A relatively small player wielding big power...
Borrowing on the familiar name “Jack the Giant Killer” — the fairy tale and films about the courageous lad who toppled giants during the reign of King Arthur — you might think of this feisty little group in much the same way. You could call the relatively small but plucky organization a potential “giant killer” in its own right.
Hillary Clinton told a CNBC interviewer recently that she is the most transparent public official in modern times,” but she has a decades-old history that proves the truth is almost exactly the opposite — from her days in the White House in the 1990s to her email and Benghazi scandals of today. And one non-profit has been front and center in letting Americans know just how laughable Clinton’s claim to openness really is.

Judicial Watch (JW) — a conservative, non-partisan educational foundation — prides itself on promoting transparency, accountability and integrity in government, politics and the law. The non-profit “uses the open records or freedom of information laws (FOIA) and other tools to investigate and uncover misconduct by government officials and litigation to hold to account politicians and public officials who engage in corrupt activities.”
According to the Daily Caller, the organization was critical in unearthing Clinton’s exclusive use of a home brew email server for government business during her tenure as secretary of state, which was first disclosed by The New York Times on March 2, 2015. Shortly after The Times report, Judicial Watch cited FOIA in demanding the State Department release records about comments made by the Obama administration regarding the Benghazi terror attack on September 11, 2012.

The group’s dogged investigation continues to this day. On March 29, it won a major legal victory when U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth granted Judicial Watch “limited discovery” in its lawsuit for Clinton’s records, which gives JW the right question witnesses under oath before the matter goes to trial. Lamberth ruled that granting an outside group such a power in a FOIA case is “exceedingly rare,” but it’s necessary in extreme cases.

“Where there is evidence of government wrongdoing and bad faith, as here, limited discovery is appropriate,” he wrote.
Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, stated, “This Benghazi litigation first uncovered the Clinton email scandal, so it is good to have discovery in this lawsuit which may help the American people find out why our efforts to get Benghazi answers were thwarted by Clinton’s email games.”
The ruling was a huge win for transparency advocates and for Judicial  Watch, putting it on the map as providing a central role in possibly uncovering otherwise secret information about the scandals. Limited discovery enables the group to force Clinton, her aides, and other top players in the Obama White House to answer questions under oath about what they know.

The answers could put an end to the former first lady’s presidential bid if significant wrongdoing is discovered.
The small non-profit with an annual budget of $26 million has possibly had the most success utilizing the power of FOIA since it became law in 1966, the Daily Caller wrote.
Harry A. Hammit, longtime editor of the website Access Reports, told the Daily Caller that Judicial Watch “has done a good job in becoming a sophisticated user of government information disclosed through FOIA. I’ve been impressed at the angle it has pursued in some of its requests. It has become the primary public interest litigator, far surpassing anyone on the liberal side.”

Just ask Hillary Clinton.
After three decades in public life, the self-described “most transparent public official” may see her kingdom fall in large part due to the tenacity of a relatively small player in the non-profit world exposing the web of lies and corruption that so many believe exists, but no group has ever been able to pin on the politician who clearly considers herself a “giant” in the realm of progressive politics.

DNC staffer’s murder linked to Clintons, WikiLeaks

Hey FBI DOJ...can we get a win?

by:Stephen Dietrich

Who killed DNC staffer Seth Rich?
According to the former D.C. homicide detective hired by Rich’s family to investigate the murder, the answer is sinister.
The killing may be connected to Rich’s involvement with WikiLeaks and last summer’s DNC email leaks, which seriously damaged former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
Sponsored: Hillary’s Anti-American Hand Gesture Caught on Tape
Political experts say the revealing emails helped sabotage Hillary Clinton’s chance at the White House.
Multiple sources say Rich was behind these thousands of leaked DNC emails, which helped expose that top Democratic party officials were conspiring to stop Clinton’s rival, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, from winning the party nomination.
The family’s private detective believes Rich may have been murdered for his role in these leaks.
Sponsored: Is Obama undermining Trump? (proof inside)

On July 10th, 2016, grainy security video reportedly shows two men walk up behind Rich just feet from his Washington, D.C. home and shoot him twice in the back.
On July 22nd, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange released thousands of emails containing evidence that Hillary Clinton and DNC insiders had sabotaged Sanders’ chance at the Democratic party’s presidential nomination.
Police in Washington, D.C. have called Rich’s death a botched robbery attempt – but critics have long questioned the theory.
Sponsored: BEWARE! What’s Hillary been up to since the election?
Indeed, the killers reportedly did not take Rich’s wallet, watch, necklace, keys, or cell phone after shooting him.
As local station Fox 5 put it bluntly: “There is no evidence to suggest that” Rich’s slaying was a robbery gone wrong.

