Ed Note: under the 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution... US Citizens may own machine guns,tanks,artillery,explosives etc..the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution does not exempt any weapons...however in order to own these more complicated weapons one must possess a FFL3 in addition to the FFL licence...being that these weapons need sophisticated training and knowledge in order to operate safely...a more intense background investigation is needed as well as proof of a secure place to store such weapons...and a substantial fee/tax imposed by ATF...lol thats the clue!...Jack
