Has an Investigation Finally Proven Obama’s Birth Certificate is a Forgery?

Why would anyone spend $3 million to hide personal background information if they had nothing to hide? That’s been a lingering question ever since Barack Obama first ran for the White House.
Dr. Jerome Corsi wrote the bestseller Where’s the Birth Certificate in which he questioned where Barack Obama was really born and if he was legally qualified to be president. Not long after the book’s publication and a meeting with Corsi, over 200 residents of Maricopa County, Arizona, signed a petition asking County Sheriff Joe Arpaio to investigate Obama’s birth certificate. Arpaio turned the investigation over to his Cold Case Posse composed mostly of unpaid volunteers.
Some of the evidence mentioned by Corsi and others involved a literary catalog published by Acton and Dystel which identified one of their new authors as:

“Barack Obama, the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review, was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii.”

In 2006, prior to his presidential run for office, Obama’s home village in Kenya had a sign declaring it to be his birthplace. Early in Obama’s political career, there was a video in which he mentioned his Kenyan birth and Michelle Obama did the same in another video, but those videos have been wiped from the cyber world.
There is also evidence that when Barack Obama attended Occidental College that he was registered as a Muslim student and a citizen of Indonesia.
By March of 2012, many media outlets around the world picked up the story of Sheriff Joe’s investigation. Among them was Lord Christopher Monckton in Great Britain. He is a former policy adviser to former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. However, the only press coverage here in the US was small and mostly negative, which is no surprise knowing the liberal agenda of America’s mainstream media.

Prior to the 2012 elections, Hugh McInnish of Alabama filed a lawsuit against the Alabama Secretary of State challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to have his name on the November 2012 ballot for President of the United States. One of the stipulations in the case was a request to obtain an original copy of Obama’s birth certificate.
In a decision written on March 6, 2012, the Alabama State Supreme Court denied McInnish’s demand of obtaining the birth certificate copy before allowing Obama’s name to be placed on the ballot. The denial was not based on the merit of the evidence of forgery of the birth certificate, rather it was denied because they did not believe that the state supreme court had legal jurisdiction of the matter. To quote Alabama Supreme Court Justice Tom Parker:

“The language of the foregoing provision of the Alabama Constitution implies that this Court is without jurisdiction over Mcinnish’s original petition for a writ of mandamus. It is not our appellate jurisdiction that is being invoked, and this matter is not within original jurisdiction of this Court ‘to issue such remedial writs or orders as may be necessary to give it general supervision and control of courts of inferior jurisdiction.’ Ala. Const. 1901, Art. VI, § 140. The office of the Secretary of State of Alabama is not a ‘court of inferior jurisdiction; that this Court may control through the issuance of a writ in response to a petition first filed in this Court…”

However, Justice Parker wrote that the evidence McInnish provided along with the findings of the Cold Case Posse make Obama’s birth certificate to be highly suspect and questions if it would be able to stand up in a court of law.
Maricopa Sheriff Deputy Mike Zullo led the investigation. In his investigations, Zullo found that the officials in Hawaii have been intentionally hiding the supposed original birth certificate so much so that anyone else born around the same time cannot even access their own birth records because they have been sealed up with Obama’s.  In fact, Zullo points out that Obama refuses to release any of the following in addition to his real birth certificate:

“The marriage license of his father (Barack Sr.) and mother (Stanley Ann Dunham), name change records (Barry Soetero to Barack Hussein Obama), adoption records, records of his and his mother’s repatriation as U.S. citizens from Indonesia, baptism records, Noelani Elementary School (Hawaii) records, Punahou School financial aid or school records, Occidental College financial aid records, Harvard Law School records, Columbia senior thesis, Columbia College records, record with Illinois State Bar Association, files from his terms as an Illinois state senator, his law client list, medical records and passport records.”

In July 2012, Arpaio and Zullo held a press conference where they revealed their findings to date. WND reported those results:

“Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo said the new information confirms the document presented to the American public in April 2011 is undoubtedly fraudulent.”

Once it became known that the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Cold Case Posse was formally investigating Obama’s birth certificate, Obama’s Justice Department began harassing Sheriff Joe and his department. They attacked Arpaio personally and charged him and the Sheriff’s Department with racial profiling for doing their job in trying to fight the trafficking of illegal aliens (mostly Hispanic) and illegal drugs (mostly Hispanic). The DOJ stripped the sheriff and his department of their federal immigration enforcement credentials. Then they took to the court with the charges of racial profiling and established a monitor to watch everything the department did.
In early 2014, the birther issue somewhat died down until Donald Trump reportedly offered to pay Barack Obama $50 million if he produced his real birth records and another $5 million if Obama produced his college transcripts.
In a recent update to the investigation into Obama’s birth certificate, WND reported:

“A years-long forensics investigation into the computer image of the long-form Hawaiian birth certificate image that Barack Obama released during a White House news conference during his first term and presented to the American people as an official government document concluded it is ‘fake.’”

If the evidence of a forgery is verified, the question now is what can happen? If Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery and there is no evidence that he really is a ‘natural born citizen,’ what can be done at this stage? Could his entire presidency be nullified along with every bill, executive order, memo, etc.? Could he be sent to prison for pulling off the biggest hoax in American history?
Chances are nothing legally will happen and Obama will live on receiving an undeserved pension from the American people that he doesn’t deserve. If it were up to me, he would receive nothing except an 8×8 cell until such time as he could be publicly executed for his heinous crime.