Former D.C. homicide detective Rod Wheeler, whose private detective firm is investigating the killing, says that either the Democratic National Committee or the Clinton family are stalling the investigation.
“My investigation shows someone within the D.C. government, Democratic National Committee, or Clinton team is blocking the murder investigation from going forward,” Wheeler told Fox News Channel. “That is unfortunate. Seth Rich’s murder is unsolved as a result of that.”
“I have a source inside the police department that has looked at me straight in the eye and said, ‘Rod, we were told to stand down on this case and I can’t share any information with you.’ Now, that is highly unusual for a murder investigation, especially from a police department,” Wheeler explained to local station Fox 5, which first broke the story.
D.C. police have refused to release the video of the killing to the public, which insiders note is also highly unusual.

A spokesman for the D.C. police department has denied that detectives were ordered to stand down in the investigation.
Other sources, however, have confirmed many of Wheeler’s suspicions.
“A federal investigator who reviewed an FBI forensic report detailing the contents of DNC staffer Seth Rich’s computer generated within 96 hours after his murder, said Rich made contact with WikiLeaks through Gavin MacFadyen,” Fox News reported Tuesday.

MacFadyen, an American investigative reporter and mentor to Assange, passed away last year as well. Officials say the 76-year-old died of lung cancer in London last October.
“I have seen and read the emails between Seth Rich and Wikileaks,” an unnamed federal investigator told Fox News Channel. According to the source, in May of 2016 Rich handed over 44,000 emails and nearly 18,000 attachments to MacFadyen.
The emails, which were between DNC leaders during the Democratic presidential primary, were later released by WikiLeaks.

Sponsored: IMPEACHED! Hillary’s shocking plan to “overthrow” Trump
Besides the details of a shadowy conspiracy to rig the Democratic primary in favor of Hillary Clinton that were discovered, inside these emails also sits a chilling reminder of the high-stakes of Washington, D.C. politics.
“I’m definitely for making an example of a suspected leaker whether or not we have any real basis for it,” former Clinton campaign manager John Podesta wrote in one of the email released by WikiLeaks during the campaign.
The leaks cost the Clinton campaign dearly – and there’s growing suspicion that Rich may have been the one that paid the price.

Hillary Clinton for POTUS 2016? Hell No...Prison yeah!

Hillary Clinton what difference does it make

I'm sorry but the looney left Progressive Liberals are circling the wagons to protect their perverted investment...Good God almighty these people need severe psychological intervention...The Clinton's as well as Barry Barack  Obama have a history of death following their entire political careers...They are either serial killers and or Organized crime syndicate members...have a look at just the Clinton's Mysterious Deaths.

HOME

Mysterious Deaths

Always remember to pillage BEFORE you burn.
The most famous deaths (besides the Kennedy assination) were the people close to the Clintons' political careers. The mysterious deaths surrounding the Clintons seem strange with so many people mysteriously dying at opportune times. According to The Arizona Republic on June 7, 1994, there is "An apparent pattern of violence and intimidation has befallen a number of men and women with ties to Bill and Hillary Clinton, their partners in business, law and politics, and people investigating their affairs..."
On Sunday, February 22nd, 1998, Sandy Hume, the 28 year old son of journalist Britt Hume, was reportedly found dead in his Arlington, Virginia home. Aside from the statement that this was an "apparent" suicide, there remains in place a total media blackout on this story. Hume was a reporter for The Hill magazine, a newspaper about Congress for Congress, and had broken a major story in 1997 regarding the friction between House Speaker Newt Gingrich and a faction led by Representative Paxon (who announced his resignation just 24 hours after Hume's death). Sandy had a reputation for getting the story that nobody else wanted to look at, and at the time of his death there reports that "a reporter" who was about to break a story confirming the White House's use of investigators to dig up dirt on critics and investigators. The man who performed the autopsy is none other than Dr. James C. Beyer, who has a record of concealing homicides behind a ruling of suicide.
Danny Casolaro, a reporter who was investigating several of the Clinton Scandals, was found dead in the bathtub of a hotel room in West Virginia on Aug. 10, 1991, with his wrists slit. He had earlier warned his family that his life was in danger and if he was found dead due to an apparent accident or suicide, not to believe it.

On March 3, 1994, Dr. Ronald Rogers, a dentist from Royal, AR, was killed when his twin-engine Cessna crashed near Lawton, OK, in clear weather. He was on his way to see Ambrose Evans-Pritchard, a reporter from the "London Sunday Telegraph", to reveal some "dirt" on Clinton.
Gandy Baugh, attorney representing Mr. Lassater in a case concerning alleged financial misconduct, died in an alleged suicideon Jan. 8, 1994, by jumping out of a window of a multi-story building. Mr. Lassater was a close associate of Gov. Clinton, and was later indicted on drug related charges, among other things. Baugh's law partner was "suicided" one month later on Feb. 9, 1994.
In July 1997, during the pre-trial publicity surrounding the Paula Jones lawsuit, and mere days after Newsweek's Mike Isikoff had dropped hints that a "former White House staffer" was about to go public with her story of sexual harassement at 1600 Pennsylvania, gunmen entered the Starbuck's Coffee shop in Georgetown while the crew was cleaning up. Mary Mahoney, a 25 year old former White House Intern for Bill Clinton, was working as the Assistant Manager. Mary's two associates, Aaron Goodrich, 18 and Emory Evans, 25, were taken to a room and shot. Mary herself had five bullets in her, from at least two different guns, most likely with silencers. A total of ten shots were fired; none of them heard by neighbors in the densely populated Georgetown section. Mary was shot in the chest, her face, and in the back of the head.

