We, the citizens of the United States of America, wish to petition the
U.S. House of Representatives to launch an investigation into allegations
of voter fraud and tampering with automated voting machines; particularly
in key states such as Pennsylvania,
Ohio
, Virginia, Colorado, and Florida.
Specifically, we are demanding that our representatives do the following:
We citizens will not tolerate the illegal tampering of our election process.
If votes are not lawfully, legitimately and fairly obtained it limits the
people’s true voice in government. We will not tolerate even the suspicion
that an individual was installed into office without a true majority consent.
We cite multiple reports of such suspicions, which we believe give just cause to a targeted investigation:

We expect that our concerns will be addressed, and that a full investigation into this matter will be expedited. Where instances of fraud and tampering are confirmed, it is our further petition that those votes be thrown out; and a recount of the legitimate vote conducted

In an article published November 13, 2012, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports
that in 59 voting divisions in the city of Philadelphia, Mitt Romney received
not one vote. While it is understood that these larger cities, the demographic
is generally Democratic; it raises suspicion that there would not be even
one non-Democratic vote in 59 divisions.

According to the
Columbus Dispatch
, one out of every five registered voters in Ohio is ineligible to vote.
In at least two counties in Ohio, the number of registered voters
exceeded
the number of eligible adults who are of voting age. In northwestern Ohio’s
Wood County, there are 109 registered voters for every 100 people eligible
to vote. An additional 31 of Ohio’s 88 counties have voter registration
rates over 90%, which most voting experts regard as suspicious. Obama miraculously
won 100% of the vote in 21 districts in Cleveland, and
received
over 99% of the vote where GOP inspectors were illegally removed.

In Upper Macungie Township, near Allentown, PA., an auditor, Robert Ashcroft,
was dispatched by Republicans to monitor the vote on Election Day. He said
the software he observed would “change the selection back to default –
to Obama.” He said it happened in about 5 percent to 10 percent of the
votes, and further that the changes appeared to have been made by a software
program.

Another report suggested that Barack Obama received more than 99% of the
vote in more than 100 precincts in Cuyahoga County, Ohio on election day.
In fact, there were a substantial number of precincts where Mitt Romney
got exactly zero votes. We concede that urban areas lean heavily toward
Mr. Obama, but are we expected to believe that he received over 99% of
the votes in those areas? In more than 50 different precincts, Romney received
2 votes or less.

Another article states that a review of voter registration data for ten
counties in Colorado details a pattern of voter bloat inflating registration
rolls to numbers larger than the total voting age population. Using publicly
available voter data and comparing it to U.S. Census records reveals the
ten counties having a total registration ranging between 104 to 140 percent
of the respective populations. Counties such as Gilpin and Hinsdale have
110 percent of their populations registered to vote. Gilpin County
has a total population of 5,441
with 17.4% of the population below the voting age, making the highest
possible number of registered voters 4,494. Currently Gilpin County has
4909 registered voters.
Hinsdale County has a total population of 830
with 20% of the population below the voting age, making the highest possible
number of registered voters 664. At 110 percent registration, that means
that there are 515 excess voter registrations in Gilpin county and 68 excess
registrations for Hinsdale.

There have been multiple allegations of voter fraud in St. Lucie County,
FL. The County Board of Election published a clarification on their website.
They state that the figure of 247,383 is the sum of total ballot cards
submitted. The total ballot was spread across two cards. The final total
of cards, as well as many of the ward totals, are odd numbers. This means
some voters did not complete the second half of the ballot. Based on this
clarification, actual voter turnout would still be a figure greater than
70.46%. The board also published a much longer version of their report
online . It still initially lists voter turnout as 140.92%. However, it
follows with figures that yield a 70.49% turnout. This means their new
voter turnout figure is 13 points higher, or 22.6% higher, than the national
average.

We also find it more than suspicious that a planeload of absentee ballots,
destined for delivery to military men and women serving in Afghanistan,
were destroyed in a plane crash in Shindad Air Force Base on October 19.
Some 4,700 pounds of mail was reported to have been burned in the resulting
conflagration. A “top official” of the Federal Voting Assistance Program
“recommended that election officials resend a new ballot to anyone who
requested one since the first ballot had been destroyed in the crash and
fire.” This course of action presumes that news of this accident reached
Afghanistan the same day it broke, and that those military personnel waiting
for their absentee ballot, had even learned of the crash. It also presumes
that once reissued, ballots would reach the military and be returned in
time for the election. Why not reissue all of the ballots immediately and
send an urgent delivery to them?
