House Minority leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Ca) confused the 14 th and 11th amendments...when suggesting that the POTUS could by-pass Congress and raise the debt ceiling saying...:"Whatever it is I'm with the Constitution"
I truly believe that Nancy has taken way too many Bio-Toxin injections... they not only smoothed the wrinkles on her face but on her brain as well...time for the old gal to step down and retire to Palm Springs with the rest of the over the hill gang!