No money was taken.
Suzanne Coleman had an affair with Bill Clinton when he was Attorney General in Arkansas. On 15 February 1977, she "committed suicide" with a gunshot to the back of the head. No autopsy was performed, but it has been alleged that she was seven-and-a-half months pregnant with Clinton's child, although never proven.

Judy Gibbs, who appeared in the December 1979 issue of Penthouse, and her sister Sharon were part of a house of prostitution in Fordyce, Arkansas that also engaged in blackmail of it's more powerful clients. Linked to Bill Clinton by both her own family and by one of Bill's bodyguards, Judy had just decided to cooperate with police in an investigation of Arkansas cocaine trafficking when she burned to death inside her home from a fire of undetermined origin.
Gary Johnson, an attorney who lived next door to Gennifer Flowers, was beaten severely and left for dead by two thugs who broke into his apartment. It seems he had videotaped some of Clinton's "visits" and had mentioned the existence of the tapes to other people. The intruders made sure they took the "Clinton-Flowers" tapes after they finished the beating.

Kathy Ferguson, the ex-wife of Arkansas State Trooper Danny Ferguson, was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head, in Sherwood, AR. On May 11, 1993, the right-handed Ferguson supposedly shot herself behind the left ear. It was labeled a suicide even though much of the forensic evidence does not support this finding. She died five days after her ex-husband, was named a co-conspirator in the Paula Jones case. Kathy had told friends that Clinton had sexually harassed her in a manner similar to that reported by Paula Jones. She purportedly had knowledge of Clinton's "regulars" and often talked about how Clinton had gotten Danny to bring women to him and stand watch while they had sex. Part of Danny's job was to make sure that each woman was ready and willing when she and Clinton got together. Kathy said she heard that Clinton was really mad when Paula Jones wouldn't "put out".

Bill Shelton, an Arkansas police officer and boyfriend of Kathy Ferguson at the time of her death, was found dead of a gunshot wound to the head, in Sherwood, AR. He was shot behind the ear which is usually the sign of an execution. His death was also labeled a suicide. Shelton was highly critical of the conclusion of local police that Kathy had committed suicide and he aired his complaints widely.
Sally Perdue, one of Clinton's "regulars", was offered a $60,000/year federal job to keep her mouth shut; or she would have her legs broken. When she did come forward, she received a series of threats; but luckily for her, the American press mostly ignored her.

The Dallas Morning News reported that the offices of The American Spectator magazine were broken into and ransacked twice in September of 1994 after David Brock returned to Washington, DC from Arkansas to write up his interview of the Arkansas State Troopers. There was also a September break-in at an apartment that the magazine keeps on the upper east side of Manhattan. The three break-ins during Sept. of 1994 are the only ones ever experienced by the magazine in its 27 year history.
People have been beaten and perhaps even killed for trying to expose the background of Webster Hubbell and the dealings of the Rose Law Firm of which he was a partner. Other famous partners in the firm were Hillary Rodham Clinton, and Vincent Foster.

James McDougal was serving his 3 year sentence for bank fraud at the Fort Worth Federal Medical Center in Texas, a facility operated by the federal Bureau of Prisons for inmates who need medical attention. Just prior to another round of testimony before Kenneth Starr's grand jury, Jim McDougal suffered a heart attack while in solitary confinement and died March 8, 1998. When Jim McDougal was taken out of solitary, instead of attempting to defibrillate his heart with equipment on hand at the facility, he was driven over to

John Peter Smith hospital. Not the closest hospital to the Fort Worth Federal Medical Center, John Peter Smith hospital is a welfare hospital, where (in the words of one local), "They let interns practice on deadbeats". The single most damning fact to come out of the McDougal death was his injection with Lasix, a diuretic, to force his giving a urine sample for drug testing, even though McDougal was not a known drug case, and Lasix is contra-indicated in cases of heart disease. Lasix can cause excessive diuresis, blood volume reduction, circulatory collapse, and vascular thrombosis, or blood clots. If a matching potassium supplement is not administered at the same time, Lasix can kill.

Vince Foster, a former partner in the Rose Law firm and White House aide, had just been served a subpeona and was supposed to testify about Whitewater. Instead of testifying, he died on July 20, 1993. A suicide note was supposedly found a few days later, torn into several pieces, in his briefcase, after his office had been entered by white house staff and materials removed. (The "suicide" note has since been revealed to be a forgery.) The suicide conclusion does not square with the testimony from the man who found the body (the Confidential Witness) or much of the forensic evidence. For example, the gun which he supposedly used to kill himself was reported to be still in his hand, but the person who first found the body reports that there was no gun. A signed report of Medical Examiner, Dr. Donald Haut was uncovered at the National

Archives, proving that Foster had a previously unreported gunshot wound to his neck. And, an FBI memo has surfaced dated the day after the date of the official autopsy, in which the autopsies informs the FBI that there was no exit wound. I'm sure Bill Clinton was relieved when the Supreme Court ruled that the attorney-client privilege of confidentiality protects against disclosure of the notes even after a client’s death. That was the plan, after all, wasn't it?
The night before White House secretary, Betty Currie, was to testify before the Campaign Finance hearing, her brother, Theodore Williams, Jr., was severely beaten and hospitalized according to the Oregonian January 29, 1998. Then within one month of her testifying in the Lewinsky Grand Jury her sister was killed in a car "accident" in December 1997.

