom of association.
Thus we have the commission’s monstrous “Gender Identity/Gender Expression: Legal Enforcement Guidance” directive. It’s the logical progression of an evil “culture” that forces Christian (never Islamic!) bakers to either publicly renounce their faith or be destroyed, and mandates the rest of us can either share a restroom with someone who identifies as – with 51 “gender options” and counting, they don’t even know what the hell they are – or hold it until you get home.

See, it’s not about “live and let live.” It’s about sticking it in your face and ramming it down your throat. It’s about a form of rape. Ultimately it’s about dominance by those who hate (and who once more demonstrate the Opposite Day truism by painting victims who protest the abuse as “haters.”)
Case in point from the commission’s enforcement edict (although there’s really no need to single out a specific section, as the entire dictat is an abomination):

Failing To Use an Individual’s Preferred Name or Pronoun … Some transgender and gender non-conforming people prefer to use pronouns other than he/him/his or she/her/hers, such as they/them/theirs or ze/hir.

It sounds like something out of an absurdist dystopian satire by Kurt Vonnegut. Except these Gauleiter are serious.
How serious?
“The Commission can impose civil penalties up to $125,000 for violations, and up to $250,000 for violations that are the result of willful, wanton, or malicious conduct,” the decree warns. “These penalties are in addition to the other remedies available to people who successfully resolve or prevail on claims under the NYCHRL…”
That means if anyone defies instead of obeys, they’ll be destroyed.

“The Commission may consider the lack of an adequate anti-discrimination policy as a factor in determining liability, assessing damages, and mandating certain affirmative remedies,” it elaborates.
That means its subjects – that’s what they are — must advocate on behalf of tyranny.
It also means that in order to enforce their orders and compel the surrender of punitive monetary “damages,” the commission will ultimately, and with full backing of the mayor’s office, the council and the courts, authorize its enforcers to use and escalate through a full continuum of armed force up to and including lethal.
One of the prime directives for government, as articulated in the Preamble to “the supreme Law of the Land,” is to “secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.” The domestic enemies of freedom turn that upside down, seeking to enslave not just us, but our children and the generations to come.  It goes without saying that any government “official” or “law enforcement” officer who participates in, and/ or abets the enforcement of such tyranny is an oath-breaker and worse.
But don’t look to the citizens of New York City to do anything about “alter[ing] or abolish[ing]” a “Form of Government … destructive of these ends.” They’re the brainwashed useful idiots who “vote” their rulers in, or the parasites  dependent on ”entitlements” at the expense of the productive, or the apathetic, the lazy, the trivial or the outnumbered and resigned. And it’s from these secured urban political power centers that we see the assault on the rest of the Republic being directed and supplied: For example, Bloomberg is intent on bringing the (birthed in New York political corruption) Sullivan Act disarmament edicts to Everytown.

“Resistance is futile,” the Borg from Star Trek declare. “You will be assimilated.”
If they succeed, expect New York-style “Human Rights” panels to be the norm for determining “loyalty” throughout the land.  Expect severe enforced consequences for those viewed as problematic, or a threat. Hell, they’re already floating prosecution of “climate change deniers,” and I personally have been attacked for saying gun rights advocates would resist being “bundled off to Bagram.”
“Tyranny can never happen here,” idiots and liars maintain. “We have the right to speak our mind. We have the vote.”
Those who will not refer to demanding anomalies as “ze” and “hir” have no such recognized right. And we’ll get plenty more of the same once those who presume to rule us can establish a permanent and pliable tyranny of the majority – which they’re working on via a “pathway to citizenship” for collectivist alien invaders.
The thing is, as poet Robert Burns noted, “the best-laid schemes ‘o mice and men Gang aft agley.”
Some of us don’t think resistance is futile. When it comes to “gun control,” our position is “We will not comply.”  When it comes to orders to submit, our response is “No. Your move.”
Hold fast, because “monopoly of violence” cultists who label us “domestic extremists” and worse are doing their best (worst) to shake that resolve.
