We, the Christians, went out of our way to respect your Ramadan and your Eids. And yet in the past week you have purposefully attacked Christians during one of our highest celebrations. You have done so in violation of your own Quran which requires you respect Jews, Christians, and fellow Muslims all as being “people of the book”.
Why?
Is it because the example of Jesus Christ, when contrasted with your own reveals your inherent weakness? It is, isn’t it.
You see, man and man alone is great at employing vast amounts of violence in furthering man’s objectives in this world. It was Jesus Christ who showed that there is in fact another way.
He taught his followers to pray words now familiar to many:
“Our father in heaven,
Hallowed be your name,
Your will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven”
Is heaven a place where beheadings, slavery, rape, and a host of other sins are permitted? In the Christian faith no, and probably for most Muslims, too. Yet this is the heaven you radical Islamists wish to impose in God’s name on the world. Your heaven is nothing less than a representation of hell.
It is clear who you are. You won’t stop us. History proves you can’t. We will continue, by our very existence, to reveal your hypocrisy and identity. For yours is neither the will of God or a representation of heaven.