Ronald Miller died October 12, 1997. Miller is a former co-owner of Creek Systems/Gage Corp., an Oklahoma natural gas company that alleged discrimination by corrupt utility regulators. A court case that could have proved damaging to high-ranking Democrats was averted at the last minute when the Lums helped to purchase Gage Corp. and drop the lawsuit. Miller tape recorded Gene and Nora Lum and turned those tapes (and other records) over to congressional oversight investigators. The Lums were sentenced to prison for campaign finance violations, using "straw donors" to conceal the size of their contributions to various candidates. Reportedly a healthy man, Ron suddenly took ill on October 3rd, and steadily worsened until his deah 9 days later. (This pattern fits Ricine poisoning.) Owing to the strangeness of the illness, doctors at the Integris Baptist Medical Center referred the matter to the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner's Office who promptly ran tests on samples of Ron Miller's blood.

Ed Willey, the manager of the Clinton presidential campaign finance committee, died of a "self-inflicted" gunshot wound in Nov. '93. He was seen handling briefcases full of cash during the campaign. Mr. Willey died on the same day his wife was allegedly assaulted in the White House by Bill Clinton.

Jerry Parks, the owner of a security firm that provided security for Clinton's presidential campaign, was gunned down, assassination style, on Sept. 26, 1993 in Little Rock. Now the dead man's son, Gary Parks, charges that his father, who ran American Contract Services Inc., was killed "to save Bill Clinton's political career." Interviewed in the London Telegraph, the younger Parks said "my dad was working on Clinton's infidelities for about six years, starting in the campaign around 1983," and had compiled two name-and-photo-filled files on Mr. Clinton that he kept hidden in his bedroom. The Clinton campaign had failed to settle an outstanding debt to Parks for $81,000 at the time of his death. Parks' wife said her husband threatened to go public with his information if Clinton did not pay the bill. Parks' home was broken into only hours before he was murdered. The only thing taken from his home was the documentation he had on Clinton's "activities".

Paul Wilcher, an attorney, was found dead in his Washington, D.C. home. The coroner either could not find or did not report the cause of death. At the time of his death, Wilcher was investigating gun-running and the drug business in Mena, AR. Shortly before his death he wrote a 105-page letter to Attorney General Janet Reno describing evidence that he allegedly had concerning Mena. The first page of his letter stated in part; "The lives of key participants, other witnesses, and even myself, are now in grave danger as a result of my passing this information on to you. If you let this information fall into the hands of the wrong persons... some or all of those who know the truth ...could well be silenced in the very near future."

Alder Berriman (Barry) Seal, the head of the cocaine smuggling operation at Mena airport, was murdered. Florence Martin, an accountant who had worked as a sub-contractor for the CIA, was found dead in Mabell, TX, the victim of three gunshot wounds to the head. She had the documents and paperwork as well as the pin number to an account that had been set up in the name of Barry Seal for $1.46 million dollars at the Fuji Bank in the Cayman Islands.
Luther Parks, head of Clinton's Gubernatorial security team in Little Rock, was gunned down in his car at the intersection of Chanaul Parkway and Cantrell Road, near Jacksonville, Arkansas on September 26, 1993. Parks was shot through the rear window of his car. The assailant then pulled around to the driver's side of Park's car and shot him three more times with a 9mm pistol. His family reported that shortly before his death, they were being followed by unknown persons, and their home had been broken into (despite a top quality alarm system). Parks had been compiling a dossier on Clinton's illicit activities. The dossier was stolen. When news of the discovery of Vincent Foster's body came over the news, Parks is reported to have said, "Bill Clinton is cleaning house".

Hillary Has Buried Documents for Decades: “First Lady’s Fingerprints Found on Missing Files”

Image result for funny pictures hillary clinton jail

by:Mac Slavo

We’re talking about compulsive, psychopathic behavior here.
While so much attention is directed towards presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s classified email scandal from her days as Secretary of State, it is worth dredging up the career-long history that the former First Lady and Arkansas lawyer has with losing, withholding or misplacing important records pertaining to scandals that she, her husband and affiliates have been involved in.
The NY Post discussed the conspicuous document controversies that surrounded the Clinton’s time at the White House:

While the State Department’s own internal probe found former Secretary Hillary Clinton violated federal recordkeeping laws, it’s not the first time she and her top aides shielded her email from public disclosure while serving in a government position.
As first lady, Hillary was embroiled in another scheme to bury sensitive White House emails, known internally as “Project X.”

