Taking into consideration the the President of the United States of America is also the Commander in Chief of all the armed forces of the United States..he falls under the purview of the USMCJ...LTC Lakin had every right to demand the President provide his Long form birth certificate to prove his eligibility to serve as a officer in the United States military and to have authority to issue orders... as does every other officer commissioned!
Col Denise Lind denied LTC Lakin the right to admit evidence,subpoena records and call witnesses..she has denied LTC Lakin his rights of a fair trial and violated his civil rights as well. USMCJ allows all tried to a fair and impartial trial with the right to subpoena records,submit evidence and call witnesses...LTC Lakin was denied all !
LTC Lakin should be released immediately..and given a new trial with a new Trial Judge..Col Lind and her superior officer should be brought up on charges of Obstruction of Justice and violation of LTC Lakin's civil rights!
