In memory of CPO's Louis Dixon and Charles Bokinskie

I worked the Mexican Border as a Customs Patrol Officer from 1975-1979 Yuma Sector..San Luis Az Then as a Regional Intel Officer 1979-1986...I remember the story well....the Mexican Border became a hot bed of violence dating from 1974 forward...many confrontations with the Cartel's are well documented...I suspect the violence will just continue to increase until the Mexican Government takes back control of their country from the Cartels!