In 1999, as investigators looked into Whitewater, Travelgate, Filegate and other scandals involving the then-first lady, it was discovered that more than 1 million subpoenaed emails were mysteriously “lost” due to a “glitch” in a West Wing computer server.
[…]
During the Project X email scandal, career White House staffers and contractors found that someone close to the first lady had basically turned off the White House’s automated email archiving system. They fingered White House “special assistant” Laura Crabtree Callahan, who was overseeing the computer contractors despite obtaining computer science degrees from diploma mills.

The glitch essentially shielded over a million sensitive documents from the probe that Special Investigator Kenneth Starr was conducting from 1996-1998 on the personal and professional activities of President Clinton (a la Monica Lewinsky).
The emails were never recovered or forced into the public, and any light they may have shed on misconduct remains undocumented.
There are, of course, also allegations that Hillary Clinton and/or her staff removed relevant files on Vince Foster after the suspicious “suicide” of the top Rose Law attorney who had worked intimately with the First Lady throughout their careers and who had known Bill Clinton since childhood.

Ben Shapiro at Breitbart rounded up a list of Hillary’s improprieties with documented evidence dating all the way back to her early career as a lawyer during the Watergate Hearings in the Nixon Administration where she was accused of writing fraudulent documents and removing public documents.
There were missing documents during Travelgate and Whitewater scandals, and Hillary was investigated and fingerprinted at the time, after some of the previously missing files were found with Hillary’s fingerprints on them.

Hillary’s Missing Whitewater Documents. In 1996, a special Senate Whitewater committee released a report from the FBI demonstrating that documents sought in the Whitewater investigation had been found in the personal Clinton quarters of the White House. The First Lady’s fingerprints were on them. The documents had gone mysteriously missing for two years.
Mark Fabiani, special White House counsel, immediately stated that there was no problem, according to the Times: “He added that she had testified under oath that she had nothing to do with the documents during the two years they were missing and did not know how they ended up in the family quarters.” Hillary remains the only First Lady in American history to be fingerprinted by the FBI. Those weren’t the only missing Whitewater documents later found in the Clinton White House.
As the system at large prepares to rationalize away the actions of Hillary Clinton in regard to her ongoing saga with the email server scandal – because she won’t be held accountable, but instead placed in the highest office of the country – it is looking away from the serial actions of this woman.
Her M.O. has centered around questionable and unethical behavior with sensitive documentation and evidence.
There is a serious issue here… made all the more pressing by the fact that the Justice Department will is unable or unwilling to hold the future 45th president accountable.
Hillary has literally laughed off the possibility of her being hauled off in handcuffs over emails: https://youtu.be/V1IjiIzUEhE

Me in handcuffs will never happen,” Hillary told Matt Lauer.
She believes that she is above the law, and there is reason to think that she will get away with it and be proven right.

Hackers Hit Even Closer To Home For Hillary – This Could Be Her Worst Exposure Yet

by:Joe Saunders
It's another huge headache for Hillary.

Hillary Clinton’s hacking troubles keep getting worse…and we’re not talking about her well-known coughing fits.
A Romanian computer wizard has already claimed that foreign intelligence services breached Clinton’s private email server while she was secretary of state, and her Democratic Party’s internal computer files were open for a year-long cyber-invasion by another hacker with suspected Russian connections.
Now, the Clinton family’s charitable foundation itself has been compromised, according to news reports, and access to sensitive, internal information about the Clintons’ personal piggy bank could be a bonanza for Donald Trump’s presidential campaign.

The Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation — a global money-laundering machine fueled by huge donations from foreign governments and businesses while masquerading as a charity — was another target of a Russian state-sponsored intelligence operation, Bloomberg News reported this week, citing unidentified sources.
Officials from the Clinton foundation told Bloomberg they hadn’t been notified of such an operation, but if the report is true, it adds another headache to Hillary’s already-considerable problems — political as well as legal — when it comes to digital security.
Her use of a private email server during her four years as secretary of state is already under investigation by the FBI. A computer hacker operating under the online alias “Guccifer 2.0” has stolen and released the Democratic Party’s opposition research on presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump.

On Tuesday, Guccifer 2.0 released another major computer dump, this one claiming to include Clinton Foundation donor information as well as internal Clinton campaign documents and Democrat talking points on issues such as immigration, guns and the economy.
As Bloomberg reported, the potential for a major scandal is growing:
The thefts set the stage for what could be a Washington remake of the public shaming that shook Sony in 2014, when thousands of inflammatory internal e-mails filled with gossip about world leaders and Hollywood stars were made public. Donor information and opposition research on Trump purportedly stolen from the Democratic Party has surfaced online, and the culprit has threatened to publish thousands more documents …
So far the released documents have revealed little that is new or explosive, but that could change. Guccifer 2.0 has threatened to eventually release thousands of internal memos and other documents.

