Hillary makes MAJOR TV goof

clinton
By Stephen Dietrich

The race to the White House in 2016 may boil down to one question: who do voters believe is the champion of women?
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s latest TV attack ad answers that question — but not the way it was intended.
It should push women voters toward GOP candidate Donald Trump.
“Is this the president we want for our daughters?”
This is the question from Clinton’s latest ad, which claims Trump is a poor advocate for women.
But by asking this question, Clinton’s campaign may reopen a can of worms Hillary can ill afford.
Because the question comes from the candidate with a history of politically attacking victims of sexual harassment and rape. It comes from the candidate that laughed about getting a convicted child rapist off with a light sentence.
That question is an insult to all Americans, because there’s one thing I know for certain: Hillary Clinton isn’t fit to be the president of my daughter.
Does the Clinton campaign really forget Hillary and Bill Clinton’s outrageous, shadowy past?
If so, allow me to remind them.

When a 12-year-old girl was sexually assaulted in 1975, Hillary “took her through hell” according to the victim. Hillary, if you remember, made sure the pedophile that attacked that poor little girl got off with an extremely light sentence — and she later was caught laughing about it on tape.
Hillary’s distasteful role in former President Bill Clinton’s alleged history of violent sexual assault and harassment of young women has been well documented as well.
Accuser Kathleen Wiley claims the Clintons together tried to intimidate her into silence. “All I felt was fear and terror” leading up to her deposition against Bill, Wiley has said.
In 2000, one of her husband’s rape accusers, Juanita Broadrick, wrote an open letter to Hillary about the underhanded intimidation tactics she used. “What did you mean, Hillary? Were you referring to my keeping quiet about the assault I had suffered at the hands of your husband only two weeks before? Were you warning me to continue to keep quiet? We both know the answer to that question,” Broadrick wrote.
Hillary referred to Gennifer Flowers, whom her husband is accused of sexually harassing, as “trailer trash.” Hillary devoted months of full focus to discrediting Flowers, rather than supporting her.

And according to Slate, during her husband’s 1992 presidential run Hillary tried “to persuade horrified campaign aides to bring out rumors that Poppy Bush had not always been faithful to Barbara.”
Even when there was proof of her husband’s misdeeds, Hillary was flippant. She once described the young intern, Monica Lewinsky, that her husband took advantage of sexually as nothing but a “narcissistic loony toon.”
It doesn’t end with individual women, either. Hillary’s hypocrisy is evident even in her family’s Clinton Foundation charity, which traded favors for millions of dollars from nations with atrocious records on women’s rights issues, such as the regimes in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and others.

“Even setting aside her checkered record in the Senate and the State Department, it is Mrs. Clinton’s flagrant contradictions on women’s issues that expose her true character. While many women may see through the double talk, this won’t stop her from branding herself as a champion of women,” Mercedes Schlapp wrote for The Washington Times recently.
Schlapp is right, and it’s shameful.
Is Hillary Clinton the candidate we want for our daughters?
I don’t think so.
