"Convention of States" The cat is out of the proverbial bag !

NAGR

Dear Patriot,

The cat is finally out of the bag.

Facing intense opposition from gun owners, savvy liberty activists and those who love our Constitution, the Communications Director for the so-called “Convention of States” revealed the true intent of the Con-Con scheme.

“I think some men and women could be found who are morally and intellectually capable of re-writing the Constitution.” – Jordan Sillars

There you have it -- “re-writing the Constitution.”

Is it any wonder why billionaires like George Soros and Michael Bloomberg see this Con-Con push as the perfect way to plunge our Constitution into a chaotic, backroom debacle?

What’s worse, the chief cheerleader for the Con-Con, Mark Meckler, bragged at a meeting last year that “bipartisan” leaders were selected to co-chair committees in preparation for the Con-Con.

“Importantly, the working committees of the Assembly of State Legislatures have bipartisan leadership — with a Democrat and Republican legislator serving as co-chairs for each.”

I’ve been around politics long enough to know what “bipartisan” means.

It means compromise.

And when it comes to our Constitution and cherished Second Amendment rights, compromise should never be on the table.

For these reasons and those I’ve laid out in my email below, your National Association for Gun Rights is leading the nationwide opposition to the Con-Con scheme.

Con-Con is dead -- for now -- in a handful of states.

But my staff and grassroots activists in states across the country continue to battle Con-Cons in nearly a dozen state legislatures.

You and I must keep up the heat.

If we’re going to stop this scheme to gut our Constitution, it's vital you click here and sign your DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION MANDATE right now.

If you've already signed your MANDATE, thank you.

Please click here to forward this email and my analysis below to your family and friends, and get them involved as well.

Thank you for your continued grassroots activism!