Bloomberg notes that the computer attacks against the DNC, the Clinton campaign and the Clinton Foundation are all believed to have been orchestrated by the Russian government, possibly to affect the fall’s presidential election, or to have bargaining chips in their pocket should Clinton take the White House.
But the foundation break-in could be the worst for Hillary — and the most productive as far as helping Trump. As Bloomberg notes:
Sensitive documents from the Clinton Foundation could have the most damaging potential. The Trump camp has said it plans to make the foundation’s activities a subject of attacks against Clinton; the sort of confidential data contained in e-mails, databases and other digital archives could aid that effort.
One top Democrat told Bloomberg that if the party could prove Russian intelligence services were behind the thefts, American voter sympathy for Clinton and the Democrats might outweigh any political damage the information itself might cause.

Maybe. Patriotic Americans don’t like Russian spies as a rule — at least Republicans don’t (Ted Kennedy Democrats might feel differently).
But there are two problems with that wishful thinking.
First of all, Guccifer 2.0 is claiming to be a freelancer, so it would be up to Clinton and the Dems to prove that it was a Russian operation if they wanted to mine that potential voter sympathy. Given the nature of international espionage, that doesn’t seem very likely.
But more importantly, it depends on the information that actually comes out.
And anyone with even a passing familiarity with Bill and Hillary Clinton, and their career of shady dealings — from fantastically profitable cattle futures deals in the 1970s to quarter-million payments to make a speech to Goldman Sachs in the 21st century — would not be surprised if what comes out is very damaging indeed.

Busted! Clinton aide comes clean

Democratic presidential hopeful, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., left, has a word with aide Huma Abedin prior to the start of a discussion on jobs, Wednesday, April 2, 2008, during a campaign event at the IBEW Local Union 5 Training Facility in Pittsburgh, Pa. (AP Photo/Charles Dharapak)
via:TheHornNews

She’s one of Hillary Clinton’s most trusted insiders, so close that the Clintons’ consider her part of the family.
Wednesday, longtime Clinton aide Huma Abedin made an admission that could cost her boss — big time.
Abedin admitted in a legal proceeding that Clinton did not want her emails accessible to “anybody,” according to transcripts.
Abedin’s comments provided new insight into the highly unusual decision by the presumptive Democratic presidential candidate to operate a private email server in her basement to conduct government business when she served as secretary of state.
Such a candid admission could be serious damaging to Clinton’s presidential campaign, which polls show is already struggling to convince voters of her trustworthiness.

Abedin also said under oath that she was not aware whether Clinton personally deleted any emails during her tenure as secretary.
Abedin told lawyers for the conservative group Judicial Watch in a deposition that she could not recall whether she or Clinton discussed with any State Department officials Clinton’s use of her server exclusively for government business. Abedin, who was Clinton’s deputy chief of staff at the State Department, now works with Clinton’s presidential campaign and often travels with the candidate. Abedin used an email account on Clinton’s server occasionally for government business, although Abedin also used a government address.
“I assumed it was OK to do,” she testified.
Abedin is one of several former State Department officials who are being deposed by the conservative group in a civil lawsuit over the agency’s failure to turn over files under the Freedom of Information Act. A transcript of the proceeding was released by Judicial Watch on Wednesday.
Judicial Watch lawyers repeatedly pressed Abedin to explain Clinton’s concern expressed to her in a November 2010 message that her emails might become public, but the longtime aide insisted that Clinton’s interest in wanting to keep her correspondence from being reviewed was similar to any private citizen’s right to privacy.

But Clinton’s private server contained tens of thousands of work-related emails as well as private messages, and her decision to conduct both private and government business on her system meant that she kept control of both types of correspondence, effectively preventing her State Department correspondence from being archived by the agency and made available for public records requests. It was not until late 2014 – more than a year after Clinton left office – that the State Department learned that she held all of her emails and requested that she turn over all work-related records.
Clinton turned over nearly 33,000 business-related messages while disposing of about the same number of personal messages. But Clinton failed to turn over at least three dozen work-related emails, according to the agency. Among those emails was a November 2010 email exchange with Abedin discussing her concerns about the risk of the “personal being accessible.”
The Clinton campaign Wednesday criticized Judicial Watch for its role in filing several lawsuits against the State Department, among more than 30 filed by conservative legal groups and media outlets, including The Associated Press, to obtain Clinton documents. Clinton campaign spokesman Nick Merrill said Judicial Watch’s lawsuits ended up “clogging up the courts at the expense of tens of millions of taxpayer dollars.”

Abedin’s deposition also raised questions about the State Department’s practices responding to government records requests under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act. Abedin, a senior aide during Clinton’s entire tenure there, testified under oath that she never searched or was asked to search for documents in her State Department or her private Clinton email accounts in response to requests or lawsuits under the open records law.
But a review of all requests to the State Department during that period found several asking specifically for copies of Abedin’s emails on a variety of subjects, including her husband, one-time disgraced Rep. Anthony Weiner.
“Did you ever search, were you ever asked to search your state.gov e-mail account in response to a FOIA request or FOIA litigation?” lawyer Ramona Cocta asked.
“I believe I said ‘no,'” Abedin answered.
“Were you ever asked to search your Clinton email.com account during your tenure at the State Department in response to a FOIA request or FOIA litigation?” Cocta asked.

“No, I was not,” Abedin said.
It was not immediately clear how the State Department could have complied with such legal requests for Abedin’s emails without asking Abedin to search her messages. Some federal agencies permit full-time FOIA staffers to search the inboxes of senior government officials, but many agencies expect officials to search their own accounts and no U.S. employee presumably would have had access to Abedin’s personal account on Clinton’s private server. Abedin said she was not aware that anyone else searched her accounts, either.

Man Who Leaked Clinton’s Medical Records Found Dead

The man who leaked Hillary Clinton's medical records to the public has been found dead
by Sean Adl-Tabatabai
Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service has issued a report saying that the father of a doctor treating Hillary Clinton for dementia was found killed this weekend after he leaked information about her deteriorating health to the public.

According to the report, Vincent Fleck, the father of Clinton’s physician Dr. Daniel Fleck, was found near his home just 24 hours after releasing Hillary’s most secret medical records to the public.
Whatdoesitmean.com reports:
The SVR first became “alerted/alarmed” regarding the circumstances of this latest mysterious death associated with Hillary Clinton on 17 July, this report says, when a “known/suspected” Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) “hit team” traveled about 70 kilometers (44 miles) from their New York City “base/headquarters” to a small village named Mount Kisco, both being located in New York State.

Upon arriving in Mount Kisco, this report continues, this CIA “hit team” broke into a specialized small computer security companies annex office named Right Click Solutions, located at 322 East Main Street, but were “shocked/surprised” by the unexpected arrival of an off duty employee—who immediately called the local police forces when he noticed the break in—and who were only able to obtain a single laptop computer.

An “electronic interrogation” of this company and its customers to ascertain the CIA’s interest in it, this report says, revealed an anomaly where this computer security company had installed a “Snowden-like dead man’s switch” on the personal computer of man named Vincent Fleck.
In the SVR’s investigation of Vincent Fleck, this report continues, it was discovered that he was the father of Dr. Daniel Fleck—who is the personal physical therapist for Hillary Clinton and whose practice is located in New York City.

While SVR analysts were still investigating this case, this report notes, they received information this past Sunday (7 August) that Vincent Fleck had been reported dead in a mysterious swimming “event” near his home—and that was followed 24 hours later by the leaking to the public of Hillary Clinton’s secret medical reports from a Twitter account named @HillsMedlRecords—and that was nearly immediately shut down.

Prior to this Twitter account being shut down, however, this report continues, its creator was able to state “I hate to do this, but people need to need to know. Dr. Bardack was not honest about Hillary Clinton’s health and I have proof” and release several damaging medical documents—the most damaging being a diagnosis of Hillary Clinton that says she has “Complex Partial Seizures” and “Subcortical Vascular Dementia.”
Still unable to be determined by SVR analysts, this report says, is if this leak was done by Vincent Fleck acting alone, or by his son Dr. Daniel Fleck who was using his father’s computer in the mistaken belief he would not be discovered.
With Hillary Clinton’s health being reported in rapid decline, and her aides having to constantly keep her from falling, this report concludes, the US propaganda mainstream media is now reported to be “strangely silent” about telling the American people how ill she really is with dementia—leaving everyone to wonder if she’ll even be fit for office should she win the presidency.

First Whitewater prosecutor says 'serious crimes' were uncovered in probe

Scandal Memes That Make You Go Hmmmm!
The Hillary Clinton Scandals: Volume 1 Hillary waves after testifying on Whitewater, 1996
[Hillary waves after testifying on Whitewater, 1996]

The first federal prosecutor to probe the financial dealings of Bill and Hillary Clinton says he was poised to bring high-profile indictments against top Arkansas political and business figures — based in part on testimony from a chief witness against the then president — when he was abruptly replaced by a panel of federal judges, throwing his investigation into turmoil.
"I was angry, frustrated and above all disappointed that I was not going to be able to carry through and finish bringing the indictments," writes Robert Fiske, a former U.S. attorney who served as the original independent counsel in charge of the Whitewater investigation, in a forthcoming memoir, "Prosecutor Defender Counselor."
Fiske — ever the punctilious prosecutor — offers no judgments on the conduct of the Clintons, nor on that of the man who replaced him, Kenneth Starr.

But in his first extensive public comments on his Whitewater investigation, in his book and in an exclusive Yahoo News interview, Fiske contends his removal had a devastating impact on the agents and prosecutors working the case: It ultimately caused the Whitewater probe to stretch on for years longer than it needed to under Starr, a conservative former federal appellate judge who had no prosecutorial experience.
"The simplest way to put it, after I was replaced, the lawyers on the staff in Arkansas said the agents for the FBI and IRS were totally demoralized," Fiske said in the Yahoo News interview. "They thought we were on the brink of doing all these great things, and now that was not going to happen."
The long-ago Whitewater probe seems likely to be revived by political foes if, as is widely expected, Hillary Clinton runs for president. (The Clinton library is due to release new documents, including some that are expected to include Whitewater files, this Friday.) For years, the Clintons have sought to portray the entire investigation as a politically inspired witch hunt, pushed by partisans hunting for any ammunition they could find to damage the president and first lady.

"I'm still waiting for them to admit that there was nothing to Whitewater," Bill Clinton said in a recent appearance.
But the new account of Fiske, a pillar of the New York legal community, offers a more complicated picture. He describes how he had quickly uncovered "serious crimes" in the Whitewater investigation but that his probe was cut short after conservatives falsely accused him of a "cover up."
"There were indictments, there were convictions," said Fiske when asked about claims that there was "nothing" to the investigation. "People went to jail. There was never any evidence that was sufficient to link the Clintons to any of it, but there were certainly serious crimes."

Appointed by Janet Reno in January 1994, Fiske describes how he moved aggressively from the start, carving out a wide-ranging mandate and hiring a top-flight staff of veteran prosecutors. One of his first moves was to subpoena Hillary Clinton's law firm billing records — documents that were later found under mysterious circumstances in the White House living quarters.
By the summer of 1994, Fiske says, he was preparing to bring eight indictments against 11 defendants, including criminal charges for fraud against Jim and Susan McDougal (the Clintons' Whitewater business partners), Webster Hubbell (then an associate attorney general and formerly Hillary Clinton's law partner) and Jim Guy Tucker (Clinton's successor as governor of Arkansas).

A key witness in these cases was David Hale, a former municipal judge and the owner of a federally subsidized small-business lending company. It was Hale who had made the most serious allegation against Bill Clinton: Hale had claimed that Clinton, while Arkansas governor, had pressured him to make a fraudulent $300,000 federally backed loan to a marketing company owned by Susan McDougal that was really intended to pay off the two couples' debts in their Whitewater real estate investment. ("My name can't show up on this," Hale claimed Clinton had told him, an account that President Clinton later denied.)
Defenders of the Clintons have long depicted Hale as an inveterate liar who was put up to his allegations by bitter political enemies of the then president and first lady.
But Fiske devotes a chapter of his book to how he cut a plea deal with Hale, titling it "An Early Breakthrough," and describing how Hale's information "moved us forward."

"You used David Hale as a witness. You believed he was credible?" Fiske was asked by Yahoo News.
"Yes, we did," Fiske replied. He noted that FBI agents and prosecutors working for him (including famed Texas trial attorney Rusty Hardin) had closely vetted Hale's story.
"He provided very valuable information to us," Fiske said about Hale.
But Hale was also a confessed felon, who had pleaded guilty to defrauding the government. "Standing alone, nobody was going to bring a case based on what he was telling us," Fiske said — unless there was corroboration from other witnesses and documents. "But from what we had seen of him, we thought the story was plausible and was certainly worth pursuing," said Fiske.

Despite Fiske's efforts to find more evidence, he soon ran afoul of conservatives in Congress and on the Wall Street Journal editorial page, who accused him of pulling his punches. In late June, he issued two reports — one clearing the Clintons and White House officials of any wrongdoing in trying to influence a regulatory agency review of Jim McDougal's savings and loan, and a second one concluding that Vince Foster, another law firm partner of Hillary Clinton's, who was serving as White House counsel, had committed suicide in Fort Marcy Park overlooking the Potomac River and was not the victim of foul play.
In his memoir, Fiske contends that the evidence that Foster took his own life was overwhelming. But Fiske writes, "conspiracy theorists" attacked his findings, suggesting that Foster may have been murdered elsewhere and his body dumped in the park. Fiske recounts how an Indiana congressman, Dan Burton, even sought to disprove his findings by shooting a watermelon in his backyard. And soon Fiske was also being accused of conflicts of interest and protecting the Clintons. "The Fiske cover up," ran the headline on one Wall Street Journal editorial.

In August 1994, just as his investigation in Arkansas was gathering steam, Fiske was jolted when a panel of three federal judges — two of them strong conservatives — removed him on the grounds that he was not independent enough (because he had been appointed by Clinton's attorney general) and replaced him with Starr.
Fiske says he sought to reassure his dejected staff. Starr "has no experience as a prosecutor, so things may move a little slower but these indictments will happen," he told them.
The indictments were ultimately brought by Starr — only in some cases more than a year after Fiske's removal, and by then, Starr was widely being depicted by the White House and its allies as a conservative partisan. In that sense, Fiske's removal may have been a turning point that ended up undermining public confidence in the entire Whitewater probe, said Ken Gormley, the dean of Duquesne University School of Law and the author of "The Death of American Virtue: Clinton vs. Starr," an exhaustive study of the investigation.

"Painting the whole thing as a witch hunt would have been much harder" if Fiske had not been replaced, said Gormley. And, he believes, Fiske would likely not have expanded the probe, as Starr did, to include Clinton's relationship with Monica Lewinsky. "Fiske was a lawyer's lawyer," said Gormley. "He was the consummate principled prosecutor."

HILARIOUS: Gun’s Don’t KILL People, Clintons Kill People

Here’s another gun control meme that Hillary is going to hate. Do you agree?
It seems that anyone who happens to be close to the Clintons when a scandal breaks out then mysteriously disappears.
